Very Good! Best Chai I've DIY'd! I only steeped for four days so far, and it is absolutely the closest thing I've tried.... Cant wait until it gets a little older :)
My concentrates arrived today, and I have to say that this is an absolutely fantastic recipe. I mixed up 60ml at 3mg. Heat steeped for three hours and it was good to go. I can't wait to see how it ages. Thanks for a fantastic mix!
i've made this recipe and after ''shake and vape'' try it was AMAZING and just what i wanted, BUT after 5 days of steeping, the flavor dropped big time, not muted but dropped noticeably.. I have just added 1% ethyl maltol which i believe it has nothing to do with this drop, any suggestion? did anybody got the same issue?
I have a fairly good chai latte out there and I see some cross over. I got my Horchata smooth today and the only thing I could think to do was blend the 2 together, so will give your recipe a try!
OK, So I whipped together a batch and subbed the Horchata for Horchata Smooth. (3.5%) same as the Chai. I tossed it in the ultrasonic cleaner for 30 minutes to give it a good shake and I must say this is an awesome vape. I gave you 5 stars and I don't do that often. I am struggling though. I WANT to play with the recipe but I know it is best left as is. Great Job!!!! I posted my Chai Latte publically today if anyone clicks on my name. 60+ Recipes and only like 3 public. But ya know, gotta let the sales dry up a bit before you let people clone it :) Good Night all!
I made this recipe recently i used all the same ingredients same but used capella instead. After 24 hoours the vape was really nice, but after a few days the flavour completely fizzled out and went weak. The sweetness also went. I use a RDA so would expect good flavour. Any tips mate? Should I up the flavour %'s? Not use Capella?
@uk Vaporous, I thought someone had just answered me, then I saw someone has the same issue I mentioned above xD
Feels good it's not only for me and bad that's happening coz this recipe is just amazing!
@Sheperd. I think this recipe definitely needs a sweeter after-tone. Maybe some sucralose or equivalent sweetener. The recipe is good but needs the sweetness to hold it together. I'm going back and making the chai tea using cardomon, anise, black pepper, black tea etc and will update once I see how it comes out.
@Uk Vaporous. actually i added 1% ethyl maltol to this recipe and got the same result, don't know if i really should go for the 2% since its not recommended to use the cotton candy with these ingredients!
I'm also considering doing something to make the Chai flavor be stronger than the cinnamon since I really like it over the cinnamon, not sure if i should go down with the cinnamon or keep it and go higher with chai percentage hmmm!
and since you also like the spice/tea flavors, can you please tell me if you find another great recipe or if you make one your self? i'll do the same either ways :)
So wanted to share, especially with the creator this link. This is what I came up with doing a mash-up of Muon Gold and My Chai Latte. My Chai Latte is very creamy and an 11 out of 10 , but this mashup although really good has a problem. Please feel free to feed back, probably under this link. tjek.nu/r/7HT6 (Lets just say between the two this would be the winner but my mashup should be able to be more.
@Pluring i steeped one bottle for two months and not big difference in flavor at all. it seems even more muted now.
I don't know, this one is really really lovely recipe but i didn't find the way to make the flavor stick...
@Pluring yah, before the 24 is bad, 2 days of use after mixing were the best then the flavor starts to mute and it seems like its not me who has this issue!
I have tried many other ways and flavors with this recipe like sweeteners etc but didnt work
Did 300ml few day ago, and it's good! Tastes like a black tea with some blackhead and cinnamon. Not perfect for me because i like desserts, but if you like the Chai taste do it!
Wow. I thought no way people could be right about it being ready to go in 24 hours, but it is. A very solid chai flavor. I swapped the vanilla custard for V2. I don't love the cinnamon bun, I think it unbalances the spice notes and is an unnecessary emphasis in chai, so I might sub that too in the future, but still. Very enjoyable otherwise, glad I included the recipe in my first flavor order.
