Cornish cream tea ( Clotted Cream ) is just right here with a bit of stern cream then the slightly lemony cake from Nonna's cake then all the sweetness from the supporting flavors vienna meringue, marshmallow and of course the strawberry is a jammy one on the exhale.
Cornish Cream Tea - very strong on the cream with a jam like strawberry and just a touch of cookie ( scone ) I really never taste the cookie except when I did a stand alone when I first got it but since then I've used it to support strawberries and be a cream base in recipes it stands up well to others flavors but can take over quickly. I've went higher with it and it gets too stern and almost sour so I feel it's better lower kinda like Nonna's cake too much and it's too much lemon around 1-1.25% is the best I've experienced with it when I just want a fluffy cake with a touch of lemon.
Solace71 thanks I didn't get any lemon from the Cornish cream tea funny how we all taste things so differently. I personally know that the Cornish cream tea is so potent it takes at least half the month for it to really calm down in order to get the others to really shine. Since you already know what Cornish cream tea is like you more than likely will be able to vape it at 3 weeks but I want you to be able to experience that SB jammineas in the exhale it's so good !
Hi @amy,Is there anything that I could sub the strawberry red touch with as I don’t have that one. I have strawberry ripe and sweet strawberry or even Inawera’s raspberry mallina? Sorry to ask for subs.
Lucas it’s no problem just know the end result will yield different results due to swapping flavors. Once your fine with that you can use any Strawberry you’d like. The closest to Red Touch FA out of those you named would be a combo - 1.5% SB Ripe TFA and use Sweet SB Cap at 1.75% that’ll be pretty close but no cigar 🤓good luck and let me know how it goes !
Thank you @amy for your help and giving me the percentages as I’m still not very good at working those out. I will definitely let you know how it turns out.
Well I was just going over some of the recipes that I’ve mixed up with the attached notes and to my surprise I realised that I never came back to rate this one so true to my word here I am two years later with my stars. You definitely get the full five stars from me and I can’t wait to mix this up again but this time with the correct strawberry lol 🍓 Thank you @Amy*** for the great recipe.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
