Hi apwroblewski, I used this recipe to make a 30ml bottle of juice. It's fantastic and it was gone in two days, so I made more and let this dude that buys all his juice from me try it and he loves it so I've been churning this stuff out like it was liquid gold! Thanks for your contribution. I have both regular and Belgium Waffle flavoring that I don't know what to do with. I was happy to see you have a recipe for Cina-waffles... I'm going to try that one next. Thanks again.
#2 by Tripod, Jun 1. 2015, 14:16
If i try to adapt this to 40/60 PG/VG, and use FA strawberry instead of TPA strawberry ripe, what percentage do you think i should use?
#3 by Tripod, Jun 1. 2015, 14:18
It's not that it's not good as it is, in fact it's awesome. I just ran out of TFA strawberry ripe, and only have FA red touch (strawberry). TIA.
#4 by apwroblewski, Jun 1. 2015, 14:33
@Tripod - IMO, FA is not as good. I try to stock up on as much of straw ripe as possible.
@VapinDave - rock on. Thank you.
#5 by Tripod, Jun 1. 2015, 22:01
@apwroblewski well i did order some straw ripe today, should be here soon. Thanks for a great recipe!!
#6 by The Vaping Goat , Jun 22. 2015, 21:51
I'm going to make this but I'll have to use Capella Vanilla custard V1 and a different cream (I have a few to choose from)

How would you compare %'s of the custard? I've never used TPA VC but I think 3%, maybe will be enough for it to be present without overpowering the Bavarian Cream which I adore!
#7 by toleary1988, Jul 3. 2015, 04:30
Wow just mixed up 2 30 mls of this and just shake and vaped and its very good stuff!! Thank you for your contributions to thus great community
#8 by nineball, Jul 13. 2015, 01:57
Tried this recipe 3 times so far and its amazing. I didn't have cheesecake graham crust the first time so I used newyork cheesecake and graham cracker together. Tried it the other times using the recommended flavors and still tasted good. Thank you for the awesome recipe I love this flavor!
#9 by Elektrovenik, Aug 10. 2015, 21:37
Awesome mix, but I like it more with original cheesecake(tpa)
#10 by babayaga, Aug 22. 2015, 22:12
Awesome recipe! This has easily become my favorite recipe, my ADV TOP SPOT! Thank you for this, can't get enough folks this recipe is amazing, must try!! I've made 3 yes three 120 ml batch so far. Well really 4 but dropped and broke one once :( Usually a hot bath and 3 day steep is all this needs. I found flavor (for me) doesn't change much over 3 days. Have steeped 3, 7, and 14 days and all tasted the same.
#11 by ScarecrowOZ, Sep 7. 2015, 06:59
I make this often for my bro in law who likes the mothers milk and says it's even better than the premium store bought juice. Well done on this recipe!
#12 by enfield, Sep 14. 2015, 05:58
has anyone tried it with more vg?
#13 by ScarecrowOZ, Sep 14. 2015, 06:03
I mix this recipe at max vg (26%pg / 74%vg). Brother in law says it's spot on but better!
#14 by VapinVan, Sep 25. 2015, 20:22
Made 50 ml max vg per recipe 6 hour slow cooker steep and it's great to vape. Definitely going to make this again. Great recipe thank you very much.
#15 by cracker_jaxx, Oct 14. 2015, 10:02
Love the stuff, have already made about 200ml of it. my go to adv at the moment ! pretty good straight out of the bottle but after 2 week steep its absolutely awesome
#16 by clocKwize, Oct 14. 2015, 10:47
This is lovely. Good job
#17 by Eric, Oct 15. 2015, 04:22
This is the best I mixed it at 40/60 30ml and it is good thank you going to make 30ml more to steep .
#18 by Billy_Jean, Oct 16. 2015, 08:02
this is a good strawberry cheesecake vape indeed. but nothing like Unicorn/ Mothers milk..I made this with exact recipe stated at 1.5 months steeping
#19 by Duddits, Oct 20. 2015, 00:52
This was very good. Better, in my opinion, than that other recipe. Did use VC V2 CAP because I did not have TPA. Still excellent :)
#20 by HC2S, Oct 23. 2015, 06:01
Love this juice, a nice twist on two greats. Kudos to you! The BV really makes it shine. Sweet creamy Strawberry cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.
#21 by WillowJuice, Nov 20. 2015, 17:18
What sort of average steep time on this recipe please?
#22 by HC2S, Nov 20. 2015, 20:52
#WillowJuice anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. Creams usually take about 2 weeks minimum, Custards don't even start to really shine until after a month IMHO. So at least 2 weeks. I tested my batch every week, it was good out of the gate, but by week 3 it is a very nice vape.
#23 by WillowJuice, Nov 21. 2015, 10:55
^^^ HC that's great advice...many thanks.
#24 by Melodycd, Nov 29. 2015, 08:03
Can i change Vanilla custard for Vanilla Bean Ice Cream? I don't have Vanilla Custurd, what is the difference between them?
#25 by Daour, Dec 3. 2015, 16:30
can i use 0 nic?
#26 by VapinVan, Dec 9. 2015, 05:50
melody it wouldn't be the same recipe but give it a try, might be something amazing, take notes and if good post it. Daour all recipes can be 0 nic just use the amount of pg or vg instead of nic in this case 0.9 mls of either.
#27 by v8taz, Dec 13. 2015, 11:27
just have to say thanks for the recipe. after a 2week steep it is a good ADV and I am picky, wind up pouring a lot of juice down the drain. This is a keeper tanks
#28 by Disco Devil, Dec 27. 2015, 00:31
Just tried this recepie works great! Thanks. I just tried it after a day I can only imagine how it will taste after 2-3 weeks. The only difference is I tried a 30pg/70vg mix.
#29 by Wassabi, Jan 1. 2016, 02:07
I got dx bavarian cream tpa what should be the percentage or drops on this recipe?
#30 by VapinVan, Jan 2. 2016, 07:26
dx bavarian is same as normal just without diactyl, from what i understand.
#31 by Wassabi, Jan 2. 2016, 16:12
Thanks a lot !
#32 by Awayze, Jan 6. 2016, 20:31
Tried it after a shake and vape, think it needs steeping for a few weeks.
#33 by v8taz, Jan 11. 2016, 23:51
I made 60ml gave it a hot bath and tried liked it. On the 2nd day I put it into my home made shaker for around 8 hours (heating it up once in awhile) tried it again and loved it. I have made 4oz for myself and 2 for a friend. Thank you for posting
#34 by discoboyminimal, Jan 13. 2016, 21:08
just did 200ml batch.
had made 2 more times.30+100+100. i cant fucking stop vaping!!! :D
#35 by aaaps, Jan 18. 2016, 17:28
Сгущенное молоко и карамель и ещё что то, но не клубника. Очень вкусно.
#36 by Andreas4463, Jan 19. 2016, 20:28
I made this yesterday and its really nice! reminds me of Milk by Glass!
#37 by Awayze, Jan 24. 2016, 15:50
Two weeks on, its much nicer. Not as rough but next time I'll lower the PG content as I'm not a fan of the throat hit.
#38 by molotovgod, Jan 28. 2016, 00:00
Wow this is amazing! great recipe. For everyone for easy shopping go to cathousevapor.com (im not promoting but I am lol) instead of buying from all these places buy from there they had all these ingredients, I also got all the ingredients for strawberry shortcake bar see how that one goes, but this one is amazing. thanks again ~molotovgod
#39 by Vapourwest, Feb 3. 2016, 10:08
Just made a batch of this shit and it smells amazing!
I also used a milk frother to mix the ingredients
#40 by Geffen, Feb 3. 2016, 18:30
Very very good!
#41 by Awayze, Feb 5. 2016, 01:22
Came back to it and 20ml I made has gone in 2 days. It's that nice. I've made it more accurately this time. Needs a couple of weeks steeping to get the best though
#42 by alter3g0, Feb 7. 2016, 19:35
Very good ! I mix it at 70/30 and after 1 week of steeping tastes great.
#43 by Hea1er, Feb 11. 2016, 20:29
very nice, steep 1 week minimum
#44 by Paul, Feb 13. 2016, 10:32
5 stars!
#45 by Briggs, Feb 15. 2016, 20:44
Can I use vanilla custard v2 instead of just vanilla custard or is there a big difference?
#46 by leirbag23, Feb 17. 2016, 05:24
Absolutely the best recipe I ever tried. Congrats! This is my "make a huge batch" ADV.
#47 by Oleg, Feb 17. 2016, 14:48
Verry good, 5 stars.
False PG/VG-ratio: 50/50 , true - 30/70.
Thanks
#48 by laura, Feb 18. 2016, 02:25
кто нибудь мешал с 20 на 80?
#49 by triki, Feb 18. 2016, 05:01
5 Star ! Tastes and smells amazing !!
#50 by valerymoroz, Feb 19. 2016, 00:34
20 на 80 никак не получается. Аром в рецепте 26%. Я мешаю 30 на 70. Отлично!!!
#51 by tlc221981, Feb 20. 2016, 04:34
Just made a 30ml bottle and Man you got this spot on I love it thanks
#52 by leirbag23, Feb 20. 2016, 04:53
Didn't have any more Strawberry Ripe (I used it all on a huge batch of this recipe), so I tried it with TPA Dragonfruit, and it's also pretty good. Not as good as this, but quite nice!
#53 by noshadowkick, Feb 24. 2016, 00:06
Going to try this out at 30/70 PG/VG and see how it works. I want to drip this!
#54 by Gap, Mar 4. 2016, 01:48
Все кому дал попробовать - в восторге!
#55 by bgsgfan, Mar 5. 2016, 12:53
Amazing shake n vape! I am new to DIY and this recipe is the first definite hit that will keep me going. Thanks!!!
#56 by 4 rings of fury, Mar 5. 2016, 14:20
I bought all the flavorings from the top 8 recipes here on ELR as a kick start to DIY and I have to say - after leaving this to steep for about a week or slightly longer- it's the best one from ELR I've mixed up!! Smelled/vapes decent when first mixed but it became soooo well balanced and delicious after a steep. I think this will be my new ADV that'll tie me down so I can experiment with the flavorings I have and be able to let hem steep. Prior to trying this steeped I was SnV'ing everything since I was looking for an ADV. Thos should keep me happy for quite some time. Thank you for this delicious, creamy and perfectly balanced recipe!!! 5 stars from me👍🏻
#57 by Awayze, Mar 6. 2016, 23:28
I've made it at 50/50 and 65/35, better taste with 50/50 and no extra roughness on a 1 ohm Atlantis 2 coil. One of the better recipes.
#58 by aaaps, Mar 7. 2016, 16:17
Лучший самозамес из кучи мною попробованных. Не надоедает, но иногда пробую что то новое.
#59 by Jake The Brake, Mar 8. 2016, 19:15
After 2 weeks steeping its not bad, but still tastes very cakey and I don't get much of a strawberry flavour even at those high percentages. Do enjoy it in the Nautilus, a bit too cakey for sub ohming for my taste though. Will let it steep a bit longer and hope for the best.
#60 by siege, Mar 10. 2016, 14:52
i made this recipe but after 3 weeks of steeping it has a chemical taste. is that natural? should i let it steep more?
#61 by tlc221981, Mar 10. 2016, 16:54
What brand name of flavoring did you use???? I used all TFA and I don't have that.... And I can shake and vape this!!!!
#62 by Jake The Brake, Mar 10. 2016, 17:15
I used these exact ingredients and yes I could shake & vape too, but then the cakeyness came after steeping.
#63 by tlc221981, Mar 10. 2016, 17:24
Then I don't know that's weird I have a bottle that has been sitting for 2 weeks so I tried it and it is fine too....
#64 by Jake The Brake, Mar 10. 2016, 17:57
I've even played around with the strawberry, adding tpa strawberry, changing percentages and so on, to no avail. Going to try again reducing the cheesecake and possibly the custard. I do like the recipe overall, but as I said, a bit too cakey for my taste.
#65 by tlc221981, Mar 10. 2016, 18:54
Okay I just looked at my recipe and this is what I used....
My Nictone is 100%PG 100MG @ a 3 0.9ml
VG 21.3ml only no PG
DX Bavarian Cream TFA 4% 1.2ml
Cheesecake Graham Crust TFA 5% 1.5ml
Ripe Strawberry TFA 10% 3ml
DX Sweet Cream TFA 4% 1.2ml
Vanilla Custard TFA 3% 0.9ml
I got the DX flavoring because it says that it is a (diketone Acetoin, Acetyl Propionyl free version....)
#66 by siege, Mar 10. 2016, 18:54
I used tpa. If i let it breathe a bit more should it tone down that chemical taste?
#67 by tlc221981, Mar 10. 2016, 19:14
I would put it in a dark cold area with the lid off for a max 4 Hours only
#68 by Jake The Brake, Mar 11. 2016, 03:58
Well finally got around to rewicking my dripper and tried this liquid again. What can I say, love it! Shame it doesn't taste that great in my tanks.
#69 by Young Vapes, Mar 14. 2016, 03:54
would it be great if I add 1% ethyl maltol?
#70 by 4 rings of fury, Mar 17. 2016, 03:20
I hate to say this since it was my favorite of all the highest rated recipes on the first page but after 2 weeks the flavors muted a LOT. Bummed since I made 120 because I loved my 30 ml sample so much. Now that I look at te flavorings I realize it's the straw ripe that's wel known to mute and not steep well. I'm gonna make this with a combo of sb ripe and another sb like maybe FA, cap or even reg TFA straw. Good thing is at this point all I have to do is add enough sb to taste to my remaining 120 ml and I should be fine. Just FYI, this doesn't steep so great due to the sb ripe being the only sb used her. You'd be better off with a combo of at least 2 sb's to combat the muting. IMHO of course
#71 by Bobby_Turkalino87, Mar 17. 2016, 20:07
@4ringsoffury I made this with 5% ripe and 5% strawberry both TFA and I am letting it breathe at the moment before I do a test on it but am hoping this helps the muting of the strawberry after it has steeped for a few weeks.
#72 by 4 rings of fury, Mar 18. 2016, 13:45
@Bobby Turkalino Ya my next batch I'll either do a mix of TFA sb', sb ripe TFA and sweet sb cap or a combo of INW Shisha sb (become my favorite sb to date) and maybe ripe or sweet sb. Either way it's a great recipe...possibly the best sb and cream I've had and I know the ultimate sb and cream is hugely debatable and subjective but this juice (along with fresh' sb milkshake is what helped me stop buying my premium ADV juice (that juice was Boosted btw which t me was king of sb and creams - albeit it was marketed as sb milkshake).

Anyhow, thanks for the recommendation. I'll report back when I do experiment. Cheers.

Made this today and it's awesome I tweaked it takes make 60vg/40vg but still awesome my question is do you think banana would also work instead of the strawberry to make banana milk?
#75 by Danimal, Mar 25. 2016, 19:13
Very good recipe. I made this in a 70/30. I didn't have the custard so I used sweet cream instead and also added 1% brown sugar. It sat for three days started vaping it today and I am out after 3 hours. The guy at work kept steeling my vape cause he liked it so much and he doesn't even vape. I can't imagine how it would taste after a week steeping. Thanks for the recipe.
#76 by greymatter352, Mar 29. 2016, 04:44
So much flavoring in this recipe, usually stay away from that. But can't stop vaping this!
#77 by Briggs, Mar 29. 2016, 15:19
this is my favorite recipe of all time its my adv for sure
#78 by Bobby_Turkalino87, Mar 30. 2016, 18:03
@4_rings_of_fury Boosted is such a good vape!! i hope to concoct something close to that. You have me wanting to go purchase a bottle now
#79 by enwake, Mar 31. 2016, 20:44
Замешал эту хуйню. Мамкиного молока тут точно нет. Но есть бабкины труханы. А еще эта арома очень напомнила мне поездку к любимым друзьям. Коле и Але. Запах электрички из 10. Спасибо за проебанные аромы!

Really enjoying this. Thanks!
#81 by apwroblewski, Mar 31. 2016, 21:49
Wow, when I first made this flavor, i was really just using this site to help me with the different %'s of flavor / nicotine / PG / VG. Had no clue it would be so popular! Thanks everyone!
#82 by Awayze, Apr 6. 2016, 21:40
It's unusual but this recipe, only this one out of all the ones I've made, seems to tone down the headaches I get, they started years before vaping so its not the vaping. Could be the high PG in this, should give it a test with others i think.
#83 by noshadowkick, Apr 7. 2016, 20:16
I've noticed this recipe has several different flavor profiles as it ages and have found the sweetspot to be about 4 weeks+. Right away it's a bit of a jumble, then it gets really funny between 1-3 weeks. Almost sickly sweet in a weird way. Right around 4 weeks (maybe a little less) for me is when it really comes together. And it REALLY comes together. It's one of my fav recipes and I pretty much always have 120 ml steeping.
#84 by SirMixALot, Apr 8. 2016, 21:13
Very nice recipe! Well done! I would note that I find this is great for shake and vape, even though creams and custard bases usually need steeping time. After just 3 days, 4 hours open cap, and 2 45 minute hot water bath sessions, the strawberry is almost completely background. I imagine it will only get more mild for the berry. Any thoughts?

Great recipe tyvm
#87 by Treachery, Apr 10. 2016, 06:21
Made about 90ml of this so far. It's a really good Strawberries and Custard/Cream mix. Steeped about a week or more it's delicious. Has a great creamy tone.
#88 by calebthemaniacal, Apr 12. 2016, 22:41
ok so good recipe, it pisses me off tho. i have a 16oz of strawberry ripe and have experimented many times at many different percentages with it and everytime it is extremely harsh. why the hell is it not harsh in this recipe? its blowing my mind. its my favorite strawberry flavor so its extremely infuriating.
#89 by suoıʇnlos ǝuıʇsǝpuɐlɔ, Apr 12. 2016, 23:43
My strawberry ripe taste smooth and delicious at shake and vape regardless of % let alone steeped
#90 by ads, Apr 13. 2016, 14:44
Hey folks - what is the ideal steep time for this please? I made it up 5 days ago and, whilst it's vapable, it's incredibly muted and not particularly enjoyable...
#91 by suoıʇnlos ǝuıʇsǝpuɐlɔ, Apr 13. 2016, 16:02
Mine was great right away, I found the strawberry ripe flavour strong for the first couple days now it's milder but still yummy. The longer you steep it the weaker the strawberry will get because of the creams getting stronger with steeping
#92 by ads, Apr 13. 2016, 16:06
Thank you!
#93 by sas, Apr 20. 2016, 22:43
I made 50ml of this, waited 4 hours and.. AMAZING! I absolutely love this taste. I will definitely come back.
#94 by skineedog, Apr 21. 2016, 02:44
This is one of my all time favorites. I make this as a blueberry version and love it. One of my ADVs. Quick and simple.... I agree with other commenters that the main flavor tends to weeken after a few days but still very good.
#95 by Will, Apr 21. 2016, 06:06
the vanilla custard was pretty overpowering for me... should i have gave it a warm water bath with the cap off, or should i jus let it sit now?
#96 by Sanchez, Apr 23. 2016, 00:50
Can I use strawberry (TPA) instead of strawberry RIPE (TPA)?
#97 by sas, Apr 24. 2016, 18:12
Yes. Next time I will add less strawberry because it's to strong for me.
#98 by Raga_15, Apr 29. 2016, 11:30
Hy apwroblewski,i mixed up some tester and let it steep for 10 days..it was soooo goood recipe!! i make 50:50 combination between strawberry regular (TFA) and Strawberry Ripe (TFA) it really boosted the strawberry flavor! thanks man!!
#99 by HydroCrisp, Apr 30. 2016, 12:41
Just mixed this up. Replaced vanilla custard tpa with vanilla custard v1 cap at the same percent and its already a decent shake n vape. At the moment i recommend aging but if you dont wanna wait it is for sure vapable. Will let it sit for a few days and come back and update.
Atm i get vanilla on inhale and strawberry on exhale with a vanilla creamy after taste. Im a beginner so i say dont trust my buds too much :P
Thanks apwroblewski!
#100 by The vaper, Apr 30. 2016, 16:02
I just made 20 ml and added banana instead of strawberry really nice vape
#101 by Timbo, May 1. 2016, 11:16
Outstanding! Made this with 100&VG premixed base instead of PG and Nicotine. Fabulous just shaked and vaped. When I can afford, will make with Natures Flavours rather than TPA, which I'm sure will be even better. Interestingly, after a days steep, the juice has gone a lovely clear orange color. For those deliberating, this tastes like a creamy, strawberry, custard milkshake. It's DELICIOUS. :-)
#102 by AfroSy, May 1. 2016, 15:53
This is freaking awesome.
#103 by N, May 4. 2016, 16:45
these vlavours are dangerous
#104 by Flying Nimbus, May 6. 2016, 03:54
I made one 30 ml bottle of this and it turned out really odd, almost taste like it has alcohol in it or something, pretty much unvapeable, ive tried it weekly since making it, its steeped now for about a month and a half in a dark cool cabinet. My nic is good, my flavors arent old, the only thing i could think of that may have effected it is i made it at max VG, so like 73.4% VG. Anyone have a similar experience?
#105 by artutot, May 8. 2016, 05:32
This recipe is ADV i have tried Cuttwood unicorn milk and this one blows that one away this one belongs in the DIY E-juice recipe of hall of fame.
Great Job apwroblewski,
#106 by SamehCena, May 9. 2016, 02:55
can i use Strawberry and Cream instead of (Ripe) ? and how much gonna be the prec. ??? thanks
#107 by SamehCena, May 9. 2016, 02:57
and my flavors is TFA AND FA u can see them in my stash ??
#108 by artutot, May 9. 2016, 03:12
SemehCena you can try but it wont be ass good because strawberry ripe is very important for this recipe "This recipe kicks some ass". In my flavor arsenal strawberry ripe is one of the largest bottles of all my flavors i have. Would be happy to send you some at no charge.

