Notes
For a great flavor twist split the vanilla custard up to 5% FW and 6% CAP !! This will give it a slightly spicer taste..
Add 1 % of EM (10% solution).. Steep 48 hours @ 90 degrees then set in a cool spot for 2 - 4 weeks, enjoy !!!
