4/13 mixed. thought the amount of pistachio added would be a way bit too much but i did it anyways
4/19 very good, it's nice and smooth not overly sweet at all. caramel notes are very slight but definitely there, maybe next time i should put some torrone in there and reduce the pistachio. would also work very well with hazelnut. almost has some hints of maple in there
Lets all give detective Mjrmike a round of applause for his excellent contribution to this community! /s
I made no claim that this recipe was one of my originals... I had to adapt the original to my preferences and thought my notes on the recipe would help others
I will delete it if you're offended. Didn't mean to cause problems, I'm new here and don't know how to behave. I figured you should have credited Wayne, that's all. By not crediting the creator, isn't that omission the same as claiming it's yours? Maybe I'm dumb.
It's no problem, you were just very accusatory that I was plagiarizing when in reality I was only trying to contribute. I am an avid follower of enyawreklaw and have been following his youtube channel for a very long time. On this website you do not have to specify if a recipe you post is yours or is someone else's, or even if you are using someone else's as an "inspiration". I did not have the flavors and preferred differences from the original recipe that was posted so I modified it to my liking and made the post public here so that others would have more knowledge if they were to try to recreate using the same methods I did. I have a lot of original recipes here on this site as well where I do not comment that they are originals, and I also do not mind in the slightest if anyone were to adapt them to their own liking.
