Need to look up SOHO..always learning..
#2 by HrtOfTheDvl, Aug 9. 2016, 14:47
Is SOHO a tobacco from FA??
#3 by TheJuiceFairy, Aug 10. 2016, 01:59
@HrtOfTheDvl, Yes SOHO is a tobacco from FA Ive made a few adjustments today to dial it in im about to update it. I added CAP NY Cheesecake and TFA RY4D
#4 by TheJuiceFairy, Aug 10. 2016, 02:05
The NY Cheesecake will make it even smoother it fades to the background even after steep but it will give the mix a thicker mouth feel and it will add a slight salt like essence.
#5 by Chapel, Aug 18. 2016, 12:39
This is a very good, solid mix. Smooth and creamy, no element overkill, perfect for an adv. 😀
#6 by Zippy, Sep 6. 2016, 03:52
This is very good nicely balanced and smooth mix ...WTG fairy!!
#7 by TheJuiceFairy, Sep 17. 2016, 00:58
Did you star it? :)
#8 by masterstephenvapesologies, Nov 7. 2016, 12:06
cool. i thought i was the only one that thought NYCC gives a salt flavor. lol :)
#9 by Fleming, Dec 7. 2016, 01:49
Finally making this tonight you the bomb
#10 by TheJuiceFairy, Dec 10. 2016, 04:25
Did you guys rate it? What did you think?
#11 by TheJuiceFairy, Dec 10. 2016, 04:28
@masterstephenvapesologies I add NY Cheesecake in small amounts to some mixes for the salt essence of the cheese.
#12 by Fleming, Dec 10. 2016, 06:22
I think I did I'm still steeping but I know you so I know it's outrageous how do I rate it there's five stars when I scroll to the top does that mean I rated it
#13 by masterstephenvapesologies, Jan 7. 2017, 14:19
@GatorJuice you have to click on the star you want to rate it. if you notice if you hover over the 3rd star the other two will disappear i think that means you have yet to rate it.
@TheJuiceFairy... ;) i just got SOHO in the mail yesterday... so ill be whoopin it up right soon!
#14 by Moegirl, Feb 11. 2017, 07:44
Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to try this one.
#15 by juice junkie, Apr 20. 2017, 00:38
I used 1 drop of joy instead of AP per 10ml and this is OMG so good! Thanks for sharing!
#16 by lolwtf, May 9. 2017, 05:09
Juice fairy, can I sub TPA Marshmallow? I also have Toasted Marshmallow and a shitload of other options if that won't work. FA Meringue? Bavarian Cream? vanilla bean ice cream? Whipped cream or vanilla swirl? Let me know because I already poured the other ingredients into my mixing bottle and realized at the last second that I had the wrong marshmallow =)
#17 by lolwtf, May 9. 2017, 21:19
Came back to say, for anyone else wondering, I substituted TPA MARSHMALLOW 1.5% + FA MERINGUE 0.5% in place of FA MARSHMALLOW 1.0%. As a S&V, this tastes like pure pistachio, which was to be expected. Today, about 16 hours later, it is already a very delicious blend and I highly recommend it. I have trouble finding tobacco juices that aren't overwhelming in a sub-ohm dripping situation. This juice is perfect for that tobacco fix at .2ohms and 90 watts, dual aliens on a Peacemaker v2 (velocity style). I also enjoy FA 7 LEAVES ULTIMATE as a standalone (haven't found a good mix yet, but I think it would be fantastic in this mix, though not necessary) and FA MAXX BLEND. Hope this helps someone!
#18 by TheJuiceFairy, May 24. 2017, 04:23
@lolwtf ... I'm glad you were able to enjoy it. Thanks for the notes.
#19 by lolwtf, May 24. 2017, 17:47
Sure have, and I have already re-made this twice. The last time, I made it and New Pistachio RY4-U at the same time. I definitely like this one a little better, but I'm not sure if that's fair because I haven't made it very long steeping either of them lol. Also, I got FA Marshmallow in my last order. That particular sub made little difference for me, though using FA Marshmallow is the simpler way.