Back here to update. Check my post above. Lazy to rewrite what i did..
After 13 days of aging this juice, the strawberry is almost non-exsistant. I recommend trying to switch up the strawberry flavor. Maybe mix strawberry flavors like cap sweet srawberry and tfa strawberry. Ill try that soon. Im getting somewhat of a dry/flat feeling/taste when vaping this also. The smell of this juice almost takes me to heaven tbh but too bad it doent taste like it smells.
*i used cap vc v1 at 3%*

This is my first try at mixing my own juice but can't find tpa Bavarian Cream can I use flavor west and don't have any tpa Vanilla Custard can I use Capella
#115 by ann7999, May 16. 2016, 22:42
Made this last night. Had to use Capella Vanilla Custard. It's very good! Bet it gets better with some steep time, but I can't seem to leave it alone. Thanks for sharing this!
#116 by EdgeKrusher187, May 17. 2016, 16:48
I'm hooked. I mixed up a 30 ml bottle 3 weeks ago, cracked it open last week, and it was gone in three days. This time I mixed up 60ml of just the base flavor, hopefully I won't have to mix up another batch from scratch anytime soon.
#117 by Tofi2g, May 18. 2016, 13:22
One of the best recipes I've tried. I mix it 70/30 vg/pg and let it steep for a week. Delicious :)
#118 by pongraczsoma, May 20. 2016, 16:04
capella new vanilla custard instead of tpa vanilla custard?
#119 by Franky, May 22. 2016, 13:59
My first DIY e-juice and I'm so happy with it, had to try it right away and made an extra 60ml to let it steep. After one evening my first 10ml is gone...excellent recipe for a novice like me and it encourages me to try out more recipes. Thank you Apwroblewski ..thumbs up.
#120 by Chad, May 23. 2016, 01:02
I think I have everything except cheesecake graham cracker. Think graham cracker (fa) could be used in its place?
#121 by HydroCrisp, May 24. 2016, 07:09
Final update: so i re-mixed this again on 5/2/16 because i gave my small 10ml to a friend. Same as last time i used CAP Vanilla Custard V1 @ 3% to replace tfa vanilla custard and it has come together very nicely. Great sweet vanilla cream vape. Very thick on the palette. Im not picking up much strawberry ripe at all. I still stand on switching strawberries or throwing in another strawberry to have the strawberry flavor stay strong.
Overall nice vape! Definately worth mixing this up!
Thanks Apwroblewski!
#122 by COFMixture, May 24. 2016, 17:12
After a 10 day steep this stuff is amazing! The first week or so the flavours are a bit meddled, but it really comes together after that - rich creamy inhale and buttery biscuit exhale.

My one gripe is that it completely loses it's strawberry/sweet note (if it was ever there to begin with), so I made up a new batch where I dropped the strawberry 2 % and replaced it with 2% raspberry. Also dropped CGC 1% and added 1% marshmallow to add a little more sweetness. Added 1% koolada too because I love a cool vape.

I'll report back with the results.

This is amazing stuff thank you for the recipe!
#126 by COFMixture, May 26. 2016, 23:39
@scottyh512 Hi. Your PG % is too high due to the flavourings and 50/50 nicotine. You'll have to settle for a slightly lower vp/pg ratio.
#127 by noisemaker, May 27. 2016, 00:38
Awesome!
#128 by FlipWagon, May 27. 2016, 21:06
Hello Everybody, Hi apwroblewski,

5 days ago I made 52 ml of flavor base. Followed this recipe to the letter. I have been mixing with 48 mg/ml 50/50 nicotine juice and VG and PG because I connot help myself, this is my first DIY mix.

Here are my notes so far:
Stengh: PG/VG Notes
12 mg/ml 50/50: spot on. Sweet and smooth. A tad too sweet.
18 mg/ml 40/60 too harsh
18 mg/ml 50/50 still too harsh
15 mg/ml 50/50 less harsh, vapable, but flavor loss.
13 mg/ml 50/50 spot on. max nicotine level found.

lowering the nicotine level can only improve this juice. I don't think the VG/VG ratio has a great influence.

Steeping plan:
Flavor mix: 30 min open open bottle venting then 1 week steep with a daily shake.
Final mix: Add nicotine VG and PG and steep another 3 days with a daily shake.
Mixed method: Syringes.

I think I have everything except cheesecake graham cracker. Think graham cracker (fa) could be used in its place?

Hi Chad, yes you can use graham cracker, I used it also (by mistake) and it turned out great. Made 3 x 30ml, and already burned 60ml of it in the past few days, just cant let it steep like it should :-)

Made a new 3 x 30ml today like it should be made, and another 3 x 30ml with graham cracker (FA) ..just in case...
#130 by aphela, May 28. 2016, 15:44
Cheesecake is too high for me, tastes like sweaty socks. Lowered it to 2,5% and found it to be my sweet spot. Favourite strawberry milk so far!
#131 by doodlebob, May 28. 2016, 19:02
any chance i could swap tpa vanilla custard with capellas?
#132 by aphela, May 28. 2016, 19:06
Doodlebob, yeah that's perfectly ok. Might need a tad lower percentage though.
#133 by Fuzzy, May 28. 2016, 20:36
very good made it last night couldnt wait for it to steep and vaped it up. Thanks
#134 by MintyMods, May 28. 2016, 22:34
Very nice, made a 5ml tester bottle last night and after I had smoked that I ordered 100ml bottles of each ingredient. I could only get Capella Bavarian Cream and Capella Custard so any recommendations on percentage adjustments would be appreciated.
Thanks

я хз как вы замешиваете, отличная подлива, если подержать недельки 3
#138 by Bignoogz, May 30. 2016, 16:19
I'm sure this has been asked and probably answered already but there is a lot of comments on this juice. I've only been vaping for a month now, I jumped into it with both feet was a pack and a half menthol smoker prior to the change. After I went to vaping I haven't had a cigarette since. I enjoy the variety u can get and the customization there is in vaping. So I bought an RTA the first week I started, bought the griffin 25 which I must say I love. I use the SMOK r80tc mod at 56watts. Anyways enough about me I ordered these flavors yesterday and the excitement is unreal lol, but I don't enjoy pg it's not that I can't vape it I just don't enjoy the throat hit. With that being said this recipe sounds delicious but I was wondering if I should change the ratios at all for a max vg, or jus increase steep time? My flavorings are all pg and I mix at 6mg nic 100%vg. So with the flavoring in this recipe I would be aiming for a 26/74 pg/vg. Any suggestions would be amazing thank you.
#139 by HydroCrisp, May 30. 2016, 16:26
In my opinion your ratio 26/74 will be fine. It wont be a problem. The thing is higher vg i think requires a longer steep and also less flavor. But i wouldnt worry about it. Im nowhere near being a pro mixer so you could wait for another reaponse.
Just so you know it took 3 weeks of steeping for me to really enjoy this juice. I mixed it at 30/70 pg/vg.
#140 by HydroCrisp, May 30. 2016, 16:27
@Bignoogz
#141 by Bignoogz, May 30. 2016, 16:34
@HydroCrisp thank you for the input. I'm really new to diy as well less flavoring for higher vg hmm I jus figured since pg is a flavor carrier that the high vg would require more. Have you tried quick steeping? Like I said I'm a major newbie but I tried crock pot method on a watermelon chill recipe which is the only thing I've ever mixed and the flavor didn't seem to change at all so idk, lol. But thank you non the less.
#142 by HydroCrisp, May 30. 2016, 17:07
Sorry i must of confused you. I mean higher vg has less flavor when you vape it which means you might need more flavoring. Yes, you are right about the PG being a flavor carrier.
In this case i didnt change any flavor %'s and it still tasted great. So i say give it a shot at your preferred vg/pg ratio and dont change any flavor %'s.
I hear speed steeping is a myth. Best thing for ejuice is time and a dark cool place. I forget exactly, but basically at a certain temperature certain chemicals are affected in a negative way in the ejuice. As you can see i did great in chemistry class haha! Hope this helped!
#143 by Bignoogz, May 30. 2016, 17:11
It does and thanks again. And the myth saddens me I'm not a very patient person lol.
#144 by EdgeKrusher187, May 31. 2016, 15:01
@HydroCrisp @Bignoogz The main chemical that breaks down when "speed" steeping, or heating the juice is the Nicotine. Which in turn can give you that harsh taste. Like HydroCrisp said the more VG the more flavor you need at a longer steep. I've made this recipe at Max VG, 70/30, and 60/40. I do prefer it at Max VG, on an 8 day steep. I couldn't finish my 60/40 bottle because it was just too overpowering of a flavor.
With that said, it is a good recipe you just need to find the proper balance for you.
#145 by Bignoogz, May 31. 2016, 15:05
@EdgeKrusher187 thank you for the info..and yes I agree I believe the big problem I'm having right now is no peppermint and using spearmint in its place...I'll have to get peppermint and keep playing around with it.
#146 by Bignoogz, May 31. 2016, 15:15
Lol @EdgeKrusher187 thought this another post lol that's what u get for responding half asleep :P. Nevermind the mint, lol.
#147 by EdgeKrusher187, May 31. 2016, 15:58
@Bignoogz, lol, I was like "Did I respond in the wrong recipe. :) Good luck with the DIY, once you get the bug it doesn't let go.
#148 by SirMixALot, May 31. 2016, 16:05
I have used this recipe for at least a 250mls production with different modifications due to the fact that the strawberry ripe mutes quickly. Here is what I have found. 1) The base of this recipe without the strawberry provides a very decent template for a milk/cheesecake/custard (reduce cheesecake graham crust for milk and increase custard and reduce crust for custard). 2) Adding 5-10% oatmeal cookie instead of strawberry makes for a sugary cereal that is really nice to vape. 3) MOST IMPORTANT FOR THIS RECIPE - steeping all the ingredients without the strawberry until the creamy custard develops (maybe 8-14 days with 70VG or more and 5-10 days with 50VG) and THEN adding the strawberry gives an awesome flavour. I call this method "Layering". At times, I add drops of strawberry to the custard base directly into my tank. This is amazing to me.
#149 by EdgeKrusher187, May 31. 2016, 16:08
@SirMixALot - I was just thinking about trying that process. The Ripe Strawberry does mute rather quickly.
#150 by SirMixALot, May 31. 2016, 16:35
Lots of people have suggested switching the ripe strawberry for another, sure that should work. But I really like the RIPE. So layering works. @EdgeKrusher187 add it to the tank if you make more than 30 ml of base (flavour minus Ripe) so that you don't have a lot of muted juice left over. With a 30 ml bottle or less, the strawberry will hold until you finish it. Well that's at my consumption rate at least.
#151 by O.o.JamMasterJuice.o.O, Jun 1. 2016, 18:31
can anyone help? i let this steep for 2 days so far and I'm getting a kinda spicy taste off the bat. is it because more steeping? i gave it a small water bath let it breathe for 10 hours then its been in the dark steeping with the lid on
#152 by Bignoogz, Jun 1. 2016, 18:42
@juicylove69 I've yet to mix this myself still waiting for the arrival of flavors but reading through most the comments...a lot of ppl are suggesting at least 1 week steep maybe try letting it steep Lil longer. And I'm no expert by any means but if the aroma coming out of the bottle smells anything like the spice u taste maybe give it another few hrs without the cap.
#153 by O.o.JamMasterJuice.o.O, Jun 1. 2016, 19:07
thanks for the input I'm going to make another while thats steeping and try a bit longer breathing and see which is better i just smelled my flavors and I'm pretty sure its the sweet cream coming through very heavy so unless i mixed wrong which o don't think i did it may just need more time like you said to steep. I'm sure it does. but that sweet cream definitely will cut through the mix if anyone tries taste testing this before hand. i was just trying to see if it was good. I'm sure it will be. thanks again
#154 by Awayze, Jun 1. 2016, 22:13
You gotta let it steep for a couple of weeks. It was bad and stuttery when I vaped after a shake. When it goes yellow, then you know it's time to vape.
#155 by HydroCrisp, Jun 2. 2016, 02:04
I had to let this steep for 3 weeks. Be patient.
#156 by loudawg, Jun 2. 2016, 22:34
This is great!
#157 by jamie31, Jun 3. 2016, 06:57
I made 120 ml of this with TPA vanilla bean ice cream instead of vanilla custard and it was AMAZE BALLS. I lowered the cheesecake to 3% (don't personally like a strong cheesecake flavor.) YUMMMMY!!
#158 by mario, Jun 3. 2016, 09:46
чем можно заменить Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA)?
#159 by Bignoogz, Jun 3. 2016, 22:09
Finally got to mix this. Kept the flavor % the same but made it max vg. I haven't been able to test the steep yet but the shake and vape is rather nice. I mixed 30ml and gave 2 hot water baths while mixing other recipes and replacing coil/wick on my griffin 25. The cheesecake flavor is dominant strawberry is very very mute. But overall very pleasurable, and so much I mixed a 120ml batch to test various steep lengths. I mixed the 120 batch without the strawberry I plan to layer it by the 30ml of the cheesecake base. I will post more info as it comes available very nice recipe all around.

Guyz can i use TFA Vanilla Swirl instead of Vanilla custard..Also can u guyz please recommend me an alternative to custard as i dun wanna experiment with flavours containing acetoin.
#161 by FlipWagon, Jun 8. 2016, 14:04

- I get a lot of oxidation/hydrolazation (yellow color)
- Strawberry fades.

Solution: This is a good shake & vape

#162 by COFMixture, Jun 8. 2016, 19:18
Has anyone tried this with another fruit/berry flavour? I just cannot taste strawberry ripe no matter how much/little I use. Maybe a raspberry or bilberry
#163 by COFMixture, Jun 8. 2016, 19:20
Because all I'm getting is just cream and cheesecake, though nice, it just feels very one dimensional and as if it's missing something. Like it's just the base flavour and nothing else
#164 by Bignoogz, Jun 8. 2016, 19:27
The strawberry is subtle jus like a nesquik strawberry milk. Adding a Lil strawberry directly in the tank helps a lil.
#165 by Addikt, Jun 10. 2016, 02:26
Has anyone tried substituting ALL of the flavours for CAP brand? I have all of these in CAP as they're confirmed AP&D free.

I'll try a mix using the CAP equivalents tomorrow and say how it goes in case anyone else is curious :)
#166 by Addikt, Jun 10. 2016, 13:38
Haven't had time to make the batch yet but I did see people in the comments discussing the effects of speed steeping. I do it myself but figured I'd research some more. Found 2 interesting articles!

Speed steeping DOES work: https://m.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/1ced9h/

But high temps (>125f) degrade nicotine: https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blog-entry/effects-of-heat-on-nicotine-degradation.6202/

I hope that helps people get the best out of their juice :)
#167 by The_Ckemist, Jun 11. 2016, 13:58
I made this, but only used 6% strawberry ripe, as I find anything over 6% is a waste and I do t notice any difference between 6% and 10%
#168 by O.o.JamMasterJuice.o.O, Jun 12. 2016, 10:17
honestly this is an ok recipe. but its too buttery. down each of the cream percenteges by 1 and the ripe to 8% then add fw strawberry at 6 percent. water bath and 2 week steep. the best S/C iv ever tasted in my life
#169 by O.o.JamMasterJuice.o.O, Jun 12. 2016, 10:17
i have a version on my page if anyone wants to try it.
#170 by COFMixture, Jun 12. 2016, 19:30
I might try that Jam, as I agree this recipe is a bit too rich. I do have FA strawberry - does it hold its flavour better than SR? I genuinely cannot taste sweet strawberry or strawberry ripe no matter how much I use. Although, I can taste strawberry no problem in commercial juices.
#171 by Addikt, Jun 13. 2016, 14:39
Ok, so I made it using Capella concentrates instead (where possible).
I ended up doubling the amount of custard in it as CAP V2 is so much weaker.
For the first week, it tasted like ice cream. Really fluffy and sweet with no custard or strawberry notes. Boring and meh.
After a week of steeping, it tastes great! This definitely isn't a shake n vape with CAP concentrates.
So yeah, 8% CAP VC V2 is the ratio I think I went for, maybe 10%. I'll make another batch and tweek it slightly for anyone that's interested.
#172 by Having fun, Jun 14. 2016, 02:28
When making your juices do you guys set the weight in grams per ml for the flavoring or just leave it defult?
#173 by VaporAlchemist, Jun 14. 2016, 10:24
Steeped all ingredients for 2 weeks, but added Nic and Straw Ripe 4 days prior to testing. This recipe just tastes like a sweet cheesecake. Cheese everywhere! Why add all these other flavorings? Just go 8% Cheesecake and 2% Sucralose. I'll update my review if this tastes better after further steeping. May the Cheese be with you!
#174 by djc, Jun 14. 2016, 21:51
Had really high hopes for this recipe due to the reviews. Personally I think the creamyness is perfect for what I want however the strawberry is just lacking so much. I've had various other people try it without telling them its a DIY mix and they have replied with 'It tastes like a cakey kind of mix'. Going to stick at it though and try adding half the % of the creams, if that fails then I will buy some inawera strawberry and throw that in. Before ordering all the extra concentrates that I needed, I did try this with just the strawberry, bav cream and van custard and it was a really nice vape and the strawberry came through ok after a few days.
#175 by Hubbe, Jun 16. 2016, 13:55
hi can i use capella sweet cream insteed? and can i use vanilla custard v2? what would the recipe be then?
#176 by daisychainvaper, Jun 16. 2016, 14:15
Good out of the box! Strawberry is a bit overpowered, I hope the custardy stuff come through in the next days. Will let it steep for a while now.
#177 by Richdurhm, Jun 16. 2016, 19:21
Not bad!... I hate cuttwoods unicorn milk and never wanted to make this.. I was bored and made 10 mil and its not bad at all. I'd give it 4 stars (I used Capellas sweet cream)
#178 by Edwinmenten, Jun 17. 2016, 12:03
Great recipe. Best after 4 weeks steep!

