This recipe was inspired from French Smurf (tjek.nu/r/1JWF) based on ingredients that I had in hand and a little bit of back and forth.
I believe it is a good base but it needs some fine tuning. During the first weeks it tends to be on the acid/tangy side of things but it calms down after 1-2 weeks.
It is fruity and slightly creamy, I like it usually as a break between my RY based ADV.
