My spin of My Vanilla Custard - by Adam Biondo
Me - I love Butter Pecan and I've been using Vanilla Cupcake in my custard mixes for a while. Curious what custard Adam's trying to emulate. One of my favourites is DaVinci Code because of the Butter Pecan (although I think it's a very simple recipe.) I'm going to use Adam's ideas in this recipe and put my own spin on it. Remove the brown sugar, add FW butterscotch, increase butter pecan and lower a few other percentages.
