This is really good taste just like peach cobbler!

After 30+ renditions of attempting a peach cobbler i scrapped the whole thing and finally got around to mixing this one. Made 120ml and only changed the sweetener to cap super sweet. How long so you recommend curing this one? And also, I didn't ever try inawera peach in any of my renditions, only because it smells weird. I sure hope it doesn't taste like it smells. That seems like the kind of concentrate you'd use really low, so I was surprised to see it at 1.5%.. does the inawera peach smell dank to you? Or anyone else that sees this and has some input. Thanks in advance.

This is an excellent recipe - I made exactly as directed and find it to be a lovely fresh peach flavor. I think I'll double up on the cinnamon next time and perhaps add a drop of Capella Super sweet for that extra layer of sweetness, but I'm thrilled overall with this recipe. Definitely needs 4 weeks to steep, imho.. but overall and awesome recipe!
