Started with the Biscuit. strong but not 100% strong so 1.4%
Needed more butter so FA Butter: .1% (yes it comes through on the steep)
Then it needed more inner texture, but not too sweet of one so biscotto at 1% for that extra cookie/bready/texture. You won't really notice it other than "hey this biscuit has layers". Added some joy for a little extra breadyness and that minor sweetness it has mixes with:
The inside... I chose the shisha for it's jammy qualities (3%) but felt it needed a little more realistic strawberry to help it out so 5% ripe. Throw in a little vienna and cream fresh for that sweetness and (believe it or not the vienna helps the biscuit here because it is naturally "fluffy") you have a biscuits and jam.
If i WAS sb mute, I'd do, 3% red touch, 1%juicy, 1% rfsc sb, .5% forest fruit, .2% inw wild strawberry, and I'd do .15% capella super sweet instead of the shisha and ripe
hello Boogenshizzle,
was going to mix it, but don't understand what are the finals %
Can you confirm them please?
-butter : 0.1 or 1 % ?
-straw sisha : 2 or 3 ?
-straw ripe : 5 or 4 ?
I hope you'll answer , that's must be really good for sure, so thank you to share it Boogenshizzle.
bisous
I have all the flavors but one...don't have the Strawberry Shisha (on my ever-growing flavors to get List)...gonna try it with Red Touch Strawberry (FA) ...sounds great...thanks for sharing this!
I mixed this up on 8/4 and i am not normally a very patient person but I decided I was going to really try and wait this one out. Well tonight it caught my eye, and we are 3 days shy of a month. Holy crap this recipe is fantastic man. The only thing I would change is that I wish I would have mixed a bigger bottle lol. Nice job. This is a keeper!
Just mixed this up. After a day's steep it's BEYOND delicious; mindblowingly so!
I've no Strawberry Ripe left so I replaced it with a 50/50 combo of TFA Strawberry and FA Red Touch. I also dropped the butter too.
However, with this second, larger batch I just mixed up, I added a touch (0.1%) of FA's new 'Blueberry Juicy Ripe' because - as well as being incredibly potent (and delicious) - it has an especially dense, authentically-ripe flavour profile with an inherent, unmistakable "buttery-ness" to it.
I didn't have FA Burro so I swapped with TFA butter and doubled it. So far not getting much cookie but I'll revisit this in 3 days and see how its steeped.
