I have tried other apples in this and it's still good but the fui really makes this one. BUT I haven't tried green apple. That just may be tangy enough to do the trick.

after letting this steep for a month it had no flavor so I'm going to raise the % on all I will update the recipe

I have really enjoyed this. At day 18 it morphed to a full steep blend. The apple flavor became barely noticeable. The Strawberry and Watermelon seems to be the prominent flavor as a balanced blend. I think this shines from day 5 - 17. I'll make a 3rd batch.