@Richdurhm
Try it with TPA Sweet cream, a lot better :D
#179 by cresypelter, Jun 18. 2016, 18:23
a minimum of weeks for stepping? how to steeping right?
#180 by Ggrhauling, Jun 18. 2016, 19:48
Finally made this recipe and works great, taste great. Would recommend to a fellow Vaper.
Followed recipe, steeped 4 weeks, shaking twice weekly. Been vaping for a week and will keep this recipe in my monthly mixing routine.
Great job on flavor, thanks for posting.
#181 by The_Ckemist, Jun 18. 2016, 23:20
I have to agree on the cream front, 8% cream in any recipe is insanity for so many reasons, 4% is more than enough in any recipe period, so take the ripe down to 6%, drop the custard, drop either the sweet dream or the Bavarian and you have a decent recipe, I would make two batches, one with sweet dream and one with Bavarian and see how they compaire, personally I would use 4% ripe and 4% TPA strawberry, and you could keep the custard if u like but my preference in this would be to take it out, anything over 20% flavour will probably start to mute flavours to be honest, well it will lol
#182 by Cid6.7, Jun 19. 2016, 17:52
Can I use INA Biscuit instead of TPA Graham Crust you think..?
#183 by VaporAlchemist, Jun 19. 2016, 18:18
Either my flavorings are bad, I'm crazy, or everyone else is nuts. This recipe still tastes like 2 spoons of sugar dissolved in hot melted cheese. After 4 weeks steep now, I have no hope that it will get any better.
#184 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 01:45
@Captain_Vapor I made a batch of what u suggested went with 5% of both tpa strawberry ripe and strawberry, 4% sweet cream and cheesecake graham cracker crust, and 2% vanilla custard. I also made a batch of same % jus bavarian cream instead of sweet cream. The sweet cream mix is very pleasurable shake and vape the strawberry is actually there and nothing is pure over powering. I haven't tried the bavarian cream one yet but I'm sure it's similar
#185 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 02:22
I jus now tried the bavarian cream version and to me it's too over powering the strawberry isn't there. I'll give both a few weeks to steep and try them again.
#186 by sublimesed, Jun 20. 2016, 20:42
Can someone tell me how to make this at 70/30? I don't know how to lower the Flavor Percentages to ensure it doesn't affect the taste.
#187 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 20:46
@sublimesed need to know a bit more bout ur materials. R u using exactly what he has here on the recipe? For instance ur nicotine the mg and % of that base if ur using pg flavors etcetera.
#188 by sublimesed, Jun 20. 2016, 20:53
@Bignoogz I have 36mg Nic (100% PG) and I am using the same ingredients, except I'm using the DX versions of Bavarian Cream and Sweet Cream & CAP Vanilla Custard v2. Thanks!
#189 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 20:55
@sublimesed sorry I forgot another ur mixing for a 3mg nic result?
#190 by sublimesed, Jun 20. 2016, 20:57
@bignoogz Sorry, yes you are correct.
#191 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 21:09

#192 by sublimesed, Jun 20. 2016, 21:22
That worked! Thanks @bignoogz. I replied on your recipe, so we can abandon talking on here. :)
#193 by leej, Jun 20. 2016, 22:27
could i use (CAP) Bavarian Cream, instead thats the only thing that's only flavor i don't have?
#194 by Bignoogz, Jun 20. 2016, 23:14
@leej I don't see why not I've never tried it jus make a small batch to make sure it's not over or under powering
#195 by The_Ckemist, Jun 21. 2016, 01:04
Bignoogz, sweet cream is lighter than Bavarian and that's why you will get the results you did, but after a steep the Bavarian should even out, Bavarian is more custard like and a much thicker cream, sweet cream would definatly be my choice for a strawberry mix, Bavarian cream I tend to use for peanut butter mixes or coffee or even custard, I do use it in fruit also but normally a more potent fruit like dragon fruit or pineapple, works good in apple pies to especially with Fuji FA, strawberry is one of the milder fruits when it comes to e juice so I tend to use a lighter cream, or if I'm using custard I tend to use around 6% Capella custard max other wise it drowns out the strawberry, I am working with some new strawberrys myself and one of them is potent, it's INW shisha strawberry, it's steeping as I type so looking forward to that
#196 by leej, Jun 21. 2016, 02:59
Do do you think it would be better with sweet cream rather then Bavarian cream?!
#197 by Bignoogz, Jun 21. 2016, 03:06
@leej I made both with one or the other and the sweet cream is really enjoyable shake and vape and as Captain vapor stated the bavarian is over powering without the steep.
#198 by Bignoogz, Jun 21. 2016, 03:06
@leej I made both with one or the other and the sweet cream is really enjoyable shake and vape and as Captain vapor stated the bavarian is over powering without the steep.
#199 by leej, Jun 21. 2016, 03:11
I might make a mix of both aswell. Did u use the same % for the sweet cream as the Bavarian cream. Also what percent do u think I should drop it to for the cap version of Bavarian cream
#200 by Bignoogz, Jun 21. 2016, 03:27
I wouldn't drop it at all at first I used 4% sweet cream and the same for the bavarian.
#201 by Addikt, Jun 21. 2016, 14:39
Hi all,

I've been working on making a Diketone-free version using mostly Capella flavours and this recipe seems to work for me:

CAP Bavarian Cream - 3%
CAP Sweet Cream - 3%
CAP NY Cheesecake V2 - 4%
TPA Strawberry (Ripe) - 6%
CAP Vanilla Custard v2 - 10%
VG - Whatever's left (All mine are MAX VG)

After a week or two steeping, seems very smooth and creamy with the strawberry just peeking through. You may want to add your strawberry later in the steeping process or maybe up the VCv2 as it's not crushingly-custardy but it's all about experimenting :)
#202 by VaporAlchemist, Jun 21. 2016, 18:31
Try Diacetyl at 5%, Cheese Wiz at 10%, Splenda at 2%, and Barely There Noberry at 6%.
#203 by jasonx80, Jun 24. 2016, 21:52
I really enjoy this recipe. Thank you for posting it.
#204 by Having fun, Jun 25. 2016, 18:28
I mixed this up last week and had a try after one week steep and it's good but I find the the strawberry is weak. The creams over power it a little. Gonna mix another batch and drop the strawberry ripe to 5% and add different strawberry at 5%. Let you know what happens
#205 by Psykosonik, Jun 30. 2016, 13:41
This was my first time mixing concentrates and couldnt belive how amazing this tasted as a shake and vape mix. I will make another batch and let it steep. Thanks for sharing this recepie!
#206 by oooNaSuGamisooo, Jul 4. 2016, 00:19
MEGA tasty.
best recipe EVEÈEEEEEEEEEEÈEEÉĚĔËĒR!!!! 😍😍😍
#207 by Ruddy, Jul 5. 2016, 14:41
if i change this recipe to 70/30 with no nicotine do i still keep all the flavour percentages the same ? so it will be 26% flavouring ? also any opinions on if it will change the tatste ?
#208 by trebor, Jul 6. 2016, 02:39
I didn't have any of the flavors so I subbed them , awfully nasty. Just kidding very very nice recipe.
#209 by Vaper60's, Jul 7. 2016, 14:58
Wow!!!

Thanks Apwroblewski
#211 by novaln, Jul 8. 2016, 06:41
some of you seem very adept at this stuff, So, I have a Q. What is your opinion on quick steeping methods, and on using one of those little milk frothers to mix ejuice, I've never had patience for steeping too long. I think I've nuked it also, to get it to mix faster and whip air into it, I know it's Heresy and probably against some vapereligions moral code, but there it is. I would like and enjoy any creative criticism, maybe even a few nasty critiques just to get me in line. all in the name of diy learning. Thanks guys
#212 by Bignoogz, Jul 8. 2016, 11:55
@novaln I haven't tried speed steeping much first of all but this is what I've gathered from what I have tried. I have tried crockpot steeping, water bath, and microwave. The crock and Water bath are extremely similar and I've noticed doing it allows the liquid to become very thin which helps mix it, but flavor wise I've never noticed a huge difference. The microwave did the same but much faster. The crockpot is by far the slowest it's like 2hrs for each week of steep time. The water bath is the medium efficient one long cool down stages but requires more baths. The microwave is short heat times hard shake then cooling. The microwave u see results faster in my opinion I believe all work in their own way no expert tho by any means.
#213 by yuriev, Jul 11. 2016, 21:18
guys, only thing you need to do for success , let it steep for a month . then you will see how is it . first 2 weeks was strange. 3.week was acceptable but still not best. now i am vaping 1month old juice.and thats it !
(steep method is really cool and dark place, daily shake. no heating , no extra . just time... )
(and when you prepare recipe ,dont forget to shake well each of your flavours,vg,pg,nicotine before use.this is one of the key point that may cause bad result if you forget it)
#214 by Stormy, Jul 13. 2016, 16:28
I have made 3 versions of this..the one posted and 2 with these variations
on both I added .75% pink lemonade to make the strawberry shine.. the Strawberry is just bursting!! That puts the voting down to 2!!!

One was made with Cheesecake (Graham Crust) and the other
One was made with 3.5% Caps NY cheesecake and 1.5% FW Graham Cracker. As of now 3 weeks in. The pink Lemonade is really keeping the strawberry on top. and the creams all around it.... I'll do A final side by side in the upcoming week and announce a "winner" lmao. and my take on the Graham cracker thing..there will be a panal of 3 judges using various tanks and drippers...ok..im having way too much fun now... Cheers...Vape on
#215 by Stormy, Jul 14. 2016, 04:21
Verdict is in...075% pink lemonade and that's it. Tasting too much Graham Cracker. It's gotta go.. so..let's try without the graham cracker and mess wit the creams and Strawberries a bit..lol. It's a great recipe
#216 by Ampstar, Jul 14. 2016, 17:11
Simply wonderful. I added a little (.5%) EM, and it worked out very nicely. Thanks for posting this recipe!
#217 by bumer, Jul 14. 2016, 19:48
the taste is particular well, I rate it with 3 stars
#218 by 🎅 SANTA714MIXER 🎅, Jul 16. 2016, 21:53
@bumer This mix gets better after a week of steeping. Definitely worth 4 to 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ give it a chance. ✌️
#219 by D.M.Turner, Jul 17. 2016, 18:14
Tasty recipe mang. While it is possible to shake n vape this, a few days for the aromas to marry is definitely recommended. The strawberry diminishes a bit after 2-3 weeks but that seems to be a "feature" of strawripe.
#220 by Stormy, Jul 17. 2016, 22:52
D.M. If you read my post..a little bit of citrus will stop that mellowing of the strawberry Ripe. . I have used pink lemonade..but in the past dragonfruit has worked well.. I haven't tried anything other than those 2.. but it really does work.. I made the recipe and 3 other minor variations.. the pink lemonade at 75%.. worked wonders
#221 by D.M.Turner, Jul 17. 2016, 23:00
Cheers man, I'll have to give that a try. If I'm honest, no I hadn't read all the posts on this ejuice ;-)
You say citrus does the trick, have you tried it with just straight up citric acid (i.e. lemon or lime juice)?
#222 by Stormy, Jul 18. 2016, 03:19
D.M. I haven't tried that..but I'm guessing its the citric acid thats keeping the the strawberry shining tbrough..separating the fruits from the creams. I cant taste any pink lemonade. .but it's a week flavor anyway..kinda why I picked it. I guess the trick is to use something that won't show up but help the other flavors. Cheers
#223 by kyle_redbull, Jul 18. 2016, 20:07
Would this recipe be the same if i excluded sweet cream
#224 by Stormy, Jul 19. 2016, 00:12
Kyle...I'm pretty sure it would take on a more of a custard taste. It's not going to ruin it.. it's sounds like a good idea..I might make a batch up without it as well.. Sweet cream..isn't really that sweet. And the flavor % on this recipe is really high.
#225 by kyle_redbull, Jul 19. 2016, 12:42
Storm Crow thanks that is exactly what i thought. I also dropped the strawberry ripe down and bumbed the custard up slightly as i want more of a custard flavour
#226 by leej, Jul 19. 2016, 13:30
could i use TFA citrus punch as the citrus but still at 0.75%
#227 by Stormy, Jul 19. 2016, 18:57
Leej As I was saying earlier.. prob any citrus will do.. I just don't know how strong citrus ipunch is.. if it really stands out on your mixes at a low level..or if it's weak...and your always adding more to get the taste you want....I found 75 worked great.. check the notes on pink lemonade and citrus punch and make an informed guess.... it takes me forever to come up with a recipe..as I'm always reading the notes and altering the numbers before I start mixing . I'm just a bit if a perfectionist... kinda why I love DIY..cheers
#228 by JayCee79, Jul 20. 2016, 19:51
Just done this ejuice and I couldn't rate it less than 5 stars. Done 3 batches of 30ml which one I am already vaping. I will test the others next week to see any difference in flavour. Many thanks and please keep it up the good work!
#229 by JamesD, Jul 23. 2016, 13:59
My first attempt at DIY in prep for TPD in the UK... I'll be back in two weeks once steeped! Thanks for the recipe, and also the comments throughout for mixing 70/30.
#230 by leej, Jul 25. 2016, 17:48
Storm Crow.. i put 2 drops of citrus punch in to my 30ml mix and seems to have muted the taste and dosent feel like a heavy vape as it did without it. maybe has something to do with using tpa bev cream rather then cap that i used in my last mix. just feels like a empty vape if you know what i mean
#231 by Stormy, Jul 25. 2016, 22:54
I do .. pink lemonade has a tart taste . Maybe it not the citrus.. but the sour... I would still give it 4 weeks for things to come together...I have tried speed steeping..Crick pot..thermos. .blender..nothing beats mother nature...
#232 by leej, Jul 25. 2016, 23:38
Thing is when I made it without the citrus punch and cap bev cream the mix was amazing after 3 days turned a nice dark colour. This next one I Made after 7 days it's clear clear. Do you think cap flavours steel quicker then tpa
#233 by Stormy, Jul 26. 2016, 00:03
Wow. .I have a recipe with cap and tfa stuff that turned and stayed yellow..but didn't turn the gold color I was expecting.. I had a touch sour in that..it was a strawberry milkshake recipe... Let's just say.. I made 120ml bottle of it yesterday. I was really not expecting an ADV...lol

OMG!!
#237 by TinInToGold, Aug 1. 2016, 00:54
Thought I'd see what all the hype was about and give this mix a try. Did two batches, one as above, and one with exactly the same ratios, but at 75%. (19.5% flavour total). Both are absolutely delicious after a two week steep, but the slightly toned down mix is nicer to my pallette. Top marks to @apwroblewski for making a great flavour. Thanks for sharing!
#238 by mck_my, Aug 1. 2016, 06:50
I try it only on capella flavors, and nice, like it very much, TQ
#239 by Ampstar, Aug 1. 2016, 11:50
I added 1% dragonfruit (TPA) and it worked out nicely.
#240 by DougC, Aug 2. 2016, 04:50
This stuff is great! Mixed it exactly as described. Didn't touch it for a month. It's first strawberry mix I've made where I can actually taste the strawberry. Thanks so much for sharing this.
#241 by b[84], Aug 2. 2016, 16:06
My first mix and it's awesome! Thank you!
#242 by RonnieM8, Aug 3. 2016, 15:32
Recommended steeping time?
#243 by Synergy, Aug 4. 2016, 00:06
Just tried this recipe at a 70vg/30pg. It is good straight away but a lot of graham taste and some milky tones, not much strawberry at all. I will try this again and lower the creams and graham and up the strawberry and custard percentages. That should give it a great out of the bottle taste. Flavor was a little weak straight away, hope it improves with steeping. If not i will try upping the percentages after adjusting all around by about 3-4%.
#244 by Stormy, Aug 4. 2016, 02:28
It really is a great recipe...but it really truely needs steeping for 4 weeks. And adding Dragonfruit at a low % helps bring up the strawberries. .. I think I may have posted a slightly revised version of Fresh03 Strawberry Milkshake... it's a great strawberry vape as well. I made 120ml of that one. ..this one didn't quite make the big bottle shelf. Cheers.
#245 by leej, Aug 4. 2016, 20:39
any reason why ripe strawberry over normal strawberry?
#246 by Kobie , Aug 5. 2016, 00:17
I Love this recipe.. my 2nd Fave all day vape.. thanks for sharing ❤😊
#247 by WalterWhite, Aug 5. 2016, 10:34
Excellent recipe, flavor wise its somewhat funky but it really comes together after 2 weeks and reach its true flavor after 4 weeks. I made 500ml so far. It's dangerously good.
#248 by Zugmaschine, Aug 6. 2016, 20:13
@apwroblewski, @all I just made me a test batch of Strawberry Fog! ( e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/226322/strawberry+fog ). Is nearly the same like your Mother's Unicorn Milk ! Here is only 4% Sweet Cream and a little more Bavarian Cream. Make the Sweet Cream tis 2 Recipes so diffrent? Can you explain me the diffrent?
#249 by Saw85, Aug 7. 2016, 17:07
Apwroblewski what's the steep time on this one?
#250 by kingvapes, Aug 10. 2016, 17:15
3 week will be the best steep time ( saw 85 )
#251 by Xantharon, Aug 11. 2016, 09:54
I made this max VG and the cookie was mostly the only thing that came through .... have to try this at the recommended ratio as so many people seem to enjoy the hell out of this.
#252 by Zugmaschine, Aug 11. 2016, 12:36
@Xantaron
You talk from that little Graham Crust? Is the only what can make a Cookie-Smell in that recipe ....
#253 by Stormy, Aug 11. 2016, 15:51
I tried this with 4 to 1 NY Cheesecake, Graham Cracker.. and the CGC. . Huge difference.. the first one..the Graham Cracker was there..and way too prominent.. the second one with CGC, The Graham Cracker was more of a background note.. Everyone is different...I can see Graham Cracker being the top note for some....It's not just Straw ripe that mutes with time..they all do.. it's part of being a strawberry flavor.. I back mine with dragonfruit...just a hint..or sour.. helps keep the strawberry from fading.. I'm thinking about a touch of Raspberry. I think that gets used alot too...I'm liking Raspberry more than Strawberry... it's easier to work with...lol
#254 by Maureeenie, Aug 12. 2016, 16:07
Third day into the steep this stuff is to die for. Thank you thank you thank you. I like it so much I replaced the Strawberry with LA Melon... that's working out ok too I must say!
#255 by keeper18, Aug 12. 2016, 17:39
Excellent flavor:)
#256 by Tom, Aug 19. 2016, 15:58
Hey guys , everytime i make this juice i have no flavour.
I made this several times and everytime taste the same.
Tested on aromamizer rdta ,ud bellus , gemini.
WTF , anyone can help ?
#257 by MintyMods, Aug 20. 2016, 23:38
@Tom - did you make it exactly as posted i.e. same brands, exact percentages and no additives such as Ethyl Maltol? Did you shake & steep or just shake & vape?
#258 by DarthVapor, Aug 24. 2016, 08:37
@Xantharon, max VG in this recipe is still 74/26 VG/PG so not really that high
#259 by Stormy, Aug 25. 2016, 04:42
Strawberry Shisha would probably be really nice In this..I'm sure it's been talked about somewhere up above.. @DarthVapor. .your French Smurf recipie is amazing. .. With killer recipies like that I'll have my wife off analogs very soon!!
#260 by Tyler Smith, Aug 25. 2016, 13:18

Very nice vape! Thanks for sharing! Nice shake n vape and have some steeping as I speak! Thanks!!
#267 by Danish, Aug 26. 2016, 15:54
This is good really enjoying it, thanks. The longer it steeps the better it gets. But I had to cut the % down to the equivalent of 17%, 26% just sounds too high.
#268 by JPenticostVintage, Aug 27. 2016, 10:58
Wow, great Vape!! After failing massively with my own homemade 'brew' I left it a good few months. Tried this recipe, and glad i'm back to making my own!! Many thanks
#269 by Handy Kharisma, Aug 28. 2016, 16:41
I recently made a 600ml batch. After shake and vape I dont't find the sweet spot. Only throat hit is. Are steeping for few days will change the taste? Currently there is no sweetness at all .
#270 by Tyler Smith, Aug 28. 2016, 17:56
That's how mine is Handy
#271 by Handy Kharisma, Aug 29. 2016, 08:03

2 days steeping better than 2 weeks
i'll comeback after 1 month of steeping
deserve 5 stars
#273 by nervousme, Aug 30. 2016, 17:52
hi guys, i make this for 15ml, but after taking hotbath and mixing about 2 hours, its has checmial taste, how can i rid the chemical taste?
#274 by Stormy, Aug 30. 2016, 19:37
Let it breathe with the cap off overnight.. and steep it a month.. occasionally letting it breathe.. it needs to oxidize and bond.
#275 by Steve, Sep 1. 2016, 22:43
Delicious vape, can't get enough of this stuff!
#276 by sheep, Sep 2. 2016, 02:32
Just adapted this recipe to banana flavor, let's see what I get! :)
#277 by Lock74, Sep 3. 2016, 04:31
This is a pretty bullet proof recipe. I was out of vanilla custard so I subbed in 2% Vanila bean Ice cream and 1%cake batter. really good, but in hindsight I would have nixed the cake batter.
#278 by norwegianvaper, Sep 3. 2016, 13:43
This is looking real good, although I doubt it's nailed the MM. But it can be delicious anyway, and might even better than the hyped MM. But personally I don`t like recipes with over 20% flavors. Back in early 2014 we where learned never to trespass 20 %,and just think about the improvement in tanks and drippers flavorwise since then! I like to stay in the 12-15% range. If I try this, I will go down to 5% at the Strawberry Ripe as a start. Do you steep your stuff or shake and vape?f? Often less is more when properly steeped. I need to get a hold on Cheesecake (Graham Crust), Sweet cream and Vanilla Custard . I have all three of them in CAP, but that could change the recipe into a hole different thing. Unfortunately I'm on tight budget .I will come back and give you my thoughts after I taste it (Mike apes quote:) if I make it.
#279 by Tyler Smith, Sep 4. 2016, 02:30
Made this this morning. Put it in hot water for awhile and let it breath. Tried it tonight and it's already amazing. I know it'll get better over time too.
#280 by MarkieMark, Sep 5. 2016, 19:54
not sure why 26% total flavor. i use a Cleito tank with a .4 ohm aspire atomizer. after 1 week steep it is mellow smooth and delicious. i basically cut everything in half and added some strawberry (tfa). total flavor mix 16%. i did no make it at 26% so i cannot compare.
#281 by noilian, Sep 6. 2016, 23:54
@MarkieMark - I get exactly what you mean. tried it at recommended flavor and damn! that stuff is like a flowerpott. You can barely taste in what kind of direction it should be going. Wanted to throw it away, instead just put in the double amount of base and within 2 days it came out so good.
Also I think the sweet cream should be dropped to 1% max. It is giving a very floral taste to this mix.
#282 by Kriengsak, Sep 9. 2016, 08:53
TPA Strawberry need to be substituted with Capella or LA. TPA strawberry taste good but smell is gone after steeping and it is big lack when strawberry is main ingredient.
#283 by Tyler Smith, Sep 9. 2016, 12:32
@MarkieMark - Can you share what you did then? You said basically in half but went from 26% to 16% which isn't half. Or put your own up so we can try it.
#284 by Mizer2k, Sep 9. 2016, 13:52
Ok, I had to finally mix this up and see what all the hype is about. Damn! No hype. Mixed, shook, vaped, and fell in love! Winner winner chicken dinner.
#285 by Tyler Smith, Sep 9. 2016, 15:12
@Mizer2k, it is a good shake and Vape. I give it a hot bath, leave the top off about 4 hours, and Vape away

I don't have any strawberry ripe...
Will the original be okay?
#288 by KrisKing84, Sep 16. 2016, 01:05
Awesome!!! mixed up a batch 2 weeks ago and just trying it. gonna let it sit for 2 more weeks. Will definitely be worth the wait.
#289 by Koadog, Sep 16. 2016, 12:40
Bitchin' you can use another strawberry if you like. I have made a ton this recipe so far. I am currently using both CAP Strawberry at 2% and TPA Strawberry Ripe at 3%. Getting the strawberry to pop in this recipe is the issue. Also -This many flavors needs time to come together. For steeping - soak in warm, but not hot water for about 30 minutes...shake like hell, leave the top off overnight, shake like hell, then sit for a minimum 10 days, shaking daily. Then you are ready. It will continue to mature for another week, but I can not keep my hands off that long!!
#290 by Vectïon, Sep 16. 2016, 20:51
I tried this recipe back in May and followed the recipe with my only sub being Vanilla Custard v2 (Cap) and 70/30 vg/pg. The wife and I both loved it so I made a 250mL and forgot all about it until last weekend and it is by far the best recipe I've made to date! I can't get enough! So I decided to buy the Vanilla Custard (TPA) and promptly made a 50mL to enjoy now and 250mL to steep. I'll report back in 4 months time!!

