This is in my daily rotation - it is soooo good! But needs at least 4 weeks steep to shine

Hi I know this thread is somewhat old and I've come across it and it sounds yummy but my question is since tpd 72mg nic is hard to come by or not worth the risk so with 18mg 1.8% nic would you have to alter the amount of concentrate i.e add more or does it work out the same? Many thanks I'm a noob really so any advice appreciated.

@Adiwilko76, click on adapt this recipe and change the nic strength to what you have and it will tell you what you need to know!

@Jibby it works out same percentage of concentrate as I thought it may many thanks for giving me the heads up though 👊

Mixed a 30ml sample a few weeks ago, couldn't resist temptation yesterday and tried a tank full....Absolutely gorgeous..a true nectar of the Gods!...and I'm sure it will get better with time...Now to make a 100ml batch today and try and resist temptation for at least 6 weeks!...well done Clair!

Thanks a lot for sharing. I thought someone might sub Devon Cream so here is thought of @Liam Davey "To sub devon cream try it with TFA Bavarian cream and a little CAP butter.
If a recipe calls for 2% CCW you could try 1.5%-1.75% Bavarian cream and 0.25%-0.5% Golden Butter.
The bavarian will be close to the mouthfeel and the butter will add a little extra richness and butter taste from devon cream"

Would you sub VTA Devon at same %??
#17 by WiSK, Apr 17. 2019, 08:56
VTA Devon Cream is very similar once steeped. Same %.

VTA Devon, is more a chocolate cream..... CCW Devon aint that, its a "fat", caramelly faint vanilla cream
