The above recipe gave me a good base for a strawberry milk. I simply added what I liked and turned it into this wonderful sweet strawberry milky goodness. VBIC or VBG for mouth feel and sweetness. I tried both and there is very little difference. Shisha for the jelly yum yum.

It's sweet with a punchy strawberry and nice whole sweet milk. Almost like the strawberry milkshakes I make with almond milk. Of course with no almonds haha!

Worth noting you can lower the VBG/VBIC to taste as well as the sweetner. These will adjust its 'wholeness' as a milk. More of it and it gets very creamy until it's ice cream, less of it and its more milky. It's all subjective but hey, I hope you like it!