@apwroblewski Thank you so much for this recipe. My hat has been tipped, Sir!
#291 by MarkieMark, Sep 18. 2016, 18:55
Hey Tyler. go to my user page and you can open up this recipe and see my mix quantities. Happy Vaping.
#292 by Craeg, Sep 22. 2016, 07:03
I made the recipe as written. I steeped it for nine days. Truly a phenomenal juice. I will be making this in great quantity. It is full, creamy, and utterly addictive. There is only a hint of the Strawberry Ripe, but I can't imagine it getting much better than this! Great job!
#293 by Charles, Sep 27. 2016, 19:32
Just made a 10ml batch of 60/40 blend 6mg, had to substitute Vanilla Swirl (TPA) for Vanilla Custard, but this stuff is still awesome right after shaking. Going to let it steep for a while, no doubt it'll get better.
#294 by DNation, Sep 28. 2016, 03:54
Could I use Graham Cracker instead of the Graham crust?????
#295 by Bek, Sep 28. 2016, 10:40
I made this with Vanila Custard from Capella, taste is perfect after 3 weeks
#296 by Bin-jip, Sep 28. 2016, 22:32
With high hopes I made the exact recipe except the final PG/VG ratio which is 30/70 by me. I used a hot plated magnetic stirrer at 120F (50C) for 12 hours as I do as my basic routine with my other diy juices. Unfortunately the Ripe Strawberry has been dissapeared and I cannot taste it in the liquid. I use the Ripe SB in other recipes in smaller quantities as well, but never recognized such an absence after stirring. Without the Strawberry Ripe the custard base mix tastes artificial. I guess the Bavarian Cream overpowers the other ingredients.
I'll wait with my final decision a few weeks but for now this recipe seems to be dissapointing.
#297 by Bek, Sep 29. 2016, 12:19
That is common mistake, You need just wait and hope. Main taste of Graham cracker will loose strenth and liquid will be balanced
#298 by Bin-jip, Sep 29. 2016, 14:12
Thanks for your reply Bek! As I emphasized, I'll wait a few weeks with my final decision.
I just cant imagine, how can my tastebuds feel so different than others who says it's a brilliant shake and vape.
#299 by kavasc, Oct 1. 2016, 08:34
I mixed this a couple days ago, and it was very good when I tried it. I made a small sampler batch, but I will definitely be making some more. I didn't have any Ripe Strawberry, I used Organic Strawberry instead, but it still tastes good to me. Not quite a strong strawberry flavor, but I definitely like it.
Thanks for the recipe!
#300 by Vlado, Oct 1. 2016, 16:58
I don't know how poeople like this... it tastes like shit from the start up to 5 weeks steeping ...... waste of flavors grrr...

Гавно неимоверное, деньги на ветер.
#302 by Koadog, Oct 9. 2016, 03:32
So i have made this recipe many times now, not changing the percentages, but at various nic levels. Usually 10mg. All have been great and tasty. My latest batch has a peppery tone that I cannot explain. Any ideas how this could have happened. Steep time has been 3 to 4 weeks as per normal time??
#303 by Paul N, Oct 12. 2016, 17:25
@Koadog most likely your nicotine has started to go off.
#304 by Bitchin' Liquids, Oct 12. 2016, 17:43

HOLY SMOKE! i mixed this morning 30ml, my 1st "complex" recipe ever.
2 hours into the UC
rested all day
just tasted a few drips now... JESUS IT'S FREAKING GOOD and it's only 1 day LOL in 1 week this will taste like heaven.

i mixed a 70/30 vg-pg with 0 nic.
just amazing, thank you so much for sharing this.

Good stuff, one of my favorites
#309 by Bin-jip, Oct 23. 2016, 23:50
I have to admit that this recipe gets better and better as time goes by. Meanwhile I had to add 2% additional strawberry ripe as this flavor has been muted a bit. I've tried about 20 recipes from here, and it is among the bests for sure. The first batch has gone, so it's time to make a bigger one. :)
A strong 4 stars or maybe 4.5 stars for me. Well done!

hi all.. i really really need help, frustrated :D

I want to make this liquid. I got all the flavors. But I did not get the flavor of sweet caram. Is there an alternative sweet caram flavor. Please Help?
#312 by meow, Nov 4. 2016, 14:28
less than half hour of shaking and warming, this is already really awesome, though i used a bit less of creams and also less of strawberry, but the strawberry does pop, usually i cant taste strawberry much, but in this, wow..
used half the bavarian cream, and a toned everything else down also.
cant wait for nex week, might be pure gold, already definetely as good as some premium strawberry creams
#313 by Calikid, Nov 5. 2016, 08:41
Just made a small batch of this tonight and after 16min in a ultrasonic bath all I can say is WWWWWOOOOWWWW .. where has this been hiding at !!! now if the second bottle I made can stay hidden so it can actually steep for a few days all will be good but I did make the mistake of letting the wife taste it so might have to make a couple more bottles to hide in my glovebox or something lol .... Great recipe !

Absolutely brilliant.
#315 by StEaLtH666, Nov 5. 2016, 16:31
I shaked and vaped this right away, and thought it was almost disgusting... i gave it 4X 45 minute hot baths after this and tried again... wow.. almost completely different vape...

i am finding now after 3 days its perfect and i think this will be my everyday vape for the time being
#316 by StEaLtH666, Nov 5. 2016, 16:32
The reason i thought initially it tasted so wrong, was the graham crust was so overpowerering. But this has mellowed out to a really nice taste
#317 by MthompLMT, Nov 8. 2016, 23:51
This is so very good. I've made several 30ml bottles already and just made a 120ml bottle last night. One of my favorite DIYs so far.
#318 by Tobiume, Nov 10. 2016, 02:20
I made this and the Cheesecake with Graham Cracker completely overpowers everything else, I can smell Strawberry from the liquid, but there is zero strawberry taste to the vape. The cheesecake definitely needs toned down for my tastes. Otherwise decent, can really taste the cream.
#319 by AntonisBt, Nov 13. 2016, 10:34

#322 by DDrama, Nov 20. 2016, 20:59
Great Recipe!
I substituted van custard with vanilla swirl, am I missing anything by doing this?
Also...after about a week I start to loose the strawberry ripe as it gets muted... Im going to try to add regular tfa strawberry at 6% ontop of 6% ripe
#323 by Johnny Law, Nov 24. 2016, 03:26
First off, thank you for sharing your recipe. I've never had the real McCoy, but I can say this recipe is f'n delicious. I've been churning this out for myself every week. Wouldn't change a thing...thanks again!

Made 2x10mls, one to steep for a few weeks and one to try right away. After they'd both had 1/2hr in a hot water bath, 0.25 Ni coil at 205 deg C and it's very nice indeed. Not overpowering, well balanced and lovely creamy tail off. Thanks :)

New to DIY and mixed 200ml of this so that one bottle can steep propperly. Just tried some out as shake and vape and i love it. I can only assume steeping will make it better. Thanks for a great recepie.
#332 by Denbo, Dec 22. 2016, 03:52
I mixed 2 batches of this recipe, VG/PG 70/30 & 60/40.Both @ 3 weeks old, 70/30 ways ok but @ 60/40 I was smacking my lips, at the ripe strawberry. Thanks!

#333 by unknowndataerror, Dec 22. 2016, 14:23
I shook and vaped and it taste wonderful. Can't wait to see how it would taste after a week to two weeks steep. Thank you for the recipe
#334 by Harry, Dec 22. 2016, 19:19
Made the exact recipe 30ml but 70/30 vg/pg 6mg of nicotine strength. I shook and vaped but it didn't blow my mind so I left it on my shelve... week later gave it another try as my adv run out.... it was surprisingly better.... left it another week to steep and now I can't stop vaping it. Thnx for the recipe very good. Adv for sure!!!
#335 by wannaBUT, Dec 25. 2016, 16:40
please help
can i sub Vanilla Custard TFA with Vanilla Custard CAP?
with same %?
#336 by Quentin33, Dec 26. 2016, 00:15
Done 30 ml just to test, i don't have Sweet cream for the moment so tried without.
Just after doing I can smell a sweet strawberry flavour but i can barely taste it. I hope it will come out with steep.
#337 by Vectïon, Dec 26. 2016, 20:58
@wannaBUT, you can sub those but keep in mind that it's going to be a completely different recipe. Post back with your thoughts on the substitution!
#338 by Fuat Abi, Dec 27. 2016, 03:20
%26 looks too much any suggestions?
#339 by spankster, Dec 27. 2016, 10:16
A little update, after 1 week steep this tastes even better, the strawberry tastes just wonderfull. As for steeping ive done a hotbath 40-50ish degrees for about 2h and let it breath for the same amount of time. Shaked it for 5 minutes or so once per day. Definetly my favorite vape so far. (Im rather new tough, coming up on 4 months, so only tried about 15 flavours.)
#340 by rs_s, Dec 27. 2016, 22:44
Hi
Yesterday mixed flavors .... get the smell is not like the original
In the foreground - the cream remind warmed butter
In the background biscuits (cheese cake, crackers)
On the exhale - bad disclosed strawberries
Today tried to vape - the situation has not changed
The resulting liquid is not nasty but does not go for me
All of this was?
I hope that the alternation two weeks the situation will change and I will enjoy
#341 by Bin-jip, Dec 28. 2016, 02:56
I've had the same experience at first time. Be patient and let it steep for an additional week. It will change a lot.
Now I use 1/3 less creams and cracker as it is described in this recipe. I like to stay under 20% with the flavourings.
#342 by rs_s, Dec 28. 2016, 09:20
mixed another batch of 1/2 volume of prescription
Added to the volume:
Strawberry + 20%, -20% Cream
The smell of a day much more interesting
Let's see what will happen after two weeks
All delicious vapor ;)
#343 by Nocstar, Dec 30. 2016, 04:22
Hands down TOP 3 Recipes on this site. so delicious. make a lot you will go through it all quick. Also for best, use the exact flavors required.
#344 by Man has no name, Dec 30. 2016, 16:17
I made this n it smelled and tasted like shit. Worst recipe I'd ever made. Left it for 3months to steep n came back. Best juice I've ever made or tasted, absolute winner but gotta let it steep for months.
#345 by adam2343, Dec 30. 2016, 22:57
This is a great shake and vape. Just mixed up 15ml of it just to try as I don't like to mix big amounts and then lot like it lol and it is real good. I lowered the Bavarian cream and cheesecake Graham cracker just by 1% and its still good
#346 by adam2343, Dec 30. 2016, 23:09
I don't see how people let juice steep for no week/months at a time. If it takes that long to steep then its not good or something is wrong. I have a friend that's a pro juice mixer and he mixes his juice to order and it don't steep no more then 2/3 hours max and its the best juice I've ever had. I just wish I knew how he did it lol
#347 by adam2343, Dec 30. 2016, 23:17
The % need to be lowered a little IMO. But that's just my opinion
#348 by Bin-jip, Dec 30. 2016, 23:36
There are really good shake and vape recipes, but many other especially custard or tobacco based liquids need a few days or weeks to reach their full potential.
Easy to test: put 10ml away for a few weeks and check them later. It's even better if you can test it together with a freshly mixed new batch.
#349 by unknowndataerror, Jan 4. 2017, 19:50
@adam2343
Some flavors FOR EXAMPLE custards and creams take time to mix/settle/adapt in a recipe and that is why it takes 2 weeks to a month for the best flavor. I can definitely tell you that after steeping two weeks it taste much better and the color has changed to a clear creamy yellow. Some recipes like this you can just shake and vape but for the best flavor, just let it steep for a week or so, its all based on personal opinion. Made (2)120ml bottles and about to make 2 more.
Also just curious has anyone tried replacing strawberry for another flavor? I was thinking raspberry sweet. Should i do the same percentage?
#350 by Mizc, Jan 4. 2017, 23:52
Holy shit, I know you need to steep some recipes more than others but when I shook and vaped this one I was soo disapointed, so I did'nt vape on it for a week and all I can say is WOW! This now tops my list of e liquids and I will definitely mix up a big batch of this one.
#351 by Mizc, Jan 5. 2017, 13:16
@unknowndataerror I would definitely use 5% of raspberry sweet at the most, imo it is far more overpowering as a flavor than the ripe strawberry.
#352 by Quentin33, Jan 5. 2017, 13:33
+1 for Mizc, i was disapointed also when i tried the two first days after mixing it.
But after 8 days it's defintely going to be something good, but for me it needs some more steep to let everything come out and mix nicely
#353 by CoffeeBeanGaming, Jan 12. 2017, 21:28
This was the first juice that I made and let it sit for about a week or two before I fully vaped it. Immediately loved it and finished it fairly quickly. Going to probably buy a bigger bottle so I can make this stuff more often.
#354 by adam2343, Jan 13. 2017, 22:52
Thanks for the info on steeping guys!!
#355 by Tony R., Jan 14. 2017, 22:05
Found it again in the back of my steeping drawer,it's still delicious even afther 6 months.
#356 by dookable, Jan 15. 2017, 15:52
I have never tried the original but this is absolutely scrummy. Right up my street when it comes to flavour profiles. Certainly one of my ADV's.

Shake and Vape, yup, pretty much good to go, 2 days later, much smoother. Just made up 30ml's and will leave for a week or so :)..
#357 by Fallacious Fog , Jan 20. 2017, 06:49
So been diying for over a year. Seen this recipe here. Anwhile back maybe 6 months even. I bought all the supplies for a big mix up for this recipe alone was planning on makin 2000mls. I made a 30ml instead.
I made it exactly how it says but max VG as there's already 26% PG in the flavourings I try and keep it as high VG a single possible. So make the 30ml shake and vape and it's good. Really enjoyed it went to bed and it was still good that day. But after that for 5 days after I couldn't taste or the creams were fading it out as they tried to settle. I ended up giving away the 30ml to a friend. Who of course later raved about it and eventually came back months later and still had the friggin thing with 10mls left and bam so amazing. I just mixed 1000mls of it.

Bavarian cream TFA 4%
Cheese cake Graham crust TFA 5%
Strawberry ripe TFA 10%
Sweet cream TFA 4%
Vanilla custard TFA 3%
.3% super sweet cap
.4% strawberry shisha INA

Normally I don't add sweetner but this recipe needs a little help holding together I think it rounds it out with the shisha to help boost the strawberry, first impressions are amazing will report back after a week or 2 steep time
#358 by Alexis-TmT, Jan 22. 2017, 13:18
Hi everyone, Please I want to make it but 6mg and keep PG/VG ratio 50/50
How can I make it?

@Alexis-TmT on the top of the page there is a button where you can adapt any receipt on this page

#362 by Loof99, Feb 2. 2017, 23:16
I'm curious with the people saying it has a chemical taste. Are you mixing this in plastic bottles?
#363 by Loof99, Feb 4. 2017, 19:27
Just made 240ml and it's amazing as a shake-n-vape. Can't wait for it to steep.
#364 by Beren, Feb 6. 2017, 05:35
this is THE juice! I made one 30ml and after that a 100ml! It's amazingly tasty!! Ty again and again!!
btw i try my 33/67 at 2% nic juice on a cyclone rda with 2 claptons at 0.35ohms. Tasted like SIN and the vape was incredible!!
Thnx man!
#365 by The Alchemists, Feb 6. 2017, 06:44
After making this juice exactly as shown 10 days ago i also made a 100ml bottle with 30% less flavour at the same ratio's. My first thoughts were that this was already quite sweet with a shake and vape and i steep in my glove box of my car in the Mozambique sun so steep time is super accelerated. Also with the fact that my taste buds would improve without smoking cigarettes i thought i would need less flavour. Anyway, the 30% less flavour bottle after a week was simply perfect. All the flavours just not sickly sweet. The pefect ADV. Save on juice too.
#366 by Leisuretime, Feb 6. 2017, 13:08

has any anyone subbed tpa custard with cap?
#369 by Leisuretime, Feb 6. 2017, 23:22
Jdecker, I'm doing it right now, but still 2 weeks out before I'm going to try. I think I read the other day that when substituting cap, you should scale back percentages a little. My current batch is a 1:1 swap with cap, and I had togo cap graham cracker this time b/c it's all I had. Although it's not the exact recipe- it should still be tasty LIQUID GOLD!
#370 by TheSpaceMonkeyMafia, Feb 7. 2017, 11:30
Made more than a gallon of this so far and the only changes I have made are to use TFA strawberry ripe at %5 and TFA strawberry at %5 and added %1 TFA sweetener, it stands up better to a long steep than just using strawberry ripe. Tried it with both CAP vanilla custard v1,v2, and TFA, CAP vanilla custard v1 and v2 will give more of an eggy custard where as TFA vanilla custard is more of a buttery creamy custard. All 3 custards come out good in this recipe but I prefer the TFA. Thanks for this recipe, it is getting hard to find a good strawberry custard that doesn't bankrupt you in flavoring costs.
#371 by Nick36, Feb 18. 2017, 02:05
Great! Great! Recipe ADV for my wife, and I. I mix up about 375ml a month for us, and have been doing so for 8 months. It's all my wife vapes, and 90% of what i vape that's roughly 3,000ml's to date not including 30ml's and what not I've made for friends, and family. We can't thank you enough for this recipe! Thank you so much! from all of us.
#372 by Sergio Fagundes, Feb 18. 2017, 12:51
I had make this in the past exactly as it is. Now I use this recipe as a BASE and have done with other fruits as well. The result is wonderful.

I don't like Blackberry from TPA, but in this recipe it sings:

Substitute Ripe Strawberry from TPA with:
- Blackberry (TPA), 3%
- Blueberry Extra (TPA), 0.5%
- Apple (TPA), 0.5%

This recipe needs weeks (not one week) of steeping anyway, I prefer to vape after 1 month.
#373 by ChelseaNick25, Feb 19. 2017, 22:05
Can anyone help.this recipe is going a little harsh for me when I'm vaping it.
#374 by norwegianvaper, Feb 20. 2017, 16:21
Has anyone try to store this juice over two-three months? Because 26% flavor is very much. Back in 2014 we learned that 20% was max, and with the equipment from that time, the taste was nowhere near what you can have with today's equipment. If the juice is as good after a few months, then go for it, but I suspect it wan't held up. Most of the times, less is more. And a five months juice with the right mix around 12 to 15 % flavor....Yummy. And if you use FA or INW, 10% can be owerpowering.
#375 by smok, Feb 22. 2017, 19:46
@norvegianvaper
after 7 months taste even better 5000ml done
#376 by MthompLMT, Feb 22. 2017, 20:04
This was my favorite ADV for months then my palette decided that anything strawberry was no longer acceptable. Which really is awful because I have about 200ml of it sitting in the cupboard and I can't stand it anymore.
#377 by Fallacious Fog , Feb 22. 2017, 21:07
Made 3 1000ml batches so far

Took recipe down a little

4% cheesecake graham crust
Bav cream 3%
Vanilla custard 2%
Sweet cream 3%
Strawberry ripe 10%
Strawberry shisha .4%
Super sweet .3%

22.7% PG flavourings
100MG VG Nic 3%
Max VG.