Also, as a note, I have tried almost every FA Tobacco I can get my hands on, with more coming in the mail to complete the collection. I like them all very much, especially compared directly to several INW 'baccos which I have found odd-tasting. Maybe they are more realistic. Anyway, I would recommend the recipe Tobacco Base by Subaquatix here on ELR for anyone looking for a delicious blend of tobaccos with no nasty aftertaste or off-flavors, basically S&V material.
#20 by bhamcatlady, Jun 1. 2017, 15:42
i must say that this is a damn good recipe if you are willing to wait. i made this on 4/26, tried it after a week and hated it. i tried it again after 2 weeks, felt neutral towards it, was feeling a little disappointed that it wasn't as baller as i expected it to be, and then i put it in a box with my "meh" juices and forgot about it. i pulled it out earlier in the week and haven't been able to put it down. 100% dope as hell after a month. and worth it IMO. i will be making more of this.
#21 by lolwtf, Jun 1. 2017, 15:50
Dude, it definitely is dope as hell. You're right. I also learned something from this recipe--- using RY4 Double as a booster flavor for Soho in recipes like this is amazing. @bhamcatlady have you made Pistachio RY4-U by @ENYAWREKLAW? That one is my ADV and the only juice I make large (120ml+) batches of. And I think it is improved by using something like the ratio of RY4D:Soho seen in this recipe.

Care to admit how big your box of "meh" juices is? I can tell you, my collection of duds is pretty sad, LOL. It definitely qualifies as *most* of the recipes I make, found here on ELR and also on AllTheFlavors.
#22 by TheJuiceFairy, Jun 9. 2017, 04:40
My box of Meh juice is rather big... lol sounds like you guys have a big Meh box like me too... :) lol
#23 by lolwtf, Jun 9. 2017, 04:43
Hey JuiceFairy, have you ever made this with only the RY4 Double? Instead of both RY4D + Soho? Wondered what your suggested percentage would be for that, as I am currently out of Soho but was thinking about making some more Pistachio Brûlée earlier today.
#24 by bhamcatlady, Jun 10. 2017, 19:18
@lolwtf yes, i love ry4-U, except im fairly certain i only make the "new" one- not the original recipe. and you got it, my box of meh juices is growing by the day, sigh. i mean occasionally, like this one, something i put in there comes out like a butterfly from it's chrysalis or whatever, but more often than not they get dumped down the drain. RIP so many recipes.
#25 by lolwtf, Jun 11. 2017, 00:32
@bhamcatlady,
I find a lot more success with the experienced mixers on alltheflavors.com personally. I generally stopped making recipes unless they have detailed flavor notes; otherwise I don't really trust that they know what they're doing & why. LOL. Speaking of this, I found a recipe by "liquidRobot" here on ELR last week called Pink Chocolate because I was looking for uses for my FW Tres Leches. I am so glad I made it, it is fucking delicious. It's the richest recipe I've ever made, and if you have a sweet tooth and you like creamy vapes, I highly recommend it. I would definitely recommend mixing it exactly how it's written. It tastes just like pink chocolate--- cannot taste Pecan at all, it just richens the mix. 5 days of steeping was all it needed.

=) Happy mixing
#26 by TheJuiceFairy, Jun 24. 2017, 22:45
@ lolwtf I have not made it with just RY4D in place of Soho because for my taste buds I think that may throw it over the edge on sweetness but I may try it just as an experiment. I'm sure the flavors will still blend. I cant imagine it tasting bad with RY4D at 4% but who knows. :)
#27 by lolwtf, Jun 24. 2017, 22:48
@JuiceFairy
I am switching to a lower nicotine level and I'm gonna remake some of my favorite juices including this one. I think I'm gonna try this one with HS RY4 because I am loving that one. I can let you know how it goes =) it is delicious with Soho and I do think it is a perfect fit here. I just also love very sweet mixes. Thanks for the reply =D
#28 by jason, Jul 6. 2017, 23:44
JuiceFairy what would be recomended sub ry4 double tfa and ry4 fa??
#29 by jason, Jul 6. 2017, 23:45
I really want to make this and oreder the wrong one
#30 by lolwtf, Jul 27. 2017, 05:14
@jason,
You don't have Ry4 Double TFA, but you have RY4 FA? I have made this recipe several times, and I have experience with all of these ingredients. I would recommend: leave out the RY4 Double, and sub with 1% TFA Brown sugar if you have it. This will be very close to the original recipe.
