Slight variation of The Real: Strawberry Cheesecake REMIX by [ENYAWREKLAW]

I love the original recipe but for the sake of a little variety I dropped sucralose for EM, swapped sweet cream for vanilla bean ice cream and added a bit of Crunchy Berry Cereal which fits in nicely since it doesn't really have a strong cereal note, mainly berry.

Edit: I added 1.5% Ethyl Maltol sweetener. It seems to really bring everything together quite nicely :)