This shit tastes fantasicstical shake and vaped or after a steeping doesn't matter.
#378 by ItalianArt, Feb 25. 2017, 20:01
I am in on this incredible shake and bake. It is my all time favorite. Amazing taste, texture, hit, taste, smell its just off the charts great
#379 by Sick3st80, Feb 25. 2017, 22:51
Taste like perfume, might be good through old style tank, wouldn't recommend for sub ohm vaping just to much flavoring added. Plus no one makes 50/50 juice anymore usually 70vg30pg or 80vg20pg

#390 by jamesfo0, Mar 5. 2017, 23:58
ok i just used up the last little bit of bavarian cream i had to make 100ml of this. lets see how it turns out.
#391 by jamesfo0, Mar 5. 2017, 23:59
next ill order the dx versions and make a batch with those.
#392 by Wet_Fingers20, Mar 9. 2017, 17:52
I made two 30 ml bottles yesterday, one 50/50 and one 70/30 VG/PG. Also used the DX Sweet Cream (couldnt get the regular sweet cream anywhere) and I bought the PG, VG and nicotine base already premixed altogether, so all I did was added the flavourants to it. I know it's only been 1 day but for some reason I can't feel the strawberry taste at all, any ideas? Yes, I did use all of the recipes that are listed except for Sweet Cream, all from TFA and I mixed at the given percentages. All I taste at the moment is a taste of some kind of desert.
#393 by jamesfo0, Mar 9. 2017, 21:26
You have to wait atleast a week man, patience is a virtue
#394 by Wet_Fingers20, Mar 10. 2017, 01:32
@jamesfo0 and after 1 week the Strawberry should become noticeable? I know that patience is the key but I was surprised as fruit flavors usually take less to break in. How was it in your case? Thanks for the input mate!
#395 by jamesfo0, Mar 10. 2017, 01:39
What I did was use Strawberry and Ripe Strawberry instead of just strawberry 5% of each and it turned out great. Try lowering the Bavarian Cream or other flavors to let the strawberry come through more if that's what your looking for but this recipe is spot on like unicorn milk by cutwood but way better. (cleaner tasting)
#396 by Wet_Fingers20, Mar 10. 2017, 02:11
Alright, thanks for the info. I guess I will let it sit for 2-3 weeks and see how it turns out, and if the strawberry won't be noticeable at all then I will probably do the same thing as you
#397 by zigbrew, Mar 12. 2017, 15:33
Hi all please help newbie. can swap with FW bavarian cream, CAP sweet cream and CAP Vanilla custard ? And same % or what % ? Thank you in advanced
#398 by Baezphm, Mar 17. 2017, 05:29
TPA and TFA its the same? I cant find the TPA to buy
#399 by CirrusVapes, Mar 17. 2017, 07:56
It quite interesting, Ive been reading through a lot of comments on this recipe. A few people arent enjoying it because of the muted flavour they are getting. I have the same regardless of steep time. The SMELL is out of this world from right after mixing right up untill end of steep however it doesnt vape like it smells. Very bland taste for me. My collegue at works loves it and says its better than import shelf juice. I think its just different palletes.

Anyone with a similar experience or info on the reason behind this it would be great to hear.
#400 by Bin-jip, Mar 17. 2017, 09:59
@ Baezphm: Yes they are the same. The Perfumers Apprentice or The Flavoring Apprentice.
#401 by Wet_Fingers20, Mar 17. 2017, 11:22
@CirrusVapes I get the same thing in regards to the strawberry, can't taste it at all.
#402 by Sonik, Mar 17. 2017, 14:30
@cirrus vapes I get the same thing

I've had the same issue, so I tweaked it, and now this is one of my favourit juices.
Lower the creams and custards by 1/3, and add 2-3ml more strawberry/or different strawberry, and a tiny bit of sour/apple. That helped me to get the balance right again. Try this with 10-20ml first, so you won't waste too much if this is not for you.
Best after 3 weeks.
#404 by JustSquanchIt, Mar 18. 2017, 00:45
I have a huge problem with over flavoring and getting vapers tongue. I made this at 50% flavoring max VG and it's awesome. Took about 3 days(after multiple hot water baths the first couple days) to really taste like anything, but it gets better every day. This morning I realized I need more empty bottles to make at least a liter of this!
#405 by Mrdaveleaverboi, Mar 18. 2017, 20:32
I've made this recipe 4 times now vaped every ingredient individual to check but still tastes of nothing to me. 4 friends were over tried all the batches of it over weeks of steeping and all agreed it's not nice. I don't understand all the hype.
#406 by Ice, Mar 19. 2017, 11:14
Anyone ever try cutting all the ingredients in half...26% Flavoring sounds like overkill
#407 by matt, Mar 19. 2017, 12:41
Love this stuff but I make it 15% flavourings and 70VG. My ADV.

Simplified the recipe a bit to 3 parts strawberry ripe to 1 part the other 4 flavours. So basically buy 3 30ml bottles of strawberry ripe, 1 bottle each of the others, stick them in together and have 210ml of flavour concentrate to last me about 6 months, super quick and simple and lovely!
#408 by elle2016, Mar 21. 2017, 01:12
made this a week ago and while good at first after a few days all the flavors just died out. The strawberry is no longer noticable and the graham crust isnt even there anymore all I get is a cream :( I was so disappointed. Also, even though I use these same flavors in other recipes. In this one it made me cough quite a bit and gave me vape tongue within a few days. I am guessing the percentages are too high. I will try again with adjustments.
#409 by TheCasualVaper, Mar 21. 2017, 05:18
Would bavarian cream(cap) work with this?
#410 by HTV, Mar 22. 2017, 03:07
I make so much of this for my girlfriend. She refuses to vape anything else. I ran out of Strawberry Ripe and bought her some Cuttwood's Unicorn Milk out of desperation. She says it doesn't even compare to this. I like to mix myself up some one in awhile too. For such a high % of flavoring, everything balances out and it's just a really great tasting, not overbearing recipe. Plus it's great as a shake n' vape! Although it gets better after a few days, it's pretty damn good right away!
#411 by Ice, Mar 23. 2017, 11:36
Thanks Matt
#412 by TheCasualVaper, Mar 23. 2017, 19:56
This legitemately tastes like something you would get at a vape shop. SO GOOD!
#413 by Geb, Mar 25. 2017, 20:08
I mixed this as well as the "leaked" unicorn milk clone. this one was hands down the better of the two. 5 star juice that goes into rotation. If you like unicorn milk type juices, you can feel comfortable mixing a 120ml bottle right off the bat. I made a 30ml bottle to try it. Will certainly mix a larger bottle next mix session. It just amazes me how many good recipes there are here on ELR. There truly is no reason to buy "premium" juices anymore.

#418 by Snorman, Mar 28. 2017, 14:59
Far too creamy for my taste buds and don't seem to have any hint of strawberry in it, more like just taking a spoon full of cream out of a pot and eating it and I've just made a 250ml batch :/
#419 by Geb, Mar 28. 2017, 15:15
@Snorman - I'd be happy to take that juice off your hands. I'm a lazy mixer and also welcome freebies.
#420 by The Alchemists, Mar 28. 2017, 16:01
strawberry will come out in time. i reduced all creams by 30% and strawberry by 20%. recon it works better. try adding 2% sweet strawberrry or leave in your glove box in your car for a few days!
#421 by jaybo, Mar 28. 2017, 17:37
I have been mixing this recipe for like 6 months, but now the strawberry ripe flavor is muted, not just for me but for all the people i give it to try. i belive tfa changed the flavor or something. this is something im not sure but we need to search about.
#422 by Snorman, Mar 28. 2017, 17:42
@geb no can do, I'll use it as a fall back vape going to add some more strawberry into it and see if that changes anything.
#423 by Romlun, Mar 29. 2017, 03:42
Could I replace Sweet Cream with DX Sweet Cream?
#424 by Geb, Mar 29. 2017, 04:48
@Snorman - I wasn't really being serious. This one is pretty easy to mix. I made a 30ml tester and will likely do a 60 or 120ml next time around. I've only been mixing 2 months but managed to make about 25 recipes so I have plenty of DIY juice (over 650 mls) and a couple hundred mls of commercial juice I hadn't gotten around to vaping yet. BTW - you can mix up the strawberry a bit if you can't taste it. try 5% Ripe and 5% CAP sweet strawberry or 5% TPA strawberry (regular) or 5% of you favorite strawberry. Add in 1% raspberry and the taste will come out even more.
#425 by Adit3d. Viz, Mar 31. 2017, 01:47
Already mixed my fist 100ml batch for this exact recepie, definitely not for shake and vape, all i got was strong strawberry ripe flavor which contain ethyl alcohol, yes it has to be breath... Be back about 1-2 weeks steep, see it goes, thanks @apwroblewski

Made a 20ml tester and let it sit for about 3 weeks. Damned fine vape. I'll be making more of this in much larger batches.
#430 by Anzua, Apr 3. 2017, 20:17
Awsome recipie!!! Made 50ml, 2 weeks, i love it!!!
#431 by Ruan, Apr 4. 2017, 23:27
Best e juice ever. 10/10
#432 by Ruan, Apr 4. 2017, 23:43
This is really the best recipe ever. I cant stop vaping this stuff and i just mixed it. Cant even imagine how good its gonna be after a little steep. But for that i gonna have to mix a few extra bottles and let it steep. Because i dont think this 100ml i just mixed is gonna last very long.
#433 by Darkvaper, Apr 7. 2017, 14:12
Top recipe this.I have also added sweet strawberry jungle flavours and that helps a lot with the steep imo as the jungle flavours strawberry lasts a lot longer than most others and gives the taste a boost in the strawberry side of the vape 5⭐️ Thanks for sharing

Too much flavor !
#436 by Leisuretime, Apr 11. 2017, 01:48
This thread is getting crazy!!! OK, after making this several times, it really is too much flavoring. Knocked it all down by 30% and added strawberry (TPA). Score! The shake-n-vape was better too- can't wait for steep (which I think will be shorter than original recipe's).
#437 by JustSquanchIt, Apr 11. 2017, 06:47
@ rob even 70% was too much for me, I went down to 50% and its an awesome vape.
#438 by Fergz91, Apr 21. 2017, 00:42
Newbie mixer here. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've just made this...but I changed it to 100% PG Nicotine 7.2mg at a 60/40 ratio and 3mg strength. I'm not getting any real flavour coming through. Should I have changed the %s for the favouring too. Or is it because I haven't steeped it.

Any advice would be appreciated :)
#439 by Geb, Apr 21. 2017, 01:06
@Fergz91 - yeah - this recipe has creams and custard in it. It will need at least two weeks of steeping (I tend to steep anything with custard in it at least a month).
#440 by The Alchemists, Apr 21. 2017, 06:55
Fergz. If u have used the 26% as the receipt indicates and cannot taste anything u might have vapers tongue! (Overload of taste buds). Had this before just after vaping too much after quitting smokes. I have reduced this to 18% flavour and a shake and vape is very sweet. After a few weeks if insane sweet.
#441 by Fergz91, Apr 21. 2017, 23:43
thanks Geb. I'll let it steep for a couple of weeks and see how it goes :)

haha vapers tongue, brilliant Alchemists. I've just started vaping really. still going back and forth to cigs too. getting there though. Probably need to wait more for my cig tongue to change...get more tastebuds rocking lol
#442 by Geb, Apr 22. 2017, 00:55
@Fergz - Not sure how long you have been vaping. When I first started (my two year anniversary cig free is May 31st) I smoked and vaped the first month. At that time I vaped Unicorn Milk exclusively and I could taste it. Still it is going to take some time for you to really be able to taste your juice. That clock won't start ticking in earnest until after you give up cigs altogether. No pressure - everyone quits at their own pace, but the tasting really begins probably 2 -3 months after you quit totally. I remember about 3 months after quitting I was eating chinese or indian food (it was something spicy) and it tasted incredibly hot/spicy. This is the same exact dishes I had been eating for years. The cigs dulled my tastebuds and I couldn't taste the heat. It will be interesting for you to revisit this juice in a couple of months and see if it taste stronger/better.
#443 by Mnir, Apr 24. 2017, 05:11
Perfect! Me and my friends love this recipe.
#444 by the-vapenator, Apr 24. 2017, 15:40
Has anyone used the DX/V2 versions (ingredients without diketone/acetoine etc) ?

DX Bavarian Cream (TPA)
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA)
Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA)
DX Sweet Cream (TPA)
DX Vanilla Custard (TPA)

How does this taste compared to the original recipe?
#445 by Uncle Bump, Apr 25. 2017, 03:09
Just mixed this up...used Capella vanilla custard v1 and omg...im in love...and that's just shake and caped. Can't wait to see what this does after a steep
#446 by TheSpaceMonkeyMafia, Apr 25. 2017, 07:41
@the-vapenator The DX versions do not suck but they taste completely different than the non dx versions. The DX versions all seem to have the same slight chalky aftertaste, the aftertaste never bothered me but I like the richness the normal versions give to the juice much better.
#447 by awesomesauce22, Apr 27. 2017, 01:07
Can you replace the PG with more VG or would that mess it up? Is it adaptable to max VG? Thanks.
#448 by JustSquanchIt, Apr 27. 2017, 01:54
@bump boneham, was wondering about that. Will try it on my next batch!
#449 by dk, Apr 27. 2017, 22:27
This stuff is amazing! Added sweetener (1%), never too sweet for me. I'm new at mixing, but this is the best by far out of 5 other recipes I've mixed. I don't normally like strawberry vapes, as I only purchased cookie mixes...but times have changed. Thank you sooo much for posting.
#450 by Kirk 46, Apr 27. 2017, 23:46
@apwroblewski I made up 90 mils just on the reviews alone. And I may add, after a nice 12 day steep, delish. Strawberry fades fast but a trained pallet (wife) can taste it. Much obliged. A nice THICK dense vape, with an A1 aftertaste. BRAVO. Ps... Now, how the fuck did you do that?? lol
#451 by Trainspotter82, May 4. 2017, 17:25
I dont agree with the reviews on most of the top recipes but this one really deserves all the credit, well done, and You did it by accident aswell lol class
#452 by Geir, May 7. 2017, 23:50

#454 by PashaM, May 9. 2017, 12:50

#455 by AsWangs, May 12. 2017, 07:32
First time trying this flavor. I give it a A- at the moment but dang it does taste good. Will let it steep a bit and see.

Adding each flavor 1x I'm like whoa smells awesome. Strawberry Def takes a bit getting use to lol.
#456 by s.watts, May 15. 2017, 20:09
This is brilliant been buying juice for the last year because my diy was not as good as shop stuff but this is got 100ml steeping
#457 by AsWangs, May 15. 2017, 20:57
Sadly I ran out of strawberry ripe. Never gave it a chance to steep. Was defiantly good for a adv.
Strawberry Ripe is now on my order list.

e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1454587/Mother%2527s+Unicorn+Milk%2528STOLEN%2529

Has anyone tried it like this? Would this be good? Thanks. Also, is it a Shake n' vape or does it need to steep? Thanks.
#459 by AsWangs, May 19. 2017, 23:48
That's just this recipe you adapted and changed the sweetcream to fw instead of tpa
#460 by awesomesauce22, May 19. 2017, 23:49
@aswangs and made it max vg. Basically I am just seeing if someone has already done this and if they can tell me if its good or nawh.
#461 by AsWangs, May 19. 2017, 23:59
I've made it max vg as this recipe is. It's fine. Just takes a tad longer to steep usually. (Depending on process used) I just shake it good and let it sit.
#462 by awesomesauce22, May 20. 2017, 00:02
@aswangs Cool! As max vg, about how long should it steep for? Thanks.
#463 by AsWangs, May 20. 2017, 00:07
Creams should be 2+ weeks. I rarely make it that far though.
#464 by awesomesauce22, May 20. 2017, 00:09
Lol gotcha. Thanks!
#465 by ChainVaper, May 23. 2017, 09:15
I'm a bit flavour resistant so I did this at 125% flavouring. Absolutely magnificent.
#466 by SimonD, May 26. 2017, 00:48
I love my custard vapes but thought I'd try something different. I can't believe I've only just discovered this recipe because it's awesome. I'll be making lots more of this , thanks for sharing 😀
#467 by CodilX, May 29. 2017, 02:53
Made this 1:1 as the recipe. After 2 weeks tried it - it just tastes like perfume or something. Smells godly, but tastes bad.. I'll steep a bit more I guess before I try this again..
#468 by AsWangs, May 29. 2017, 04:51
@CodilX I hate perfume flavorings and scents. I'm very sensitive to it.
For this recipe using quality ingredients I never had any hints of perfume.
I started using it on day 1. I made 50ml and put it in a 120ml bottle shook it till it looked sorta milky from all the bubbles. Left open for 1hr then closed it. After it settled I started using it.

If using the wrong flavoring I can see getting a odd odor/taste.
#469 by CodilX, May 29. 2017, 14:29
@AsWangs - I've made the juice 1:1 like the recipe, using the same flavorings and same proportions just different vg/pg ratio.

The smell is amazing though. I'll wait another week before I try to vape this.
#470 by Trainspotter82, May 29. 2017, 15:54
For me it is perfect after 1 week steeping in a cupboard shaken once a day mmmmmm
#471 by LifeIsGood, Jun 4. 2017, 19:24
@Spyro.T yes you can, same percentage
#472 by Elia, Jun 8. 2017, 13:03
is there anybody try reducing total flavor ratio with good result? isn't %26 flavor too much.
#473 by Elia, Jun 8. 2017, 13:16
is newyork cheesecake (cap) works instead of cheesecake graham chrust?
#474 by AsWangs, Jun 8. 2017, 13:41
Cheesecake and cheesecake graham crust are a bit different. Hint is graham. Basically it's a mix of cheesecake and graham cracker crust.

It would be different but probably would still be good. Just need to adjust the ratio.

Also the % is not bad. Truly depends on your vg/pg ratio.
Probably 10-15% for 80% pg. Vg does not carry flavor as well as pg. Which is why most % are higher.

I also just mixed up 480ml @ 4MG of this recipe. Cost about $10-15.
Tastes great single or dual coil sub ohm.
#475 by AsWangs, Jun 8. 2017, 13:43
Also I'm doing max vg. And it's how I prefer it. 70/30 is what it comes out to.
#476 by Kroning, Jun 10. 2017, 19:29
Though I vape only tabacco flavors, this one is awesome. Tried 30ml for the start and ended with 100ml bottle. :)
I use more PG (~70%), so I reduced % of flavor to 15% and i'ts still very good.
Thank you!
#477 by Elia, Jun 14. 2017, 00:37
@AsWangs i will try cap newyork cheesecake with tfa graham cracker. What should i use percentages? Is %2.5 ny cheesecake and %2.5 graham cracker ok?
#478 by AsWangs, Jun 14. 2017, 00:45
Not sure as I never tried. Someone else may be able to chime in.
I made 500ml the other day down to about 480.

Currently browsing for other recipes to try with my current ingredients.
#479 by TheCasualVaper, Jun 14. 2017, 16:10
Is it better to make this in a small or large quantity in order to hold flavor? I've been having issues where when I get down to about
#480 by Inferno, Jun 16. 2017, 21:20
I think it will feel creamy but it feels more to fruity. After taste that I feel a bit left a bitter taste. Is there an error?
#481 by yusufmustafah, Jun 19. 2017, 07:59
Can you guys share the steeping method, i follow exactly but the flavour is still muted. been steep for 3 days
#482 by AsWangs, Jun 19. 2017, 08:30
I first put the flavoring and nicotine in a beaker then I use a battery operated frother for abut 30s to 2 minutes then I slowly add vg while continuing frothing. The 2x aa I have barely turns in the vg. May be poor batteries.
Then I pour into my bottle or bottles and start using.

Otherwise I put all flavoring and nicotine in my bottle seal then shake for about 30s then add vg and shake for about 2 minutes. Ie 20ml to 30ml bottle. Leaves enough room to get a good shake.

Otherwise I don't steep long unless large bottles. As they steep till I use it.

There shouldn't be muted flavor unless ur wicking way too tight.
#483 by yusufmustafah, Jun 19. 2017, 09:03
What a great tips AsWangs for mixing it separately. never thought about that. thanks man
#484 by AsWangs, Jun 19. 2017, 09:05
No problem. I read a comment on 1 of the recipes or reddit. And it was tested side by side and compared and truly cut the steep time down.

Ive been making this for a long time and its the people favorite but unfortunately in my last supply order they sent me regular TFA cheesecake :(
Anyone used the regular cheesecake instead of graham crust?
I have graham cracker from TFA...how much of that could I add with the cheesecake to get close?
#490 by drix, Jul 1. 2017, 07:00
mixed exactly as listed, 1st week tasted the cheesecake, after 2nd week Milky with suble strawberry. love it. next mix will add a little cream .

I have only BC from CAP! How much %? Is it the same like BC from TPA?
#492 by cincinnatiking, Jul 10. 2017, 14:39
@Zugmaschine, yes you can use Cap BC at the same percentage, but I would use it at 3%.
#493 by Sourtonicz, Jul 13. 2017, 20:53
Absolutely amazing thankyou for sharing

#499 by RookieBrewer, Jul 23. 2017, 05:43
I've recently made a 300ml batch of this recipe, the only modification i did was i changed the vg/pg ratio to 70/30. It has been 2 days since i started steeping the liquid, when i tried it, i couldnt taste anything. Not even a trace of the cream nor the strawberry. Anyone knows how to fix this problem? (I stored my liquid in my cabinet with the cap on)
#500 by RookieBrewer, Jul 23. 2017, 06:10
oh and is this liquid supposed to be not sweet at all or is this supposed to be sweet? because when i tasted a little bit of the liquid it is actually not sweet at all. Usually i judge the sweetness of the vape by actually tasting the liquid itself.
#501 by AsWangs, Jul 23. 2017, 06:25
If your using the proper technique it has flavor instantly.
It's slightly sweet for me. A tad too sweet sometimes.

I mix the flavoring and nicotine first using a battery operated mixer for about a minute or 2.
After that I add and mix the pg vg with it.

If no hand mixer use a larger bottle and shake the flavorings first then shake and mix the rest in.

Will truly cut the steep time down.
Day 1 for me tastes almost identical to day 40.

I will be mixing a new batch up soon as I am down to 160ml or so.

