Really liking the flavour profile of this already. It's only had ten hours steep time. I did add .5% Vanilla classic and really like it. Thanks for sharing. Out of interest have you found it improves with age? Only made a 10ml test batch but it's gonna be gone in no time.

Ok. So I mixed the torrone originally at .5% . It blended very nicely and wasn't over the top.

So ... Mix your torrone where you want. 1% for in your face and .5% for a blender.

I really enjoyed this once it steeped. I also found that the addition of FW Blueberry @ 3% offers a delightful twist! 😉 Great recipe!

yum its had a 19 day steep and def 5 star, made with original 0.75% torrone but will make with the 1% next time, lovely flavour

Any replacement for almond? I have vanilla Tahiti FA maybe a but if that since it's for a vanilla almost type flavor ?

Joe, how about adding some FA Caramel for more depth.. ?
Or the Caramel should be paired with some vanilla.. ? Like the FA Tahity or the bourbon.. ?

I quite like this.The torrone is prominant and I like torrone. I made this with TFA marshmallow. Might try toasted mashmallow next time.

I've made this two times. The first time I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. The second time I subbed Vienna Cream for the Fresh Cream at the same percent. It did not work. Next time back to the original recipe....

I need to use Almond TPA. Is it similar? Do you think it should be used with the same percentage?

delicious, only the Torrone is a bit too strong for me, next time I will cut it in half 👍🏻
