Supposedly a near identical (albeit less sweet) version of Polar Bear - Add 1% menthol and you have Polar Bear.

Note that he used heat and a magnetic stirrer to cure it. Without that you need to let it steep a long time. I'd say at least two weeks.

Does anybody have an idea how to modify this to become the Koko Bear? That one was delicious too!

No, I haven't tried it, but according to the creator's comment, it's just adding chocolate aroma to his Nanner Bear recipe (like adding menthol to the recipe gives you Polar Bear), so that should work with this one as well, I guess... I'll try it out :)