#31 by lolwtf, Jul 27. 2017, 05:15
TFA RY4 Double is mostly just Ethyl Maltol, and since we are using it at a low percentage, I think you could substitute 1% of Brown Sugar and arrive at a very very similar flavor. FA RY4 is not a very good sub, in my opinion. =)
#32 by donna, Aug 18. 2017, 14:38
Very Good
#33 by FlavAFoOL, Aug 21. 2017, 14:02
Exelent... especially with a really long steep. Cheers!
#34 by Hutch, Sep 17. 2017, 20:44
Been wanting to try this. Finally get the chance to make this up today.
#35 by TheJuiceFairy, Oct 12. 2017, 13:42
@Hutch, looks like you got your flavors in September. Did you mix it? Lol of you did it should be almost time to pull it out of the cabinet 😉😊
#36 by TheJuiceFairy, Oct 25. 2017, 14:11
Idk how I would get notifications on my threads. Seams that I miss so many and only see them when I’m sharing the recipe again. :/ but looks like you guys helped each other out. Thabk you lolwtf for helping out here.
#37 by KumariHPX, Dec 14. 2017, 04:57
@lolwtf your comments and recommendations helped me alot, so TY! Pistachio RY4 is also a fave of mine, nuts, creams... just YUM YUM. Marking this recipe to make, @TheJuiceFairy, and thanks for sharing. Have learned a few things in this comments thread!!
#38 by Hijack, Jan 6. 2018, 01:13
I usually only mix and work on my own recipes, but I started thinking I really need to try some other people's recipes too, to get a better perspective; so I hit the what can I make with my stash button and your recipe was one of many that came up. I made up a few recipes to try. But so far this is the best, and the only one I would make again. This is a very nice juice!! I'm not the type to give 5 stars willy-nilly so big thumbs up to you mate nice one, you get my 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I have a test. Do feel the need to change your recipe? No I don't. That in itself is a big deal, so again nice one mate ☄
#39 by Coustic01, Jan 17. 2018, 20:53
Great recipe, made this to exact amounts and forgot about it, just tried it 5 weeks later and it's very good!
#40 by TheJuiceFairy, Jan 18. 2018, 03:50
Awesome!! I’m glad you like it and super glad that you are tasting it steeped! Did you rate it?
#41 by Hartloop, Feb 14. 2018, 00:23
This is a very good, solid mix. Smooth and creamy, no element overkill, perfect even without the Soho still waiting for it in post 5 star
#42 by Hutch, Feb 21. 2018, 01:44
Love this mix. Went through 120ml and about to make more.
#43 by Sebastian Sas, Apr 20. 2018, 12:01
Is this is eliquid made for MTL or DL ?
#44 by TheJuiceFairy, Apr 21. 2018, 01:27
This mix is strong enough for MTL but it was created for subtank.
#45 by Sebastian Sas, Apr 21. 2018, 21:58
SOHO is one of my top 3 tobacco flavors and I would like to try this recipe, but I intend to use it in a MTL device. Have you tried it this way ? Is it just as good as it is in a subtank ?
#46 by TheJuiceFairy, Apr 22. 2018, 02:36
What MTL are you using? In a pod you will loose a lot of the back notes but it’s still real good and flavorful enough. In a regular mtl tank it’s really really good. I do have to say that it is two different experiences but I wouldn’t say one is better than the other.
#47 by DrFurunkel, May 2. 2018, 00:10
Really delicious!! Might not be an ADV for everyone but it's an excellent dessert.
#48 by TheJuiceFairy, May 2. 2018, 05:04
Thanks.
#49 by Microshift, Jul 19. 2018, 23:00
This is a lovely mix, thank you. I'm very new to the game and had been very disappointed in pretty much everything I'd attempted, even "medal winners". I finally cracked it with Pistachio RY4-U, but this is even better, and it's only been steeping for 2 weeks.
#50 by TheJuiceFairy, Jul 28. 2018, 14:56
Thank you for your kind words. I hope you enjoy it.
#51 by Sebastian Sas, Aug 2. 2018, 10:55
@The juice Fairy I am using a DigiFlavor Siren V2. The reason for why I am asking how good is it in a MTL tank is because I dont want it to be weak compared to the DL.