Intending to order more nice and flavoring and doing 900ml batch.
#502 by RookieBrewer, Jul 23. 2017, 06:49
oh no am i screwed? because i poured everything together in a bottle and just gave it a vigorous shake till it turns looking like milk and then capped it before storing it in my cabinet. Is there any fix to this or am i just gonna have to wait for it to steep more?
#503 by AsWangs, Jul 23. 2017, 10:18
More steep & shake. I would suggest shake 1 or 2x a day for 2-3 days and give a smell and taste.

Also remember tank or tad and cotton make a huge difference.
Ie tfv8 I could never get a steady flavor. Cotton bacon made it worse for me.
My daily is a jobs engine nano with no wicking flavor issues.
#504 by RookieBrewer, Jul 25. 2017, 02:28
update on 4th day of steeping, tried giving it a warm bath with cap off for an hour, still no changes (not sweet and strawberry wont come out) any suggestions?
#505 by AsWangs, Jul 25. 2017, 02:37
Are you sure you did it properly? As in edited the recipe to do your 70/30 and 300ml?
Mine has color to it. And smells instantly when I open it. If your using all tfa/to it should come out without issue. Max I made without mixing first is 100ml in 120ml bottle. And shook it good and it smelled awesome and tasted good.

#506 by RookieBrewer, Jul 25. 2017, 09:25
@AsWangs yes i did follow this exact recipe, only changed the nicotine to 4% and the vg/pg ratio to 70/30. It tasted bland to me, only a hint of the strawberry. I guess im just gonna add some sucralose sweetener to it rather than pouring the whole batch down the drain :(
#507 by AsWangs, Jul 25. 2017, 09:33
You might need to rework or adjust your wic.
I honestly don't get a overly strong strawberry taste but a hint of it.
Mind you my ss316 Clapton is 3 weeks old and 2nd cotton change.
Have another week left of my cotton.
Using pads as bacon mutes my flavor.
For me bacon needs to be thinned and rolled to do better. And kept looser.

Is it fine if I were to add probably 2-3% of Sweetener TPA to this recipe? I'm really desperate to fix my bland batch
#509 by AsWangs, Jul 25. 2017, 19:44
Don't see why not but for me it would be too sweet.
I would try it with small batches. As I don't see how it's bland.its a strong flavor for me.

Good luck and hope you figure it out.

5 stars all the way. This is my all time favorite Strawberry Cheesecake. It works well at 50/50 in tanks and drippers. Way to go.
#515 by jmclusky, Jul 29. 2017, 18:58
A fantastic recipe, very nice work. It just tastes of sweetness if vaped immediately, but after around two weeks steeping (one at a push) the flavour profile is great.
#516 by RookieBrewer, Jul 30. 2017, 19:56
Update on the 10th day of steeping, all I can say is AMAZING! eventhough I had to add 2% TPA Sweetener to it. It might be just my taste buds though since I am an extremely sweet liquid type of guy :/.
Either way 5 STARS for this!

I went on exactly as the recipe and it was good after a few days of steeping. Now it's just disgusting. It tastes like vomit. Anyone have a clue about that?
#524 by miles, Aug 6. 2017, 23:00
Any answers to my question can I use sweet strawberry?
#525 by AsWangs, Aug 7. 2017, 01:21
@Miles when i tried to substitute some ripe with sweet it was good but ripe is alot stronger for me. Ie. 50/50 ripe/sweet the sweet was over powering but had a good mix. So if it asked for 10ml ripe I did 5/5 but should have tried 2 sweet and 6 ripe or so.
So if your to try it I would do a 30ml batch and maybe half a ml to start. And adjust as needed.
#526 by SPURS1882, Aug 8. 2017, 21:18
Mixed at max VG and 1.5mg, verdict after 5 day steep, SO DAMB DELICIOUS. My new all day vape.

Update:. Very good as is. first 30 ml didn't last. Made 250 to let steep and another 150 to vape. LOL. My wife is practically drinking this stuff at 30/day. Anyway, Testing after 9 days of steeping, this is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the recipe apwroblewski.
#532 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 9. 2017, 03:20
Great flavor even after a week. Strawberry stands out but mixes very well with the various custard notes to give a thick tasting strawberry cream. Trying a new batch with 3% strawberry tfa and 5% strawberry ripe (tfa). Hoping this will allow the strawberry notes to come through strong even after a long steep
#533 by VapePrince, Aug 13. 2017, 21:46
apwroblewski. Really love this recipe. I've adapted the recipe based on my ingredients here: e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1778820/Melissa%20Silver

It tastes amazing! Only let it steep for two days (I got impatient and had to try it!). It's sweet, but not too sweet. Creates a good plume. For some reason, I want to suggest that maybe graham crust is a tad high? Probably wrong. I'm new. I have no idea what I'm saying 😜

I've only just started making my own e-liquids, and I'm glad I came across your recipe ! Keep up the brilliant work!
#534 by Coupongirlamj, Aug 19. 2017, 23:04
Love this recipe thanks for sharing. Perfect shake and vape will steep for 3 days and try. Thanks again love it
#535 by SMOKSCR33N, Aug 23. 2017, 06:46
Awesome recipe! Good as a Shake and Vape. I bet it'll will be even after some steeping!
#536 by VapePrince, Aug 23. 2017, 09:16
@SMOKSCR33N it is definitely better after steeping. Give it a few days at least. I'd go as far as to say that it DOES need steeping.
#537 by Tof_v, Aug 24. 2017, 19:14
Very nice even right after mixing
#538 by Zugmaschine, Aug 24. 2017, 21:27
This Time i made 50ml and was steeped for 2 Weeks. Is much better than Shake&Vape. Nice Juice!
#539 by Boston, Aug 30. 2017, 17:34
Has anyone had success with dropping down the overall percentage of the mix while maintaining flavor? I like the mix a lot but I feel like there is some muting going on.
#540 by AsWangs, Aug 30. 2017, 19:11
I don't know what I changed in my last batch besides adding more of strawberry . It has a different taste. But I do agree about some muting of the flavors. I don't always get a strawberry usually just a heavy cream with random strawberry tones.

Don't get me wrong this is still my daily. But I think I will try dropping some flavors down or ommit them completely and see how it tastes.
Worst case is add them back to the mix.
#541 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 31. 2017, 01:21
@Boston well I tried changing the recipe by lowering the flavorings by 25% but I also cut strawberry ripe in half and substituted strawberry TFA for the other half. This mix ended up down the drain but it was due to really not liking the strawberry TFA flavor, it tastes very candy like and just did not bode well with my palate.
I agree the flavoring % seems like too much and plan on making another batch at 75% of the listed flavoring, just waiting on my VG to come in the mail. Ill update on here how it comes out. I suspect the high amounts of both strawberry and cream do in fact lead to flavor muting, although this also contributes to the very nice mouthfeel of the vape. We will see in about 2 weeks.
#542 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 31. 2017, 01:27
@Boston @AsWangs adding onto my above post I know what you mean when you talk about the "random strawberry tones" sometimes I will get a very nice strawberry flavor in the mix, most of the time I will get a muddled strawberry flavor, and other times I get a very very sweet and overpowering strawberry flavor that doesn't even taste like strawberry but instead tastes similar to raisins. Have either of you experienced this as well? I suspect getting different tones may be caused by the juice not being perfectly distributed so just by random chance you get a hit with either a lot of strawberry or very little.
I am intrigued by the raisin flavor I sometimes get. Maybe its due to overloading of ripe strawberry tasting like an extremely ripened grape aka a raisin. Let me know if you understand what Im saying, Im kind of coming to conclusions as I type this response out.
Vaping on twisted mess RDA with dual micro coils @ .2 ohm 50-60w
When I vaped this on a dual clapton build the problems were exasperated and Id get the raisin taste every single hit.
#543 by AsWangs, Aug 31. 2017, 01:55
I don't get any raisin taste. I just made 250ml a few days ago. Added more strawberry and tastes better. But the creaminess bugs me. (Want more notes out of it) lol. *

I'm using ss framed stapled Clapton in a obs engine nano .32 ohm.
I wonder if I don't blend the flavors first if it would get better random notes.

*Each liquid mix is different per tank/rda and of course cotton lol.

#544 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 31. 2017, 03:47
I think if you make the cream base first then after it steeps add the strawberry you might get a pretty good result.
#545 by AsWangs, Aug 31. 2017, 04:59
That's a thought also. Do the nic and creams first mix then add the vg mix then the strawberry and final mix.
#546 by VapePrince, Aug 31. 2017, 07:54
I haven't been mixing very long. But can I suggest you put your nic in first, then add all the flavours and mix. Then add any vg/pg and mix.
#547 by AsWangs, Aug 31. 2017, 08:34
@Lissylooxd thats generally how i mix. Nic goes first then flavoring then i basically blend it for 10-30s then start adding vg. Truly cuts steep time for me.

It's the mix of creams that are mainly getting muted as in becomes a thick cream and can't tell the flavors apart. Still smells and tastes good but getting it to pop differently is the issue. Random strawberry notes.

There is tons of ways to mix. Even stirring 1 flavor at a time in vg could make the notes different.

No offense I've also only been mixing a few months with vg. Pg is tons easier to keep some notes together back in the day.

Also some of us could be burned out on the flavors lol.
#548 by VapePrince, Aug 31. 2017, 13:17
@AsWangs. I have some shopbought cream eliquid (kream) that creates a real thick flavour. That's what I really want to replicate.

But yeah. I think I agree with the cream flavours being muted. Maybe the cream has to be a lot higher percentage? Idk... good point about the pg though thanks :)
#549 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 31. 2017, 13:47
I usually make this mix Max vg. I think Max vg will take longer to steep compared to of heavier pg mixes but the flavor isn't changed much. Although it depends on the temperature you live in. When I lived somewhere cold I couldn't nix Max vg because the v was very thick and would barely mix. Now I live where it's hot and even at Max vg its very viscous.
I do have a lot of this flavor made at once though so I usually let it steep for 3 weeks before vaping.
How long are you sleeping it lissyloo? This recipe produces quite a thick cream mouthfeel and flavor, but it really starts to develop after 2 weeks steep.
#550 by SmokeyWanKenobi, Aug 31. 2017, 18:08
In my Vape rating log, which goes from 'Hallowed be thy name' down to 'straight to shitter', this one is 'Hallowed be thy name'

Lol @420
1 click works sometimes takes forever to go thru.
In cold humid weather this recipe and my other recipe don't taste as good to me. Although the flavor profile seems tons better. But in hot dry climate they work fine.

I keep a 15ml of 7leaves in the car and it tastes so good when out and about in the heat. (100+ f outside) and it's still clear after staying in car since July 9th I believe.
#553 by 420vapekingxD, Aug 31. 2017, 23:18
@aswangs yeah was posting on mobile and it glitched out I guess
If you are in the heat Id recommend the Pink lemonade clone by Micah on this site. Its one of my ADVs and the author responds to every comment too. I love the juice because its a big change from all my other juices and very refreshing.
BTW have you tried changing the flavor percantages in this recipe? I can vape this juice all day but I still feel like I can get better flavor out of it. Im going to start trying a few ideas I have once I get a new shipment of supplies in tomorrow.
#554 by AsWangs, Sep 1. 2017, 01:16
Have yet to adjust the % besides more strawberry. I go thru tons of strawberry ripe as it blends the best for me. Not all candy rubbing alcohol tasting.

But I have thought about dropping all by half. And also mixing 1 or 2 creams at a time with strawberry.

I use. Obs engine nano and most recipes I have tried are way over powering. Better for the tfv8 as it already mutes flavors for me.

Have not had a good lemonade vape. Most are too strong and acidic tasting for me.
#555 by 420vapekingxD, Sep 1. 2017, 03:00
I have the same feeling about strawberry ripe. Best strawberry flavor imo. I tried to implement 5% ripe 3% strawberry tfa into this recipe but I really dislike the strawberry TFA flavor. It has that odd taste to it.
If you have the ingredients the lemonade I was talking about is worth trying , no overpowering citrus after a few days steep.
#556 by VapePrince, Sep 2. 2017, 13:53
@420vapekingxD I don't let it steep long. Maybe a week. Interesting comment about temperatures though. Was wondering myself if I should put my liquids in the airing cupboard
#557 by AsWangs, Sep 3. 2017, 03:55
I cut the creams back by bout 1ml-1.5ml and added 1-2ml extra strawberry. Faint smell for me. Wife sprayed febreeze so I can't smell much lol.
430ml batch. 3.5mg
Will give 24-48hr steep and report how it tastes to me.
#558 by Tof_v, Sep 5. 2017, 10:08
For me works best when I mix Nicotine, flavors and PG first. Then I mix in VG and keep it all in a warm bath with open lid for some time.
#559 by 420vapekingxD, Sep 8. 2017, 14:12
@AsWangs any report on how that mix worked out? Just got in my shipment from nicriver and gonna make 240 mLs
#560 by chuck333, Sep 8. 2017, 17:15
I made this because it showed up on my "what can I make" and was top rated of them all. Well I'm glad I did! I'm going to try it as a blue unicorn with TPA blueberry X & TPA blueberry wild & make another 120 of this as published. Good work!!
#561 by AsWangs, Sep 8. 2017, 21:07
@420vapekingxd
It's actually still good. Wish I didn't add a extra ml or so of strawberry though. I had to rewick as my honeydew killed my wick.(dif recipe). It seems lighter and not so thick & heavy. The strawberry is a bit rich as I added more. (Doesn't exactly give the same strawberry taste.)

This rewick actually enhanced the recipe version also. It's funny how you can never get the same exact flavor profile due to each wicking. I do still need to let this batch steep some as i didnt get to mix it my normal way. Bottle ran out of vg so added via gallon bottle.

Still good no matter what.
#562 by Johnny K, Sep 9. 2017, 02:03
My all day vape since I found this recipe in April.. I've mixed about 600mls of this stuff since then and I'm out again.. Breaking out the scale now.
#564 by 420vapekingxD, Sep 15. 2017, 21:45
@AsWangs so true about getting different tastes. I feel like so many factors can affect how the hit tastes like wick, coils, even what ive eaten recently. I have found if I take a break from vaping this recipe for about a day when I go back to it the strawberry really stands out in front. The problem is it requires you not to vape it for a day! I ended up mixing .5 L of the original recipe just substituting cap vanilla custard for TFA since I prefer it. The flavor percentage looks high but I dont think its too high because it uses TFA flavors which require a higher percentage compared to other companies. This is especially true with strawberry ripe. It takes a good amount of ripe for the taste to come through.
#565 by AsWangs, Sep 15. 2017, 21:56
Oh don't get me wrong I make this recipe twice a month. Avg 480ml batches. Almost out of ripe again. Sadly just got my order a couple weeks ago.
The coil, WIC and rda/tank is the main flavor differences. Rarely will we get the exact taste due to it.
#566 by 420vapekingxD, Sep 15. 2017, 22:03
The strange thing is I can use the same build, same wick, etc. but still get very different flavors depending on how my pallet is feeling.
#567 by 420vapekingxD, Sep 15. 2017, 22:07
The strange thing is I can use the same build, same wick, etc. but still get very different flavors depending on how my pallet is feeling. The creamy "feel" seems to be constant but the strawberry is quite random. Ive found the best way to get the juicy strawberry ripe flavor is to cleanse my taste by vaping another recipe. It seems like my taste "adapts" to the strawberry very quickly so it becomes muted if I continuously vape it. This occurs with all flavors sure, but ive found its very quick with strawberry. Maybe because its such a high percentage? Im sure theres a lot of science that could explain it but to my laymen's knowledge the tastebuds just seem to adapt quickly to a lot of strawberry making it hard to taste.
#568 by AsWangs, Sep 15. 2017, 22:22
Hard to say. I can't stand most liquids with strawberry as they make me feel sick. Ripe doesn't effect me.adding more ripe I get some flavor but it's never been strawberry. Just a decent citrus taste. Mind you my taste buds are jacked up a bit for some flavors unless genuine.

Also some I get better and more accurate flavor with half the %.
#569 by Junglebug, Sep 17. 2017, 18:44

#576 by jontwill, Sep 27. 2017, 00:52
I made 200 ml of this 3 months ago. i had forgotten about it and went to give it a try. It was very blah tasting. thought steeping was good for bringing flavors out. I will try a smaller amount next time and see if a fresh batch is better.
#577 by AsWangs, Sep 27. 2017, 01:29
If you followed to the T. Might try mixing with some unflavored. I just put some cotton bacon in and it tastes like crap. I normally use pads.
Cotton bacon I feel would do better with a higher pg. Ie maybe 40-60%.
Will probably try adding some pg later to see if it does better.

Ok I tried 50% cut and it just does not taste right. Sofar this recipe is fine. Atleast for a tank. Just mixed up 370ml. Moore strawberry ripe left. Is on my order list. Now to figure out what I can make with what I have.

Switched to kendo cotton and advancedvapesupply wire in my obs. And It is great sofar.

Keep on mixing & vape on. 3up

Great recipe.
#589 by AsWangs, Oct 29. 2017, 06:05
@LaFox
I have made it mostly at 30/70 pg/vg with no issue. But lately the flavor has been off since vapors tongue. So now I'm @ about 60-65 vg.and it's fine.
Will try lowering sweet cream like previous poster.
Just need to get my flavor list together to hopefully make more then 3-5 recipes. Since I have no clue what else I might like yet.

#593 by Chuck's Vapor, Nov 2. 2017, 13:31
Still very good. My first batch of this was in August as a shake and vape. I've made sure to keep 1/2 liter steeping because the flavors seem to really shine at the 25 to 30 day point. Not that it's bad right off but it comes alive after a good rest. If you're on the fence about mixing this stuff, don't be. it's premium quality. Thanks for this one.
#594 by Drifter-vov, Nov 8. 2017, 00:11
I like this one! Still vaping it from time to time for 2 years ). I make 200 ml and forget it for 2 weeks at least away from sunlight, then the taste is perfect! Thanks for sharing this

Hi guys after some advice fairly new to mixing I mixed this up 2 week ago what is the best steep time followed the recipe exactly but reading through the comments can't find a specific steep time ?
#596 by Calibur, Nov 12. 2017, 14:32
@Scott Give it about 3 weeks in a cool dark place and shake it up once every other day
#597 by TwoTone, Nov 13. 2017, 10:56
Far to strong.. After 3 week steep I had to add 4ML VG to a 15ml to take down the taste a bit and then it was ok..
#598 by Rufusyoung, Nov 21. 2017, 20:27
Silly question here. If I'm gonna make 500ml do I just times the amount by 5? I'm new to mixing up.
#599 by AsWangs, Nov 21. 2017, 21:02
Edit it to make your own then change to 500ml it will calculate for you.

Es la primera receta que hago y me parece increible, es como si fuese un liquido comercial!! A los 4-5 días está muy bueno ya, si sigue mejorando estará espectacular. Muchas gracias por compartir!!

Every girl that smelled this when I was vaping it, loved it.
#616 by vinTage, Dec 30. 2017, 02:15
I dont know what the original taste is, but 3 weeks ago I ordered everything for this recipe (cuzz rating) but NO regrets!!
Every day I tasted (drop on the hand) and I feld like "little more steeping" till yesterday... .
Today I vaped 2 tanks and it is YAMMY.
Thx for sharing
#617 by Kiril B, Dec 31. 2017, 09:52
Love it!

cut everything half ;)
#619 by jayquik03, Jan 8. 2018, 17:46
I've made this 3 times 30ml each. I haven't been able to steep it i go through the 30ml every day. I love it.
#620 by Robin, Jan 8. 2018, 18:27
I made this at 65 VG and used Capella for the Sweet cream and Vanilla custard V2 (perhaps a little safer).
Tastes great!
#621 by Christos Megas, Jan 11. 2018, 14:39
Hello, nice work here but i believe it will be better as a 70/30 VG/PG.
#622 by aaronmixes, Jan 11. 2018, 14:57
It's pretty good just kind of bland after steeping
#623 by StiVi, Jan 17. 2018, 21:20
Good vape after 4-5 days.
Best after 10+ days
#624 by NorthSendsHisClouds, Jan 20. 2018, 10:51

#625 by Stifs, Jan 20. 2018, 16:14
Good Vape steeped for 2 weeks
#626 by LeVonne, Jan 21. 2018, 01:37
i actually didnt like this at all, But thats not saying its a bad recipe i am just not a fan of strawberry at all anyways, it always tastes like chemicals to me. But i do normally like TFA Strawberry ripe a little and enjoy it in some recipes. But i was getting a slight pepper note with this and im not sure where it was coming from, but either way i still wasnt getting a good flavor off of this. It reminded me of a Sweet strawberry milk recipe from this site, but i liked it a lot more. I will try a longer steep and see if maybe the flavors blend a little better. I made this exact recipe, but after all the flavors its really like a 68/32 or something i cant remember.
#627 by rjpowell92, Jan 21. 2018, 02:31
LeVOnne - try cutting everything in half, ish!
way too much flavour in this recipe, over flavouring is worse than under flavouring, it just mutes everything and you get this flat weird tasting juice thats hard to pick flavours out of. The peppery taste is probably from the ridiculous amount of TFA creams, not everyone can taste it though, like TFA's vanilla bean ice cream, some people love it but at higher percentages it tastes peppery.
10% Strawberry ripe is just ridiculous, it really is.

For the strawberry note, personally i'd do 3%(TFA) strawberry ripe, 2% (TFA) Strawberry, 1% (FA) Red touch
OR if you only like strawberry ripe, drop it down to 5% and add 0.25% CAP Supersweet.

