But I do have some that is 3+ months old and there is for sure a mellowing of the lemon over time.

Would Hazelnut FW or TFA work here instead of CAP? Do you think it would change the recipe too much?

@mindtrapper I couldn't say on the Hazelnut swap out. Its only 0.5% of the recipe, but it does add a layer to the cookie flavor in the recipe (using CAP)

New to DIY this turned out delicious with FW Hazelnut. The flavors were strong in the second week as well. Thanks for the trip down memory lane in a vape!

I'm out of torrone at the moment, is there anything else you could suggest using instead or is it a key ingredient.

This is delicious! Tastes just like a lemon cooler. The addition of torrone was pure genius and is essential to this recipe. I took the suggestion and added .5% FA Cookie Biscotto. Thanks so much for sharing.

Watched the critique of this on diyordie and was skeptical as I don't like many lemon recipes. This stuff is delicious! Exactly what the description is. I made this less than 24 hours ago and it's just so good!

used sugar cookie v1,subbed the CAP hazelnut for FA hazelnut and loved it. 5/5