#52 by TheJuiceFairy, Aug 3. 2018, 01:49
@Sebastian. This recipe for sure has a strong enough flavor to work in a Siren. You will loose some of the detailed notes (enhancers) but it comes through nice and strong and more as a uniform flavor. I vape MTL and Subtank a lot of my recipes can go in either device and the biggest difference you will notice will be a loss of the subtle notes but not in a bad way.
#53 by atssec97, Aug 31. 2018, 00:08
Mixed this up on July 5th and kept passing it over with other mixes in the steeping locker. Big Mistake! Tried it finally today and this is a very nice mix! I vape a ton of Alisa's Bust a Nut and this honestly is almost as good! Almost! Very well blended juice that is just an enjoyable vape! Nice Job!
#54 by e-cardo, Dec 14. 2018, 16:55
what could be a good substitute for Soho? I'm having trouble to find it in my country =(
#55 by TheJuiceFairy, Dec 18. 2018, 23:50
Ohhh noooo... There is no Soho Sub. If you can get HS maybe their Desert ship will work ok.
#56 by abjads, Oct 6. 2019, 03:07
Hi, I don't have New York Cheesecake, do you suggest something else instead? Thanks.
#57 by LukeHighLife, Nov 16. 2019, 15:50
This may be a stupid question...I have all the ingredients except - Soho & RY4, would this taste good without? Obviously a different flavour but the other ingredients look like a good mix anyway so curious?
#58 by TheJuiceFairy, Nov 28. 2019, 14:45
abjads: I can’t think of another substitute for New York Cheesecake. Maybe try FA Cheesecake or FA Bavarian Cream 🤷🏻‍♀️
#59 by TheJuiceFairy, Nov 28. 2019, 14:48
LukeHighLife : It should still be good but add a caramel of your choice to the mix in place of the RY4 at the 1% and the Soho has a nutty note so maybe add a hazelnut but only use the hazelnut at around 0.5% to 1% max. Good luck let me know how that worked out.
#60 by Buzzfriendly, Jan 7. 2020, 12:02
Well done!
#61 by MTL sLOVEnia, Mar 10. 2020, 22:05
Definitely a very smooth vape. Solid 4 stars - just because I can't really taste the pistachio which is the main flavor here with 7% and I had great hopes this would come out perfect. Still, one of the smoothest vapes! Thanks for sharing.
#62 by TheJuiceFairy, Jul 16. 2020, 15:57
Thanks for the compliment and rating it.
#63 by StephanMark, Aug 22. 2020, 20:50
I thought I had rated this mix, but I see I didn't as I return to mix it again. (Yep, it's 5⭐good.) Since I quit cigs, tobacco concentrates just never appealed to me. I mixed this and my mind was changed about tobacco vapes. I find this mix to be full, smooth, tasty, balanced and extremely satisfying. Thanks for sharing your work Jennifer.
#64 by Edulf, Oct 11. 2020, 03:19
Good!
#65 by mitsos, Nov 19. 2020, 09:48
Very clever compinaton.
5*****
#66 by TheJuiceFairy, Nov 20. 2020, 13:49
Thanks for the feedback Edulf and mitsos 😊
#67 by Franca, Jan 2. 2021, 17:20
Hi TheJuiceFairy! =)
Can I leave out the RY4 and swap the Pistacchio with FLV Pistacchio (I only have that, how much%?)?

Happy new year to you and your beloved ones!
#68 by Ak82coils, Feb 12. 2021, 05:51
So I had got my hands on the missing flavors I need to mix this up, but I could only find pistachio fa where I'm at. Been reading on the flavor notes looks like

1. Pistachio fa has a toasted note to it
2. Seems to be mixed at lower percentages

My question is has anyone used it in this recipe and at what percentage?
#69 by TheJuiceFairy, Mar 15. 2021, 01:19
@Ak82coils. If your using FA I think I would lower the % to 1% but I’ve mixed this with almond in place of pistachio recently and it was really good with FA Almond 1% too.
#70 by domino, Dec 24. 2022, 14:22
This one is just epic. Thanks for sharing!
#71 by Gee, Oct 6. 2023, 00:43
Seems promising, ill give it a try! 🙂🙂
