The Thai Chai is a little too intense for me, at that %. I only tested it at 2%, prior to mixing this up and was only getting a cooling feeling. But at 5%, I'm getting full on menthol. I'm getting great flavor though. I think if I lower it to 2 or 3%, this recipe could be an ADV, for me.
