New formula! Richer, more complex, and not quite so heavy-handed with the spices, steep time is much reduced and a welcome introduction of black tea greatly improves this blend.

For those of you in the know Chai is personal. There are different regional blends which is why we choose to individually combine flavors producing an aromatic and tasty concoction to be enjoyed all day and not overpowered by sweetener. As they saying goes - it should remind you what your Mom used to make.

Steep time 1 week

Mixer's suggested options: 2x flavor, 0x sweet. (note: suggested options changed with the new formulation, the final juice is fairly sweet tasting without any sweetener at all)