Cut the creams in half, drop the custard to 2% and drop the graham crust to 3%

i see so many recipes at 20% or hgher, when did this become the norm?REMEMBER PEOPLE MORE FLAVOURING REALLY DOESN'T MEAN MORE FLAVOUR.
#628 by ChopSocky, Jan 21. 2018, 03:34
Amazing juice! I didn't realize I didn't have enough cheesecake untill I was pouring it. So I had to substitute with the new Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. And my goodness it turned out amazing! Good job.
#629 by LeVonne, Jan 21. 2018, 03:41
Thanks rjpowell92 I'll try the percentage cut. But where I don't particularly likeep strawberry I don't have the ones you mentioned. I will try this again at lower percentages amd report back.
#630 by rjpowell92, Jan 21. 2018, 04:15
no problem ;) just my two cents! clearly, judging by the comments, ALOT of people like 20%+ flavour XD for me, i cant taste much of anything in the original recipe after a steep, strangely it tasted far better as a shake and vape but 1 week later and the flavour is massively muted! just goes to show how subjective taste really is.
Yeah just use TFA Strawberry ripe and add a dash of CAP supersweet if you have it or 0.5 TFA Sweetener, again thats just what i'd do, i can't taste strawberry without a touch of sweetener, don't know why i just have a hard time tasting it even as a standalone at higher percentages, but then again too much flavour and you get diminishing returns -__-, just gotta find what works for you i guess!
#631 by watermouse, Feb 4. 2018, 16:15
This is so good - thank you. I wasnt sure if I would like this, but I made it yesterday and started vaping it today. My oh My this is fantastic. I can see me doing away with grape lime-ricky and going with this for a few months for sure. Thanks
#632 by hatjr, Feb 12. 2018, 05:41
Very tasty with an interesting texture.

Much nomz. Such wow.
#634 by AsWangs, Feb 20. 2018, 06:01
Well I mixed up 1100ml last night. Was short 9ml vanilla custard.
And sofar it's not a bad thing. Can taste the strawberry now right off.
Soon will have to test out other recipes I can use as my adv.

I can't handle regular strawberry way too strong lol.
#635 by Samoya, Feb 20. 2018, 09:08
This is a sensational recipe everyone who tries it loves it
Absolutely perfect
I made it exactly as per the recipe and have made up 240 mls
Cause I have alot of juice in rotation I left the latest batch for a month not necessary but it's beautiful great after 10 days
Thankyou very much for sharing

#636 by sahinkenar, Feb 20. 2018, 11:20
@rjpowell92 very well said my friend. Made a 200ml batch with lovering the flavors by 1/3 approximately. The total flovor % is around 15% and it is delicious after 2 weeks steep. just the way i like.
Very well recipe, thanks for sharing.
For people like me who doesn't like too much flavoring, Make a little batch like 20-30ml from original recipe, and tweak down the flavoring or just add some VG/PG to decrease the flavor % as your liking.
#637 by indi, Feb 22. 2018, 19:49
Made this up this evening but lowered the percentages , just know thats way too high for me personally , creams cut by half , SB Ripe at 4% , 1% FA red touch , CGC to 4% , VC to 2% , Added 10 drops of Dragon Fruit cos it always helps SB flavours.
Smells really delicious , I'll leave it a week and pinch 30ml to try.
Thanks for the recipe.
Never tried the original so no clue as to how close this is.
#638 by Akis, Feb 24. 2018, 14:20

After 30 day steep this tastes like nothing other than hot cheese. What can I do fix this?
#649 by AYIBOGAN44, Mar 5. 2018, 07:59
I mixed exact recipe, 250ml (4.5mg/35pg/65vg) at August 2017. After 1.5 month step, it was perfect. I'm still saving the last 20 ml. I ordered 16oz flavors from TPA and yesterday I mixed first 500ml (2.96mg/30pg/70vg) with DX versions of SC and BC. Fingers crossed, hopefully i am expecting same result. GREAT RECIPE. REALLY, DESERVES 5 STAR. THANKS FOR SHARING MATE.
#650 by BigDad, Mar 14. 2018, 00:11
I subbed the strawberry for 4% LA banana cream, try it, if you like banana vapes you will love it! Easy 5 stars from me!
#651 by Vape God, Mar 17. 2018, 08:11
Steeped for about 2 weeks in a dark place, it seemed to get a bit harsh and no strawberry flavor? Any advice or information? Im going to replace my coils tomorrow and see if the harshness goes away any. Any feedback will be awesome!
#652 by x5Wi5Hx, Mar 19. 2018, 10:26
I complied a recipe using the recommendations in the comments, using both TFA Strawbetry (ripe) and regular TFA Strawberry, and using TFA Vanilla Swirl instead of custard. You can see it and rate it HERE:

#653 by Mc, Mar 19. 2018, 12:38
Good recipe i like it
#654 by Finder, Mar 21. 2018, 11:39
First try at mixing. With so many good reviews, I must be missing something. The only way to describe what I taste is "opening up a humidor lined with cedar". I'll let it steep and see what happens, but I can't imagine it's going to get that much better. Thoughts?
#655 by AsWangs, Mar 26. 2018, 09:31
@Finder
If your getting a cedar smell/taste your doing something majorly wrong.
Either that or your using the wrong stuff.
#656 by AYIBOGAN44, Mar 26. 2018, 13:01
@Finder there is no way this recipe smells as you described. %100 something wrong with materials in your liquid. My first batch was 250ml, it was perfect. Second is 500ml, still stepping. Only difference is, I mixed DX versions of Sweet Cream and Bavarian Cream in my second batch. Stepped 3 weeks, and ı will wait for 3 weeks more. And smells really f...ing awesome. So, something must be wrong with your batch. Try another batch with fresh new materials from different seller. You will see the difference.
#657 by pegasus, Mar 28. 2018, 19:03
I have about 20 mixes going at any one time a lot of SB and creams. i have about 30 Mods and atomizers and I would say this is in the top 2 or 3 that I have ever tried. For me my tastes will change day to day. I have allergies a c-pap and grand kids so it seems like I always have congestion and drainage but I really like this Mix 5 stars
#658 by Anborn90, Mar 29. 2018, 17:43
I have already made 120ml 4 months ago. Awesome shit, best liquid ever vaped.
Now I ran out of TFA ripe strawberry so I will try OoO ripe strawberry at 8% with 2% OoO straberry cotton candy.
Let' see if the strawberry will be nice as the Apro version. Thanks.
I will max the VG as well, 74% vg, yeah
#659 by saudsss, Apr 1. 2018, 20:02
Thanks for the recipe. I have a question my nicotine is 200mg strength and 100% PG, how to use this recipe?

#662 by Anborn90, Apr 3. 2018, 16:37
This is legendary, I made 120 ml replacing some tpa for cap but the taste was probably the best ever vaped in my 4 years of vaping...
#663 by Stent00, Apr 11. 2018, 20:15
Am I the only one who didn't enjoy this? couldnt stand the flavour. maybe I just don't like creamy juices
#664 by Anborn90, Apr 12. 2018, 17:48
Wierd substances contained in the flavors. Use them at your own risk.
#665 by floproNL, Apr 26. 2018, 19:52
how long and how to steep this recipe
much love from a new DIY'r
#666 by DarthVape, Apr 26. 2018, 19:59
@floproNL you need at least 3 weeks on this one for the creams to develop but longer is best
#667 by DarthVape, Apr 26. 2018, 19:59
@floproNL you need at least 3 weeks on this one for the creams to develop but longer is best
#668 by rjpowell92, Apr 26. 2018, 20:04
floproNL steeps quicker if you reduce the flavouring slightly, this is waaaay overflavoured, after a certain point it doesnt get any stronger, infact it mutes flavours believe it or not! by all means try the above recipe but i'd make another batch with a third less flavouring for each flavour ;) im a flavour junkie and have a stubborn palette and i never go above 15% with recipes!
#669 by floproNL, Apr 26. 2018, 20:10
alright so when i wanna make a batch with 15% flavoring what pg/vg ratio you use?
#670 by floproNL, Apr 26. 2018, 20:13
@rjpowell92
#671 by rjpowell92, Apr 26. 2018, 20:17
ratio is whatver you prefer, depends on your device, personally i use 70/30 and i just lower the percentages a tad:
2.65% Bavarian Cream
3.35% Cheesecake
6.65% Strawberry Ripe
2.65% sweet cream
2% Vanilla custard
#672 by DDH1975, Apr 26. 2018, 21:29
Made this yesterday, smells great tastes like shite. How long will it need to steep
#673 by floproNL, Apr 26. 2018, 21:33
3 weeks for the creams to come through i heard and from there it gets better over time
#674 by Anborn90, Apr 26. 2018, 21:35
I ran out of TFA ripe straw. I have ripe straw by OoO but is not the same. It is too pungent. It is wierd.

#678 by Baz303, Apr 28. 2018, 19:32

#679 by Anborn90, Apr 28. 2018, 19:48
@Baz303 Try 5% banana cream Tpa + 2% banana FA
#680 by Baz303, Apr 28. 2018, 20:07
@Anborn90 Sounds good. Thanks for adding the percentages. I am a noob so that helps a lot.
#681 by Anborn90, Apr 28. 2018, 20:33
@Baz303 For a blueberry version
Harverst Berry CAP 6%
Bilberry FA 0.5% ( super potent, used to give that authentic, moisty and dark blueberry hint )

Wow wow wow!! Amazing recipe vaped it after one day, can only imagine what it will be after steeping. I made a 30pg/70vg mix. Thank you for the recipe!
#687 by ChefFavreau, May 7. 2018, 21:28
Hi, I make the liquid precisely following the recipe. But after 1 hour I tried to vape it using DEAD RABBIT RDA but I found nothing, really nothing. It does not taste anything when i vape it but when i sniff it from the bottle it smells amazing. Now it is already over 48 hour then i try again in my rda it is still nothing. Am i over flavouring? should i add more vg? what should i do? thank you
#688 by Ps3z, May 8. 2018, 19:02
is that cutwood unicorn milk recipe or suicide bunny mothers milk recipe ?
#689 by DDH1975, May 8. 2018, 21:13
After a 2 week steep still tasting peppery. Nicotine’s fine.

My go to recipe! Amazing!
#691 by VapeHen, May 14. 2018, 00:48
Quite sweet and the Bavarian Cream comes in too much for me but it's a good creamy vape. Made 60mls of 80/20 3,6mg, vaped with Drop RDA on 70-80W
#692 by VapeHen, May 14. 2018, 00:49
Oh and steeped for 3-4 weeks.

I´m out of Bavarian Cream TPA right now but I want to try this recipe even with a little change. Is it possible to substitute the Bavarian Cream TPA for Sweet Cream or Vanilla Bean Ice Cream CAP?

An awesome shakenvape, even better after a week or two! Absolutely love it
#696 by JackLukass, May 29. 2018, 11:33

One of the best recipe found online. I am not sure if it will be repeated
#711 by SimoBuzz, Jul 9. 2018, 16:57
just made two max vg (71mg) at 60ml. first ones great straight into snv. but definitely needs steep time. will keep using the first 60ml see how it matures, and tuck the other away for the 3-4week mark.
#712 by liquid2vape, Jul 12. 2018, 02:23
I mixed 2 versions. The recipe as above which is fantastic. And the other one with capella bavarian cream. Both are very nice. Couldn't say which one tastes better. There is a very small difference in the taste. Actually what I want to say, you can use cap or tpa bavarian cream. Both are great in this recipe.
#713 by lukiane, Jul 13. 2018, 23:44
good for snv but in the end of a day i coudn't taste anything. after few days juice get smoother, but after 3 weeks, gone harsh and absolutely disguasting. i think 4% sweet cream is too much because tastes like a cheese and 10% of strawberry is overpowered and has no taste after few puffs. any suggestion?
#714 by liquid2vape, Jul 14. 2018, 00:15
Right now I vape this juice which is about 3 weeks old. It's smooth as silk. I tried the second batch which is about 1 1/2 week old. It's a bit harsh, but that's because it's 4mg strength. For some reason everything above 3mg is too harsh for me since a few days. But that's another topic.

For me this recipe is well balanced and I love it.
#715 by CKay, Jul 22. 2018, 21:50
This is the best all day vape for me!

#717 by Dreadpirate Snuffles, Jul 28. 2018, 05:09
If this doesnt taste good to you, or tastes muted, try adjusting the flavor percentage to around 17%. This is a great recipe and combination of flavors, but it definitely suffers from over-flavoring. At least to my pallete
#718 by ODF75, Jul 28. 2018, 10:06
Dreadpirate Snuffles,
What flavor to be increased to 17%
You mean overall flavors?
#719 by Dreadpirate Snuffles, Jul 28. 2018, 16:43
@ODF75, The total flavoring. You could probably even do 15%. Strawberry Ripe is chalk full of EM which mutes like crazy, and the time needed for the creams to steep in means the EM muting takes full effect. Sweet Cream also turns cheesy and sour at this high of a percentage. I'd probably lower sweet cream to 1-2%, and bring the strawberry ripe down and supplement with another strawberry (not cap sweet as that has lots of EM as well), to get the full milage out of this recipe. Remember, in DIY less is often more, you can over-flavor quite quickly and kill the vibrancy and potentness.
#720 by ODF75, Jul 28. 2018, 17:42
Dreadpirate Snuffles, thank you for your reply !
Here are thre questions arised (Sorry to ask alot)
1) What does EM stands for?
2) He proposed TPA not cap but as both contain lots of EM what mark you may propose?
3) Let me say, I will keep using strawberry TPA, to what level I can bring strawberry down! for example:

Bavarian Cream (TPA) 2%
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 5%
Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA) 5%
Sweet Cream (TPA) 2%
Vanilla Custard (TPA) 3%
#721 by Dreadpirate Snuffles, Jul 28. 2018, 20:53
That looks good, though I would probably put sweet cream at 1.5%, cheesecake at 3%, and maybe do 3% strawberry ripe and 2% regular tpa strawberry
#722 by Dreadpirate Snuffles, Jul 28. 2018, 20:53

#723 by Echo, Jul 31. 2018, 04:46
I'm sorry if someone already asked this but I just didn't have the patience to read all of the comments. Is there any flavorings you would suggest to replace the ones with diketones? I have asthma already and prefer to stay away from those if possible..thanks!

Good stuff, never had the original but worth a mix. vaped about 120ml of this so far.
#726 by Ublaggers, Aug 5. 2018, 16:13
I tried this recipe, 30ml batch speed steeping using hotpot and the result is BEAUTIFUL!!! Another 30ml batch already has one week steeping and the result is BEAUTIFUL!!!. Now make 1000 ml batch. Hope I can steep this juice properly for a month. Thank you very much for the recipe!!!

I'm apparently part of those few that taste TFA custard like pepper, at least early on. Probably why I never enjoyed most custards.
2 weeks out: The custard here is way too prominent for my tastes and tastes peppery. I can see why those who like the custard flavors would like this. The custard overshadows some of the added flavors. It's been awhile but I don't remember unicorn milk tasting quite like this and it's definitely not mother's milk. Some homage to strawberry custards of several years ago that's very custardy.
At 1 month, holy turn around. I get why this is popular now. The custard only has a slight peppery bite on the exhale but it’s very slight. This is a really tasty flavor. Nice amount of strawberry and a very rich custard exhale. Slightly eggy and a nice amount of vanilla. Tastes more like Unicorn Milk now albeit a little heavier on the custard aspect. Still I went from shunning ever using TFA Custard again to maybe using it in small amounts. Proof a long steep can have a significant impact.
#728 by Clouded House, Aug 13. 2018, 19:16
Hi, just wondering if anyone can give some advice. When I first made this juice it tasted really nice, made four 30ml bottles, all really tasty. So I've just made another 30ml bottle but it barely has any flavour, even tried new coils but nowhere near as tasty as the first lot I made. Any reason for this? I'm drinking lots of water too :) Thanks
#729 by Dreadpirate Snuffles, Aug 13. 2018, 21:54
@Clouded House too high of a flavor percentage. The amount of time this requires for the creams and custards to settle in means that the ethyl maltol in the strawberry ripe mutes everything in full force. Try adjusting total flavor percentage to around 17, worked quite well for me
#730 by Jozesmix, Aug 20. 2018, 19:18
Anyone tried using CAP Sweet Cream instead of TPA?
#731 by Wolffy, Aug 21. 2018, 21:00
Awesome, finally got around to making this and letting it age. Even developed an adaptation without fruit.
This is tasty stuff

Anyone get any coffee notes, I do and I like it, nice recipe
#733 by DarkJester89, Aug 28. 2018, 01:25
Has anyone modernized this flavor to lower percentages to adapt to modern devices? just curious
#734 by Anborn90, Aug 28. 2018, 06:58
@DarkJester89 you can do it yourself, play with the %
#735 by Patches1984, Aug 28. 2018, 12:34
could i use flavor west bavarian cream as a subsitute for tfa bavarian cream?
#736 by Zugmaschine, Aug 28. 2018, 15:27
@Patches 1984 : Sure u can substitute, but the taste wil be a little difrent, because FW BC tastes a little diffrent than TPA BC!
#737 by DarkJester89, Sep 2. 2018, 17:09
@Anborn90, I'm taggin you just to come back and read this,

May i know is it possible to use nic juice full PG base? Coz i don't have nic with VG base. Thx u
#742 by Marlena, Oct 1. 2018, 16:03
When I first mixed this, I had to try it. I didn't like it. But 2 weeks later, it's fantastic!!! I'm wanting to see what it's like after 4 weeks but I'm not sure I can stay out of it that long. Excellent recipe!!! Thank you so much for sharing.
#743 by AlexK, Oct 3. 2018, 06:06
I really enjoyed this after 8 days, so I'm making more to try it after an even longer steep.
#744 by DragonzChef, Oct 11. 2018, 16:43
I just made a batch and smells amazing and its been on the magnetic stirrer for about 5 hours. I Just tasted it to see how it was.
It Tastes absolutely awful straight up. Like when you add to much brown suger to a mix. That burnt electrical taste without the burnt.

There is no way this is a make and vape straight away recipe. Im baffled as to why people are saying its great straight up... Maybe it would be if all concentrates % were about 75% less.
Definitely think it is going to need a month or two steep.
The strawberry ripe percentage worried me from the get go. Strawberry ripe seems to work better at 0.5 to 4% in a mix IMO. It can easily mute itself or other flavors at high % and high percentages of other flavours tend to mute Strawberry easily also. EM always mutes strawberry also. Its a very heavy flavor concentrate mix.
Ide love to make a batch and lower a few of the flavor concentrates percentages and steep it the same time to try both in a few months. Maybe start with Straw Ripe at both 4 & 8% and cream at 2% max.

Also get this exact recipe and treat it as a doubler adding 100% more VG to it. Making it around 70/30 instead of 50/50 and testing that also in two months along with the others.

Was this recipe meant to be made as a doubler?????
#745 by DragonzChef, Oct 11. 2018, 16:47
Ill steep for one to two months and write another opinion then:) Happy mixing guys.
#746 by chuck333, Oct 11. 2018, 17:50
i think this recipe is for older setups that are higher resistance. In my sub-ohm setups I mix this at 17.5% total flavours and let it steep for 3 weeks minimum. As such, it's my favourite mix. I also do it with blueberries instead of strawberry and I do it with TPA strawberry ripe plus TPA organic strawberry. I've tried it with TPA strawberry alone too. I've tried it with INW Shisha and didn't like it very much. TPA strawberries work best here IMO. The ripe/organic combo works best for me. With blueberries I use Extra & Wild together.
#747 by Marlena, Oct 11. 2018, 18:40
@chuck333...the blueberry version sounds amazing! What % of each do you use? Although I love this recipe, I feel like the strawberry is a bit muted. I'm going to try lowing the percent a bit.
#748 by ODF75, Oct 11. 2018, 18:58
My advise: after many tries of mixing. Do not try to change the recipe. The maximum you can do is to minumize strawberry to 5% and 1% from everyone of the rest. Otherwise, you will never get a homogeneous liquid. With this recipe you need steeping 10 days that would be more than enough
#749 by chuck333, Oct 12. 2018, 00:29
@marlena
I mix this at 18% flavours with BB Extra @2.25% & BB Wild @4.5%.
#750 by Neel, Oct 21. 2018, 12:25
Hi @apwroblewski I have made a 70 vg 30 pg 6mg of this Juice using the exact flavours and percentages mentioned after adapting this recipe to my needs. Will this adapted recipe need more steeping time? I can't taste anything till now. It's been two days since I made this juice. Please help me out guys. Or if someone has experience with adapting this recipe to 70:30 successfully, then let me know.
Thanks in advance!!
#751 by Marlena, Oct 22. 2018, 20:26
@Neel ......I make this recipe using 70/30 all the time. Give it 2 weeks to steep and it will be great!
#752 by Rudrar, Oct 23. 2018, 13:37
Made 200ml of this recipe. Still steeping will provide feedback after 3 weeks.
#753 by AYIBOGAN44, Oct 23. 2018, 13:51
3x750 ml mixed 19. september and still steeping. Minimum stepping time is 30 days at least, 45 days medium.

