I have, I like inw biscuit but I feel like JF biscuit works better in most recipes, inw can be really touchy to mix with, it tends to dominate lighter flavors, the original version of this recipe had 5% sugar cookie and it was all I could really taste, I lowered it to 4% and inw biscuit was all I could taste, switched it to JF and it was perfectly balanced for me.
