Notes
A malted Vanilla & Fruity Pebbles milkshake topped with a dollop of whipped cream.

Perfectly yummy as a shake-n-vape, but if you give it a week, the Hazelnut, Vanilla Swirl & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream blossom into a much more "malty" and flavorful milkshake base. I also like Fruity Flakes at 5% in this one, but 4% will be more than enough for most, especially without a steep. You can sub CAP VBIC for TPA/TFA VBIC (CAP's is a bit creamier, though, I think), CAP Marshmallow for the Marshmallow of your choosing (I'd pick TPA's over FA's).

BE ADVISED: FW Fruity Flakes contains sugars that may not be safe to vape, so please mix at your own discretion.

Excellent sh. & vape, I can only imagine how much better it's going to get. Thanks.

@Bobfather: I'm so glad you like it! It really doesn't change much after a steep, the whole thing just gets smoother and more unified, and those FW Fruity Flakes are not all pokey and "Yo! I'm here!"

Plus the FW Hazelnut comes up and makes the whole thing creamier/maltier. I honestly enjoy a 1+ week steeped bottle more, but, it's nice to know I have something I can whip up at a moment's notice that'll not only get me through, but handle a higher nicotine level nicely.

Thanks a ton for the feedback!

@Bogey_Again #3: Thanks for the kind words! I actually quite like FW Fruit Rings, certainly A LOT better than TFA Fruit Circles, and definitely don't mind some lemon intensity.

I just personally prefer FW Fruity Flakes because, to me, it tastes like dead-on Fruity Pebbles, which I always liked more than Froot Loops. (FW Fruit Rings definitely has the edge when it comes to that nice, grainy cereal note, though!) I'm glad the sub worked out for you, and hope you like it twice as much with FW Fruity Flakes! :-)

Thanks for the feedback!

Congratulations runt! I just realized that this was the winning recipe for august 2016 in the reddit diy creations. Cant wait to try it!

Thanks Runt, I made up a 125ml of this exactly the way it states, I always sneak in a taste right a way, well I gotta say its really good, so good that I kept the one I made to vape now and made another 125ml to make it to a steep. I have had a big bottle of the fruity flakes for a while and never cracked it open, partially due to finding out it had sugars, and not really having time to mix. Anyway thanks, its a great easy S&V.

Dang, I've got everything but marshmallow! Any subbing recommendations?
#7 by RuntDastardly, Nov 19. 2016, 00:38
@Bactosa #6: Any of your on-hand marshmallows should do nicely, though if you have TFA Marshmallow, that one's ideal. That was the one I started with, actually, so it's good. Tthat CAP Marshmallow has this little extra fluffy, puffy, rolled-in-powdered sugar thing that I ended up liking better, is all.
#8 by Bactosa , Nov 19. 2016, 00:40
@RuntDastardly: Ah, I gotcha. I need to pick some up, I guess! Just don't have any marshmallows on hand currently.

@docta: Thanks! Hope you enjoy it!

@nicomanteo: Yeah, the sugar syrups in FW Fruity Flakes is definitely no bueno, but it's such a tasty flavor I have a hard time saying no to it. If you find yourself vaping a lot of this, try it with FW Fruit Rings. I might've judged that one too harshly out of the gate, because I've tried it in other recipes and it's delicious (and safer). Damn you, FW Fruity Flakes for being so yummy & problematic!

Any sub for vanilla whipped cream?
#11 by RuntDastardly, Feb 25. 2017, 05:40
@Bvape #10: You can leave it out entirely, but, bump the FW Hazelnut up from 0.5% to 1% and the Vanilla Swirl from 2% to 2.5%.
#12 by BLM, Feb 25. 2017, 05:55
Thank you very much I ordered fruity flakes for this recipe and didn't realize it was vanilla whipped cream and thought it was just TPA whipped cream
#13 by RuntDastardly, Feb 25. 2017, 06:15
@Bvape #12 You're welcome! I didn't know you had TFA Whipped Cream, you can just sub the CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream with that, too! (But still boost the FW Hazelnut to 1% anyway, because it's better that way) In fact, I'm going to edit that part of the recipe right now! 😆

Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe.
I mix it often. In my opinion this is far better than most of the top rated recipes.

Can I sub for fruit pebbles sc by RF? Think I'm going to give that a shot until my next shipment arrives! Will report back my findings, thanks! Ps saw this on a what seems ancient Reddit c:
#19 by RuntDastardly, Aug 1. 2017, 21:46
@Quixxx #18: This is one of those recipes that's pretty flexible, even though I *did* create it with the specific goal of showcasing FW Fruity Flakes. That said, I've never tried *any* RF flavors at all, so I totally can't answer that question. I am, however, very interested to know how it works out! Keep me posted?

@Derek H, BLM, Lord and everyone else with the generous feedback, THANK YOU! I'm really glad you guys are enjoying it! :-)

I don’t have hazelnut and just ran out of fruity flakes. I am gonna try this with real flavors cookies and cream. Maybe add malted milk to it as well. Has anyone done that?

Not a shake and vape way too much lemon note. I have steep up to 3 months and the lemon still is strong. I dont get any malt. Sorry this ones not for me. I am going to play with it see if i can make work.