I get it now. I will steep this 200 ml batch for 1 month. Tried vaping it in the middle, tasted horrible and majorly killed my throat. Will let you know once I have tried it after a month.
#758 by chuck333, Oct 30. 2018, 12:05
I went away for three months and had a batch steeping the whole time. It was awesome. The strawberry mutes but the blended tastes and aromas are wonderful.
#759 by JohnLillywhite23, Nov 11. 2018, 05:22
Just made a 10ml batch. Tastes great! I wish there was a way to make a vape cold! If this "tasted" cold, it would be fantastic!
#760 by tobias, Nov 15. 2018, 17:44
@apwroblewski Sr. i've been vaping this recipy for almost a year now. i rarely comment, anywhere tbh, but you deserve the exception. this juice is my favorite BY FAR from all the juices i've been able to taste in the... year and half i've been vaping. and the very vast majority of ppl that that tastes it, wants it. i'd say that if i ever got a critique from it, was from some juice vendor that was jelly.. i mean it.
in fact, this is about how it goes when most ppl taste it:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBjfLE5uX0A
hahahaha for reals.
so, THANK YOU SO MUCH from all of us who have tried this nectar here in argentina.
#761 by beil, Nov 18. 2018, 21:33
i let it steep for over a month, but still there are too much aromas in it, i cant taste what im vaping.
#762 by Moxious, Dec 18. 2018, 05:10
The base is absolutely fantastic! It's creamy, sweet, custardy, with just the right amount of vanilla. If you aren't a fan of strawberry, just sub in whatever fruit/berry/citrus you want. Adjust the amount accordingly. Blueberry, raspberry, and pineapple work well!
#763 by egaddam, Jan 2. 2019, 21:20
Im not a fan of strawberry. So i swapped out the strawberry with Butterscotch. and i absolutely LOVE it after 15 days. I can't wait to try it out after 30 days.
#764 by Gerry252, Jan 13. 2019, 16:21
No clue what you people are vaping his with but no strawberry at all.. Base is good but no taste.. Must layer the strawberries
#765 by Cloud Dragon, Jan 17. 2019, 05:48
All I can say is WOW! This is now one of my top list of e liquids and I will definitely mix up a big batch of this one.
#766 by VapeDayz , Jan 21. 2019, 16:50
I think most of us are making the mistake of not using enough percentage of flavourings, strange how all the top mixes have
higher percentage mixes than i would normally use..

Only my opinion i would never had though i would have to go
so high with the % but im thinking with TPA CAP AND FW
we need to bump the % up by quite a bit...
#767 by askergg, Feb 9. 2019, 13:39
Hello there, I accidentaly bought Bavarian Cream from Flavour Creative (rebranded FlavourArt).
How much should I change the percentage? Any idea?
Thank you :)

#769 by sirCastic, Feb 22. 2019, 17:55
strong chemical taste at day 1 as well as day 3. Its not the bottle cause i mixed "strawberry fog " in another bottle and it tastes chemical too. So it has something to do with the cheesecake or str. ripe as both recipes use same percentages.Trying to nail this down. Any help would be precious.
#770 by Danny, Feb 26. 2019, 01:16
Tpa
#771 by RedHouseMixer, Feb 26. 2019, 01:26
Needs to steep for at least 1 week I wait 2 weeks shake it and put it away!
#772 by sirCastic, Feb 26. 2019, 11:04
@jg yeah i know but i have never tasted a chemical taste strong as this one so i'm just wondering.I will let it steep anyway and see how it goes.I mixed it 30/70 , isn't 26% flavor a lot though?
#773 by RedHouseMixer, Feb 26. 2019, 15:19
It sounds like to much but it works, I have 2 bottles 1 from 1/21/19 and 1 from 2/20/19 I don't smell or taste the chemical? This is in my top 5 adv.. I would put it away for another week. Ive had some mixes that smell so bad the first week or so i almost dumped them out only to come back a 2-3 weeks and there the bomb. I'm no expert need someone that's been doing this for awhile to chime in...
#774 by vapetopia, Mar 3. 2019, 02:49
My all new favourite ADV, i steep two 100 mls at a time and when the one bottle is empty i just make it up again. i feel this recipe is best after 3 week steep..... good things takes time. thanks for sharing this awesome recipe

Thanks bro!
#776 by Khazmin, Mar 30. 2019, 15:49
Mixed a 10 ml shake n vape tasted like strong cheesecake and vanilla with no strawberry at all. Let it breath for 6-7 hours, capped, next day was weaker and still no strawberry. This might be a waste of flavors or is the strawberry coming after steeping for a week or more?
#777 by VapeNation, Mar 31. 2019, 17:46
Outstanding mixture!! I don't usually go for fruit flavors but this is good, it's like Strawberry Nesquick.
#778 by Stundenkleber, Apr 1. 2019, 16:09
First DIY mix and boy do I love it !!!!
#779 by NatashaTMT, Apr 1. 2019, 16:37
I typically have sb issues. Haven't mixed this but those who are having trouble tasting strawberry after steeping, 12% TFA Strawberry Ripe usually works for me. If you're still having trouble, drop the creams &/or custard percentages a bit. That usually works for me and likely how I'll mix this one. Also, 3% FA Juicy Strawberry & 5% INW Shisha Strawberry is my main go to sb combo.
#780 by kruckata, Apr 4. 2019, 10:40
Много е добро. Една от най-любимите ми рецепти, единственото което ме дразни е, че са много компонентите
#781 by Swampcrawler , Apr 5. 2019, 17:30
This is my favorite mix so far. I have several friends and co-workers that like to sample along as i learn new mixes, and this is their favorite as well. only issue we are having is that the graham crust king of dominates the mix, with the rest of the flavors trailing as kind of an after note. still damn good. i may tweak a tiny bit to fit our preferences but over all, bravo.
#782 by marvbr, Apr 11. 2019, 16:30
There is a funky period, between 5 to 18 days of steeping. I'ts great as a shake and vape, and greater after stepping. Its funky in between.

#785 by krazylid, May 1. 2019, 01:27
I dont get it (I'm new to this). How the description says PG/VG 50/50 but the recipe says PG 6.75ml / VG 14.55ml (much more VG than PG ratio).
#786 by torment, May 2. 2019, 16:20
pg 6,75ml and the "Flavor total: 7.8 ml" wich are also PG get´s you there
#787 by liquid2vape, May 30. 2019, 20:16
I mixed this earlier. It's great. Now, I just realized I ordered Sweet Cream from Flavor West instead from TPA. I don't know the FW variant. Is it a big difference?
#788 by runean, Jun 18. 2019, 12:40
The lot of you are insane. Stop mixing this 2015 %27 monstrosity...
#789 by Zugmaschine, Jun 19. 2019, 22:30
After 3 weeks steeping there is zero strawberry to taste and its heavy on crust.. I think i have to lower the Creams or layer the strawberries.
#790 by AsWangs, Jun 24. 2019, 03:48
I cut back .5% on strawberry and replace that .5% with dragonfruit.
Enhances the strawberry and makes it better imo.

I now have to see if I have enough to make a gallon or 2.
No fun when out of work & going thru divorce out of the blue.
#791 by DSnay, Jun 27. 2019, 16:15

I have a 80/20 PG / VG base, I want to make this recipe, I need advice on how to do it right? What is the ratio of PG / VG will have the final product? Can reduce the concentration of flavors, or something else? Should I do it at all and how will it affect the taste and quality? I will be glad to any advice!

Como decimos en México. Te pasaste de corneta con esta receta. Gracias.
#793 by kush96, Jul 25. 2019, 13:03
@DSNAY If you were to make a 10 ml batch (0 nic) you would need 7.4 ml base and 2.4 ml of flavour. The 7.4 ml of base has 1.48 ml of pg and 5.92 ml of vg. You would be adding 2.4 ml of pg(flavour) to that base. The total ratio vg:pg = 5.92: 3.88. To get percentages it is (3.88/10)*100 = 38.8% pg
(5.92/10)*100 = 59.2% vg
#794 by thugsten, Aug 5. 2019, 23:43
thank you for your recipe. I tried it exactly the same amount of the ingredients like you said but 80/20 vg/pg rate. it was amazing.
#795 by Nechik, Aug 19. 2019, 03:47
Thank you for this recipe!!! Made 30ml just to try and I like it a lot. Now about to make 120ml and steep for 3-4 weeks I’m sure it’s going to be one hell of a juice. Thanks a lot 👍
#796 by Ahmed.h, Aug 29. 2019, 11:33
just made one yesterday and it's really good but i feel it taste more like strawberry cheesecake! idk if it's bc it didn't steep it yet? but great flavor! thank you so much for sharing :D
#797 by tim1496, Sep 10. 2019, 06:08
Made this yesterday. Tried it today, all I’m getting is a very smooth creamy cheesecake type taste. It’s nice, going to let it steep for the suggested 1 month and try it again.
#798 by Leagle, Sep 21. 2019, 14:31
Just made 50 ml. Good, but will steep for a week.
#799 by Darko, Sep 30. 2019, 21:34
In my opinion:
(Kayfu Prime, Kantal A 0,32mm 7 winds 14-18W)
Due to super big amount of strawberry ripe and maltol in it I get just a nice tasty cookie. Strawberry I don't feel at all.
After steep 16 days.
I will try later ant will try on Spica
But BIG BIG thank you for your recipe and great work
#800 by Oded555, Oct 3. 2019, 14:18
My ADV for the last 5 months!!
Amazing!

I dropped down the strawberry ripe to 8%

For anyone who doesn't have or doesn't want Vanilla Custard, Vanilla Swirl works very good as well using the same %.

#802 by Andrea , Oct 15. 2019, 20:41
I use the calculator on here and changed it to 18 nic, 60/40, BUT you can not right away vape it.
I use in mtl
#803 by AmphibiousMan, Oct 17. 2019, 19:27
Made it as subscribed but with a 60/40 ratio. Im just wondering the steep time now? It is already very delicious, I made 60ml in weight calculated.

Love this recipe! as close as I can get to Milf's Gone Wylde from Preferred Vapor. Made it without Nicotine. Will try next batch with Nic to see if it makes a difference
#809 by Stravz65, Mar 3. 2020, 10:53
Going to give this a try today but not at 26% way too much flavoring tbh, it should be more like 20% maximum. But I'm also swapping the strawberry for blueberry extra.

Bavarian Cream (TPA) 3.00%
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 4.00%
Blueberry Extra (TPA) 8.00%
Sweet Cream (TPA) 3.00%
Vanilla Custard (TPA) 2.00%

Will update once it's done and steeped.
#810 by elraffs, Mar 8. 2020, 10:13
nice one
#811 by Eyebrowse, Mar 21. 2020, 01:10
@Stravz65 I'm inclined to agree with you. 26% is definitely a little excessive; at least when TFA Strawberry Ripe isn't even that weak of a flavour. It may work but IME, heavy percentages have a tendency to overwhelm the tastebuds and after the first 5 mins of vaping leave one with a case of "vapers' tongue".
That said, credit where credit is due: choice & ratio-wise this definitely looks like a nice recipe to try out, I'll murk up a tester at maybe half or just above to start with :)
#812 by NXCESS, Mar 31. 2020, 00:50
Delicious
#813 by AsWangs, Apr 5. 2020, 10:50
I still say replace 1% ripe with dragon fruit. Bring a better strawberry noe.

yoğunluk yok normal bir sıvı yoklukta kullanılabilir.
#815 by Brandon, Jun 7. 2020, 11:42
WOW, simply a great recipe. Awesome taste. However I lowered the percentages of each flavor accordingly so the total percentage came to 20.5% I rarely go over 20% total flavor,
Usually im more close to 12/15%.
#816 by Est.69, Jun 11. 2020, 20:15
Way to much custard, it taste to strong and kills the other flavours. For me, I will drop it with at least 1.5% and try to find a new balance. Maybe cut back the strawberry and add some dragonfruit.
#817 by Clouds of Ice and Fire, Jun 12. 2020, 10:27
Way too much custard/cream. Mutes the Strawberry alot.
#818 by Stravz65, Jun 12. 2020, 11:07
@Clouds of Ice and Fire, I find strawberry is a weak flavor anyway.
#819 by Stravz65, Jun 12. 2020, 11:15
@Eyebrowse well after testing 2x 250ml bottles of it, it's rather enjoyable but I have tried it with even further reduced rates and the outcomes was even better and also by swapping the the cheesecake for CAP Glazed Doughnut was amazing too.

I now mix this at:
Bavarian Cream (TPA) 2.00%
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 3.00%
Blueberry Jam (CAP) 5.00%
Sweet Cream (TPA) 2.00%
Vanilla Custard (TPA) 2.00%

No veo los ingredientes de TPA solo me salen los de TFA se pude usar o tiene que ser especifico TPA?
#821 by jcgomez19, Aug 20. 2020, 18:33
Lo puedo hacer con base 70/30 en que tendria que variar?
#822 by jcgomez19, Sep 8. 2020, 02:49
Puedo sustituir Strawberry Ripe por Strawberry de TFA ?
#823 by yerba, Sep 29. 2020, 00:24
#824 by Rob, Oct 16. 2020, 14:54
Gave it a go as written. For the amount of flavouring present, it's pretty weak. Just a very slight hint of strawberry, a little bit more of the cheesecake crust, and after a few puffs it all just fuzzes together into a neutral VG/PG tasting mess.

Honestly can't see any justification for the high ratings, but I guess it works for some.
#825 by Sadi, Dec 3. 2020, 19:47
Remember, it's from 2015, liquid and vaping devices were different. Must lower the % of flavors if you're vaping on a sub ohm tank. Otherwise you'll find this bitter chemical taste.
#826 by HishamShiro, Dec 7. 2020, 11:07
Works just fine. I love it.

How would you mix this for 250ml max vg? I've never mixed any huice at 26% and that seems a bit high for me.
#829 by Rezzzurection, Mar 12. 2021, 12:59
Will this work OK on a RDA using a squonk mod?
#830 by TooPuft86, Mar 28. 2021, 19:00
I mixed this liquid following the percentages indicated, but it is exaggeratedly too strong using the current flavors on the market (year 2021). I recommend mixing between 12-14%.
#831 by OldVaper, Apr 2. 2021, 00:04

This recipe is very good! I taste the strawberry on the inhale and the cheesecake graham crust on the exhale. Worth making!
#833 by A Boy and his Blotto, May 13. 2021, 12:52
Why are all these recipes loaded with such high percentages? According to DIY or DIE, less is more. I always see recipes here with around 20% how can that be good?

awesome

All this talk about steeping www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmHD5i1OAwk

This is a great recipe! A very tasty blend of strawberries and cream with a little extra. The 70/30 blend works well and would not alter it IMO.
For me, a week long steep does the trick. I've been dripping this as an ADV in my ARGUS GT with a wasp nano 22mm RDA. Keep up the great work!
#837 by Surgeon, Jan 1. 2022, 22:37
This is a very good recipe. One of my favorites so far. The VC1 can give a pepper taste but you MUST let this steep for at least 3 full weeks. The pipertol in it will calm down and it will be GOOD!

can i use TFA instead of TPA? is TFA and TPA are the same?

TPA/TFA are the same company.
#841 by Anycurrent, Jan 15. 2022, 10:05
This recipe is really good. It has great layers with creams and custard and strawberries. However this is an old recipe and if you use this percentages it will taste like chemicals. Try to halve the percentages. Modern devices are much better than the old ones so you will taste the flavors much more than 2015s.
#842 by ......., Jan 16. 2022, 09:13
i have all these ingredients (TFA) but i dont have tfa vanilla custard so i used capella v1 and v2 and it does not taste well. the flavors are muted. do you think the flavors will be there if i steep it for 1 week?

#843 by ......., Jan 16. 2022, 09:34
anycurrent, so if the original recipe use 4% of BC i will use 2%?
#844 by Biofr0g, Feb 16. 2022, 14:53
Just mixed this now, so great !!
#845 by Pdkanji, Mar 23. 2022, 10:49
Holy heck this is amazing after 15 days! Just made another batch to steep for four weeks. Adjustments were using DX Bav Cream, V2 Vanilla custard and Cap Sweet Cream

Wow ppl still mixing this at these percentages 🤯

Cut the %'s of flavorings in half, great stuff! Appreciate the recipe.

Can I replace the cheesecake (graham crust) for normal graham crust?
I’m gonna start DIY, but they don’t have the cheesecake in stock.

@GingerBeardMan @Chiisaiinu so this recipe is still good to go out of the book if I cut flavors to half
#852 by Apathy, Jul 26. 2022, 01:14
@aboyandhisblotto because this is more of a commercial liquid, commercial liquids use higher %'s and more sweetener than most "popular" diyers. I've been mixing since 2015, a house line in a shop and selling my own. I still vape on the same .08 dual coil drippers today that I did in 2015, albeit some of the drippers are different, but I still use my velocity v1 and v2 everyday and have since 2015. For me a balance of flavorings is needed, so diyers like Wayne I don't care for 99% of the recipes he releases and much prefer something like this(commercial style). Because the %'s are higher this requires a 3 to 4 week steep for all of that flavoring to blend together and marry, buy again I'd much rather vape this than one of Wayne's 7% strawberry and cream recipes. Liquids are SOOOOOOOO subjective, YOU have to find out what YOU like, if you like a recipe that uses 25 or 30% flavoring, then so be it. As long as you're safe their is no wrong way to vape, do what YOU like. In order to find out you're going to have to make liquids and try out different %'s and different recipes. I've seen countless numbers of people get into diy and they get frustrated, they say " my diy doesn't taste nearly as good as the commercial liquids I used", and it's because commercial liquids use higher %'s and more sweetener. Once they increase those 2 things they're much happier and start to enjoy diy.

My go to ADV. I make this is 600 ml batches. Thanks for this one.
#854 by Jonc, Mar 9. 2023, 20:19
I don't even think Wayne mixes that much anymore. He has the same bottle of n6 cheesecake he's had since this recipe came out. He still uses liquid barn nic which they haven't made in a long time.
#855 by Magnus90, Mar 25. 2023, 15:05
@Apathy I was just explaining this to a friend the other day. I even showed him on a few very popular and highly successful juice company sites that sell their concentrates as one shots where they recommend mixing them at 25 to 30 percent with VG. Always mix how you like and tastes good to you.
#856 by Wolf O’hearn, May 8. 2023, 15:11
Excellent at 15% with pod device :))
thank you!!
#857 by brskl, May 14. 2023, 14:15
Hey everybody.I do not like to use too much flavor in the juice.I tried to cut all of them half.I used
Bavarian cream %2
Graham crust %2.5
Strawberry ripe %5
Sweet cream %2
Vanilla custard %1.5
%50 VG, %50 PG for MTL.

But i don't get any strawberry.Almost all crust and cream. So i think these are too strong. If i try to lower total flavor how can i choose the percentage of the flavours? Thanks.
#858 by Apathy, Jun 10. 2023, 19:43
@brski ya should be able to cut them in half but keep the strawberry at 6 or 7%. Being that it's only one strawberry and a fairly weak on, it needs at least 6 or 7% to stand out as there's ALOT of creams is has to break thru. Maybe even 8 or 9%, but I think 6 or 7 should be enough
#859 by Apathy, Jun 10. 2023, 19:45
But I'd try the recipe as is because it's a very good commercial style liquid ESPECIALLY if ya add a touch of sweetener
#860 by Wolf O’hearn, Jul 2. 2023, 23:09
I have mixed my 4th bottle and now i am spot on. Dropped this one at 13% total and its amazing. Its now my ADV Thank you !!

late to the party, this recipe is my adv now! thank you
#862 by Researcher12, Nov 28. 2023, 21:08
very good even without much steeping. thx
#863 by DespicblMe, Dec 7. 2023, 12:05
I’ve actually read and appreciate every comment and I vape out of a vaporesso zero2 and plan to make as written as I have a lot of tpa flavors I bought years ago wish me luck lol…;)
#864 by Apathy, May 20, 07:30
@magnus90 absolutely 💯 %. As long as youre being safe, there is no right/wrong way to vape or mix. It's all personal preference. With mixing each individual flavoring has its use "zone" %. Some flavors like say cap vc v1 works anywhere between .5% to upwards of 15%, but some flavorings only work well from say .10% to 1%, some work between 1 to 5%. Each individual flavoring has its range to be used in that works well. And for older flavor houses like tfa/caps/ & fw only recipes ya can definitely mix up to 30%+. Now if youre gonna make an all ssa or say wonder flavors recipe, you're more than likely only gonna use 1 or 2% of each flavoring.
#865 by DAVE LLOYD, Jun 24, 14:06
Awesome recipe!
#866 by Mjonsrud31, Jul 29, 13:24
I dont have tpa sweet cream I for the cap sweet cream would that work? I’ve heard that 2% Fa cream fresh and 1% Fa meringue should work as a nice sweet cream. What do you think would work?
#867 by Halpern8, Jul 29, 20:06
Great as shake and vape, used exact percentages in recipe replaced sweet cream with dx sweet cream (can't compare) I can see myself using it daily.
Thanks!
#868 by Apathy, Aug 4, 06:55
Mjonsrud31 yes ya can sub out the TFA sweet cream for caps or fw or almost any cream. It won't be the exact recipe but it's still good. I'd use fw sweet cream at 2 to 2.5% & caps at 2.5 to 3%. If ya have it RF sweet creams my favorite one
