Notes
**NYC (Cap) / Sugar Cookie (CAP) / Joy (FA) / Cream Cheese Icing (LA) - THE BASE**

This is the base I was going for. Without a cream cheese flavor concentrate (why one doesn't exist - I have no idea), I had to manipulate flavors to get it close as possible. I thought about getting a yogurt flavor, but I have yet to purchase any - so had to rule that out as an option.

NYC (Cap) - adds a nice tartness/tang to the base much like a legit cream cheese would. Not only does it add a little bit of tart, but it also gives a rich thick body reminiscent of cream cheese.

Sugar Cookie (CAP) - This is a complimentary buttery sweetness that plays a role into the base as well. A nice sidekick to the overall mouthfeel of a cream cheese.

Joy (FA) - .. ahh yes - Joy. This flavor is incredible. I've used this in other recipes and has fallen short in the end, but I think Joy is a an absolute necessity in this base. It adds a nice vanilla note, but packed with a sweetness that plays perfectly into my cream cheese concoction.

Cream Cheese Icing (LA) - This flavor gives the base the edge it needed to be as close as possible in replicating the cream cheese. It adds to the tart, sweetness, and overall "yum" to the exhale. A must have!

**The Side Notes**

Brown Sugar (TPA) - The real recipe calls for it, so I added it in and I am glad I did. I wanted there to be a sweetness that played well with the vanilla notes within the recipe. Brown sugar and vanilla (to me) go hand in hand and I believe it really makes those notes pop a little more giving it just that little bit of extra "Unf" in your mouth-hole!

(TPA) Marshmallow - Another sweetener? Darn right. To me, this gives the cream cheese a nice "whipped" sweetness. A nice fluffy sweetness that pairs all to well with the cream cheese base.

**The Main Note**

Grape (FW) - I have tried many different types of grape flavors and through them into the many different variations of this recipe and FW's Grape flavor takes the cake! To me, it taste like an authentic grape. The grape lingers on your tongue just enough to not be over powering (like most grapes tend to do). The Grape is present both on the inhale and exhale and this is exactly what I wanted. As a matter'a'fact, it could probably be bumped up another .5-1% for that extra juicy goodness.
