Notes
Cherimoya, AKA Custard Apple, is a very complex taste of various fruits, hard to pin down what it is exactly, (apple, pineapple, tropical fruit, banana mix) with a slight taste of Werther's Original on the exhale. It does need some time to steep to get the flavours to pop. I would give it around three weeks.
It is a very nice standalone flavour, but mixed with custard it is really awesome. It just brings out the Cherimoya even more.

interesting. cherimoyas are so delicious!!!

I never had a cherimoya, but I would love to try one. I thought this flavour would be best by itself because of the complexity of the various fruits you can taste, but the custard is really bringing it out instead of muting it.

I just got mine in today!! I'm going to make this to test the flavor and thanks for the share, because I was about to make a few recipes starting @ 1-3%
Danka!

Maybe my tastebuds are shod and you actually like it at lower percentage ;-)
#5 by DarthVapor, Jan 21. 2016, 15:20
We shall see soon! I just ASSumed it was another super concentrate INW flavor
#6 by Jose, Jan 21. 2016, 16:25
I look forward to your opinion. I enjoyed the Cherimoya more at a higher percentage. I've seen a few of your recipes where you use 2% Rhubarb and I find that flavour too much at 2%, so maybe my tastebuds are fine and the flavour is just not as strong.
#7 by DarthVapor, Jan 21. 2016, 16:44
Yeah there's only 1 recipe where the 2% works for me, otherwise. 8-1 seems to be $ for me. I'll let you know how ot turns out for me!
Thanks Josephine!

Hey Jose!
First off I want to thank you for (unknowingly) helping me with the Cherimoya! This stuff is fantastic!! It is amazing with custards!!
Second, I know you are more of a tobacco gal but if you have any of these flavors give this a try!!

THANK YOU!!

I'm glad you like it! I've got most of those flavours, apart from the cocopilada and the shisha vanilla, but I'm sure I can substitute them with something similar. I do vape something without tobacco sometimes ;-)

This is very delicious recipe, just made a litre of this yummy stuff :D
#11 by Jose, Jun 9. 2016, 23:31
A litre, you must really like it :-) It is simple but very good, the Cherimoya has so many layers of fruitiness and the custard just brings it out more. Thanks for the feedback.

I definately like it a lot, instead of giving the vaper´s tongue and starting to taste bland after time, it hits different spots on my taste buds. Sometimes fruitier, sometimes like Werther´s original candy, always delivering. Absolutely my favourite everyday vape :)

Thanks, that's good to hear!

Does this mix turn cloudy for anyone?
#15 by Jose, Sep 25. 2016, 21:19
I don't think so, although it is hard to tell with the custard.
#16 by DarthVapor, Sep 25. 2016, 21:43
All my Cherimoya mixes turn cloudy. I can't tell you why but all my Cherimoya heavy recipes do. If I have a recipe that has just a touch of cherimoya in it, it does not. Just all my recipes that have 5% or more do. I have considered this normal for this flavor
#17 by Jose, Sep 25. 2016, 22:49
Thanks DV, I couldn't really remember, it's been a while since I made it ;-)
#18 by DarthVapor, Sep 25. 2016, 23:55
No problem! I just noticed it a while back and it wasn't until I started making all of the other Cherimoya mixes, that I noticed this flavor does this for some reason. It may only do it with cream/custard flavors but I haven't tested it without because I love the cherimoya/custard combos!! Vaping me some Cherilada right now!!!

Thank you @darthvapor for "clearing" that up for me. lol

Wow, simply wow!!! What an incredible flavor. Impossible to describe other than simply delicious! I can't stop vaping this. I've been mixing too much Cap VC lately, so I used FLV VC @4% and it came out great! Thanks so much for sharing this Jose!

You're very welcome, glad you like it.

Mixed this last night. It did turn cloudy pretty much right after I shook it. I was tempted to sample it right away (I've never tasted a cherimoya) but decided to put it my steep closet and revisit a month down the road. smells like it should be really good. will update.

I hope you're going to like it, let me know what you think of it :-)

I found 100 ml of this that I made over a year ago and I can tell you that it aged very well. It is still very delicious.

I love this stuff. Ran through inw cherimoya and have been using flv instead. It's not as good a pairing. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe.

You're welcome and good to hear about the FLV, I've never tried that. Now I know I haven't missed anything.
