Notes
Made 8/22 tried 10/28

Recommended steep time : 1 month- 2 months
Cardamom & Taro dance around the berries in the inhale then on exhale there's a punch from the Rhubarb and cinnamon red hot.

GIve it time to steep so you can appreciate the different profiles and allow for the cardamom, taro and cinnamon to mellow.

Amy, I need to know immediately how this will taste without the goji. I am finally so close to being able to make an Amy2 recipe when released!

lol rab it will be fine w/o the goji I mean sure it's a potent berry but you could always put a splash of a dark Berry in there that you have whether that be forest fruit, black currant, acai or just leave it out up to you. The cardamom and cinnamon along with the taro & Rhubarb are what make it sing the berries just add an additional flavor platform for those savories to be softened by ! I know you like strong so this should be up your alley ! Hope you like it.

How is Taro from ecx compare to TFA's version
#4 by Amy***, Jan 3. 2017, 22:52
@ ian Taro from EXC is milder to me than TFA's, both are starchy earthy but I find the ECX to be better for me I have them both. I use them both at the same %s 1.0-1.75% in a mix. So it's just a preference thing.
