Profile- custard/cream.
Everyone has their favorite custard recipe, this is mine. It took quite a while & a lot of batches to get here, but here is how I like it. A little lighter & maybe "brighter" than some of the heavier custards, but it makes it more of an ADV than some of the over rich profiles. If you make it, let me know what you think.

Needs about 3 weeks of steep time, but worth it.
