Cut All Flavor Percentages in Half
Added Graham Cracker and split percentage with Graham Clear.

Based on a Castle Long Reserve Clone. I never had Castle Long but liked the recipe. Have been slowly changing and modifying this recipe over the last few months.

I really like the bourbon flavor and wood smoke notes, if you wanted it more candy like lower the bourbon and skip the oak and cognac.

Steep: Top off first 24 hrs, 3 - 10 Days.
