Flavour west - Menthol I kept it at 5% as a nice start off point, you can increase or decrease this depending on how much menthol you like. My suggestion is no higher than 10% and to go up 1% or 2 at a time if you feel the need.

Koolada (the perfumers/flavour apprentice)- this company uses two names as shown above^ koolada Is used just to add that "cold" feeling of menthol, but with no menthol taste. So if you like the coldness and want it up or down, this is where you need to change, Suggest moving up in 0.5% or 1% at a time its powerful stuff.

Spearmint by Flavour art - So this I added in just to give it a bit more of a minty feel to add some nice notes to the menthol. you can remove it if you wish but I feel it brings a nice touch - increase this no more than a total of 2.5% as it may overpower the rest. increase by 0.5% each time.

Ethol Malthol - sweetner - You need to get EM in a 10% solution. I used this just to bring out the sweetness from the spearmint, EM rounds up all the ingredients and gives it an boost to the whole mix. Used on its own it tastes liek a cotton candy. This can be upped or down but I suggest no higher than 2% as sweeteners can spoil a good recipe
try going up and down perhaps in 0.25% or 0.5%.

Nicotine I use Darkstar nictone, give it a google they also sell PG and VG.

finally i suggest using scales with an accuracy of 0.01 that way you just drop the concentrates into the bottle - No syringes needed! its very easy.
Please be careful with nictoine as its close to pure and on your skin will cause you to feel sick, use gloves and keep it someplace cool ( i store mine in the fridge - and pull it out 30 mins before i use.

1 last tip, shake everything before/during mixing, especially the nicotine!
